the screen extinguishing module controls the screen of the display module to extinguish according to the screen extinguishing signal output by the judging module.

the screen state adjusting device is provided with a power supply module for supplying power to the screen state adjusting device, and the power supply module comprises: the rechargeable battery and the USB interface are connected with the rechargeable battery, and the USB interface charges the rechargeable battery or directly supplies power to the screen state adjusting device.

the device is provided with a judging module which comprises a first judging unit and a second judging unit, wherein the first judging unit is used for judging whether the second brightness value is smaller than the first brightness value or not, and if not, a screen-on maintaining signal is output; if yes, the second judging unit is used for judging whether the screen is subjected to screen extinguishing operation with other resistance values within a set time interval, if yes, a screen brightening maintaining signal is output, and if not, a screen extinguishing signal is output.

The screen status adjustment apparatus of claim 4, wherein the first acquisition unit further comprises: the acquisition subunit is used for acquiring the brightness values sensed by the sensing module continuously for a preset time within a preset time length to obtain the brightness values of a preset number; the calculation subunit is configured to use an average value of the predetermined number of luminance values obtained by the obtaining subunit as the first luminance value.

The screen condition adjustment apparatus of claim 1,

the screen state adjusting device is also provided with a warning module and a timing module; the warning module is used for outputting warning information whether to turn off the screen to the display module when a second brightness value output by the detection module is smaller than a first brightness value, the timing module is used for setting display time of the warning information, and when the set display time is exceeded, the judgment module is informed to output screen turn-off information.

An adjusting method based on the screen state adjusting device of any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the following processes: detecting the state of a screen of the intelligent terminal provided with the screen state adjusting device of the user;

when the display screen is in a bright screen state, acquiring a first brightness value obtained by sensing of an optical sensor, wherein the optical sensor is used for sensing the light intensity of the environment where the display screen is located;

continuously acquiring a second brightness value obtained by the induction of the optical sensor; when the second brightness value is smaller than the first brightness value, the display screen is converted into a screen-off state;

when the second brightness value is not less than the first brightness value, the display screen maintains a bright screen state.

The screen status adjusting method according to claim 8, wherein when the second luminance value is smaller than the first luminance value, the display screen pops up whether to turn off the screen or not as a warning message, and when the user selects to approve the screen turning-off operation, the display screen is changed to the screen turning-off state;

when the method is used for selecting the operation which does not agree with the screen off, the display screen maintains the bright screen state.

The screen status adjusting method according to claim 8, wherein the adjusting method further comprises a process of setting a time interval when the second brightness value is smaller than the first brightness value, and transitioning the display screen to a screen-off state when the user does not operate the screen adjusting apparatus during the time interval.
