When water transfer printing is carried out, a film which is processed by special chemistry is printed with needed color lines, then the film is horizontally conveyed to the surface of water, ink dissolving liquid which can lead the coating film to be completely dissolved but not damage the lines on the film is sprayed on the film, and then the color lines and patterns are uniformly transferred on the surface of a product by the action of water pressure. In the traditional technology, some ink dissolving liquid is manually sprayed on the water transfer film, so that the use is inconvenient, time and labor are wasted, and the spraying is not uniform.

As shown in fig. 1, an ink solution header tank 24, an ink solution input pipe 6, an ink solution loop pipe 4, and an ink solution circulation device 5 are further provided, the ink solution circulation device 5 being connected to the ink solution header tank 24 and the ink solution input pipe 6 to send the ink solution from the ink solution header tank 24 to the ink solution input pipe 6, an output end of the ink solution input pipe 6 being connected to the ink solution carry-over tank 2, an input end of the ink solution loop pipe 4 being lower than an output end of the ink solution input pipe 6, an output end of the ink solution loop pipe 4 being connected to the ink solution header tank 24, and an oil return control valve being provided on the ink solution loop pipe 4.

Next, a method for roll coating a flow film with an ink solution according to an embodiment of the present invention is described, which includes the steps of:

step 1, unwinding a transfer printing film from a transfer printing film support frame 19, wherein the reduction surface of the transfer printing film is upward; the output side of the transfer printing film support frame 19 is provided with a transfer printing film spring tension automatic adjusting rod 9 for adjusting the support force of the transfer printing film;

step 2, the transfer printing film is guided by a transfer printing film guide roller 11 and passes through a space between an ink solution passive film pressing roller 8 and an ink solution passive wheel roller 7, and the ink solution passive wheel roller 7 coats the ink solution on the transfer printing film; in the step 2, before the transfer film passes through the space between the ink solution passive lamination roller 8 and the ink solution passive wheel roller 7, the transfer film is heated by the transfer film heating guide roller 10;

and 3, the transfer printing film is output on the conveying track in a transmission way. In the step 3, the transfer film flows to the water surface of the transfer printing groove after being output, and the transfer film is blown forwards, leftwards and rightwards by the three-surface ink dissolving liquid film blowing guide fan 32, so that the transfer film is unfolded and leveled according to three directions after being drained and then flows to the transfer printing area 44; and deodorizing the ink dissolving solution before the transfer film flowing to the water surface of the transfer tank enters the transfer area 44.

Next, please refer to fig. 8 to 11, which show a specific structure of a second embodiment of the present invention. The basic structure is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the main difference of the second embodiment is that:

The design of the invention is characterized in that the transfer printing film is unreeled from a transfer printing film support frame, passes through a space between an ink solution passive film pressing roller and an ink solution driven roller under the guidance of a transfer printing film guide roller, the ink solution driven roller coats the ink solution on the transfer printing film, and then the transfer printing film is transmitted and output on a conveying track; compared with the traditional ink solution spraying mode, the printing ink solution passive film pressing roller is used for adhering the printing ink solution from the printing ink solution remaining groove, the adhering uniformity of the rolling surface of the printing ink solution passive film pressing roller is good, and after the transfer film passes through the space between the printing ink solution passive film pressing roller and the printing ink solution passive wheel roller, the printing ink solution is uniformly coated on the transfer film, so that the water transfer printing quality is improved, and the higher product surface effect is realized.

Secondly, a plurality of uniformly distributed concave points are arranged on the rolling surface of the ink solution driven wheel roller, and the uniform ink solution is left on the ink solution driven wheel roller under the action of an elastic scraper; the transfer printing film spring tension automatic adjusting rod is arranged, so that the wrinkle of the film paper is relieved, the surface of the film is smooth, the solution is more uniform when being rolled and coated, and the thickness of the film is consistent; under the operation of the film pressing wheel, the transfer printing film is synchronous with the conveying track, so that the film and the conveying track cannot slip, the flow film is stable and smooth, and the reliability is good. And in the launching process of the transfer printing film, the transfer printing film cannot wrinkle after launching due to the action of the three-surface guiding air openings, and the wrinkled films are naturally separated according to three directions, so that the smooth flowing of the transfer printing film in water is ensured.

Moreover, the method for rolling and coating the flow film by the ink solution has reasonable process flow arrangement, ensures good controllability of the flow film process, is stable in flow film, is not easy to cause equipment failure or poor products, is environment-friendly and tasteless, and improves the working environment of workshop staff.
