The compound microbial agent is selected from flora capable of decomposing coal humic acid, and mainly comprises bacillus and lactic acid bacteria, wherein the volume ratio of the bacillus to the lactic acid bacteria is 1: 1. the bacillus comprises one or two of bacillus subtilis and bacillus licheniformis; the lactic acid bacteria comprise one or more of lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus acidophilus and streptococcus thermophilus.

The experimental scheme has the advantages that: the experimental reaction process is obviously accelerated by adding the p-toluenesulfonic acid, and the stability of a reaction system is improved; the addition of sorbitol improves the toughness and the degradation degree of the humic acid mulching film, and the addition proportion of sorbitol influences the toughness and the degradation degree of the humic acid mulching film. The obtained humic acid mulching film is a mulching film capable of being completely degraded, and the degradation product is a good fertilizer and pesticide.
