7. The method of making a sprayable solventless two-component polyurethane caulk of claim 1 comprising the steps of:

s1: pouring resin into a drawn cylinder, adding a wetting dispersant and a defoaming agent, and then uniformly mixing with a high-speed dispersant;

s2: firstly adding calcium carbonate under low-speed stirring of a high-speed dispersion machine, then uniformly dispersing at a high speed, and then adding talcum powder for uniformly dispersing at a high speed;

s3: adding the rest other components, uniformly dispersing, and vacuumizing for defoaming to obtain a component A;

s4: respectively packaging the component A and the component B, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 5-8: 1.

Background

Before coating the exterior of mechanical equipment such as large vehicles, large appearance defects on the surface of a base material need to be repaired so as to achieve the flatness and consistency of the design. The existing solutions are as follows:

the repairing material is paste putty which is prepared by dispersing unsaturated polyester as basic resin, styrene as reactive diluent and talcum powder as main filling powder and has high thixotropy and good polishing performance after drying, and is commonly called putty. The other is two-component polyurethane putty which is prepared by adopting polyester resin as main resin, adding a large amount of filler and auxiliary agent, and then matching isocyanate resin as curing agent, and the product has great technical difficulty at present and can be rarely seen in the market; the two construction modes of the modified putty are scraping coating by using a scraper, which has higher requirements on the scraping coating skill level of personnel, larger labor intensity and lower efficiency; the sprayable putty is available abroad and pushed on the market by people in China, but the technology, materials, application and other reasons can not be successfully popularized.

The invention aims to provide novel sprayable solvent-free two-component polyurethane putty, which selects low-viscosity solvent-free bio-based resin as basic grinding resin and low-viscosity polyisocyanates as curing agents (low-viscosity HDI tripolymer, low-viscosity HDI allophanate isocyanate curing agent and the like), so that the viscosity of the whole paint mixing system is lower; in addition, hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene-acrylonitrile resin is introduced into the formula system to improve the wet adhesive force and flexibility of the system to metal substrates, so that the corrosion resistance of the system is greatly improved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the resin used in the invention is solvent-free soybean oil-based resin and castor oil-based resin, no volatile component exists, the other components are inorganic powder, and no low-boiling-point organic volatile matter exists in the whole formula system, so that the environment-friendly composite material is environment-friendly and has no flammable and explosive hidden danger;

compared with the existing solution, the invention realizes the three-effect integration of the primer, the putty and the middle coating, greatly reduces the construction links, improves the construction efficiency and reduces the labor cost of units;

compared with unsaturated putty, the mechanical properties, especially the cold temperature properties of the polyurethane material are greatly improved, so that the repair quality is greatly improved;

the proposal of introducing hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene-acrylonitrile resin solves the problems of excellent environmental adaptability and good corrosion resistance to the substrate;

the problem that the low-viscosity vertical surface high-film-thickness spraying does not sag is solved; the problem that a dry film is not easy to polish due to the fact that a low-viscosity system uses more resin is solved; the invention solves the problem of good corrosion resistance to metal substrates; successfully reducing the construction viscosity of the system to 500-2000 cps;

after the solvent-free two-component polyurethane primer-free putty and the intermediate coating putty are used in the whole process, two solvent-based coatings are omitted, the discharge of VOC in the whole repair process can be further greatly reduced, the environment is protected, the health of constructors is facilitated, and the whole social benefit is greatly improved.
