1. A method for manufacturing an environment-friendly straw is characterized by comprising the following steps:

a, taking hollow plant stems;

b, soaking the plant stalks in a sodium carbonate solution to soften cellulose;

c, putting the plant stalks into a glycerol solution for cooking;

d, drying the plant stalks processed in the steps.

2. The method for manufacturing the environment-friendly straw as claimed in claim 1, wherein the concentration of the sodium carbonate solution is 5% -17.8%.

Background

With the import of Chinese restriction "foreign garbage", European and American countries have adopted the policy of forbidden plastic drinking, and plastic drinking straws are indispensable in our daily life, and after European and American countries forbid plastics, various catering industry has started to reform the plastic products of enterprises, such as paper drinking straws, paper packaging bags, paper packaging boxes and the like. However, the paper straw is expensive in cost and is not like plastic in taste, and the paper straw is paper in environmental protection, and the raw material of the paper is derived from trees, so that the resource is wasted, and the environment is polluted.

In some of these embodiments, the sodium carbonate solution has a concentration of 5% to 17.8%.

In some of these embodiments, the soaking time in the sodium carbonate solution is 20min to 30 min.

In some of the embodiments, the plant stalks are sterilized and disinfected by ultraviolet irradiation while being soaked in a sodium carbonate solution.

In some of these embodiments, the concentration of the glycerol solution is 33% to 55%.

In some embodiments, the cooking temperature is 120-180 ℃, and the cooking time is 10min-2 h.
