Background

The existing domestic water has the problem of pressure fluctuation generally due to reasons such as water supply and terminal use, and the water inlet end of the water pipe is a normally open valve and the water outlet end of the water pipe is a normally closed valve for some normally open connecting water pipes, so that the water pipe is easy to expand and crack when the pressure in the water pipe rises suddenly, for example, the water pipe is frozen and expanded, and the water can crack from the weak part of the pressure bearing capacity of the water pipe, so that water leakage is caused. If the user does not discover in time that the water inlet pipeline is closed, water in the water source pipeline can continuously enter the connecting water pipe and run out from the crack, so that serious water leakage is caused, and property loss and safety problems such as floor soaking, electric leakage and the like are caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a pressure protection valve which can timely close a water inlet connecting pipe when the pressure in a water pipe suddenly rises in the prior art.

The invention aims to solve another technical problem of providing a gas water heater which can timely close a water inlet connecting pipe when the pressure in a water pipe suddenly rises so as to avoid the water leakage phenomenon.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a pressure protection valve comprises a valve body, wherein a valve core assembly is arranged in a valve cavity of the valve body, and the valve body is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet which are communicated with the valve cavity; the water inlet is connected with a water supply source, and the water outlet is connected with water using equipment;

the valve core assembly comprises a first valve core assembly used for controlling the on-off of the water inlet and a second valve core assembly used for controlling the action of the first valve core assembly;

when the water pressure is in a normal range, the water inlet is in a normally open state; when the water pressure of the water using equipment is higher than a normal range, the first valve core assembly drives the second valve core assembly to close the water inlet.

The first valve core assembly for realizing the above functions can have various structures, preferably, the first valve core assembly can comprise a first valve seat, a first valve rod, a first valve plug, a first elastic member and a first base;

the first valve rod can be limited on the first valve seat and the first base in a sliding way, and the first valve plug is connected with the first valve rod in a driving way and is positioned between the first valve seat and the first base; two ends of the first elastic piece respectively abut against the first valve plug and the first base;

the second spool assembly is drivingly connected to the first valve stem.

The structure of the second valve spool component for realizing the functions can be various, preferably, the second valve spool component comprises a second base limited on the inner wall of the valve body, the second base is provided with a slot and a groove, and the groove is internally provided with a limiting component;

a control rod for controlling the first valve rod is slidably inserted into the slot and is positioned by the limiting assembly; when the pressure in the valve cavity is higher than a set value, the limiting component acts to remove the limitation on the control rod, and the control rod is separated from the slot to remove the limitation on the first valve rod.

The limiting assembly comprises a piston and a piston rod in driving connection with the piston rod;

the periphery of the piston can be connected with the periphery of the groove in a sliding and sealing manner, and a second elastic piece is arranged between the piston and the bottom surface of the groove;

the control rod comprises a connecting rod which is inserted in the slot in a sliding manner and a limiting block which is exposed out of the second base; the connecting rod is provided with a first clamping groove, and the head of the piston rod is accommodated in the first clamping groove; and a second clamping groove is formed in the limiting block, and the head of the first valve rod is accommodated in the second clamping groove.

And a third elastic piece is arranged in the slot and is abutted between the connecting rod and the bottom surface of the slot.

The side wall of the valve body is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the second base conveniently, and a nut for limiting the second base is screwed in the mounting hole.

Or the second valve core assembly comprises a second valve rod, a second valve plug and a second elastic piece; the second valve plug is slidably and hermetically connected with the peripheral wall of the groove, and the second elastic piece is abutted against the bottom surface of the groove and the second valve plug; one end drive connection of second valve rod the second valve plug, the other end slidable ground holding of second valve rod is in the guide way.

The second valve core assembly is characterized by further comprising a second valve seat arranged on the groove port, a second water passing hole and a second sliding hole are formed in the second valve seat, and the second valve rod can be slidably arranged in the second sliding hole in a penetrating mode.

The structure of the limiting piece can be various, preferably, a side pipe communicated with the valve cavity can be connected to the side wall of the valve body, a threaded seat is connected to the port of the side pipe, and the side pipe and the threaded seat are assembled to form the groove; the limiting piece is formed by a step part which is arranged in the threaded seat and is protruded on the inner wall of the bypass pipe.

Preferably, the first elastic member is an arc-shaped elastic sheet, the periphery of the first elastic member abuts against the limiting member, and the arc-shaped surface of the first elastic member abuts against the first valve plug.

And a sealing ring can be arranged between the first valve plug and the inner wall of the bypass pipe so as to further ensure the sealing between the first valve plug and the bypass pipe.

The gas water heater using the pressure protection valves is characterized in that a water inlet of the valve body is connected with a domestic water pipe, and a water outlet on the valve body is connected with an inlet of a cold water inlet pipe of the gas water heater;

the cold water inlet pipe is also connected with a plastic shell communicated with the cold water inlet pipe, and a flow sensor and a pressure stabilizer are integrated in the plastic shell.

Compared with the prior art, the pressure protection valve and the gas water heater provided by the invention can timely disconnect the normally open pipeline from the water source when the pressure is suddenly increased through the interaction between the two valve core assemblies, so that the water leakage phenomenon is avoided, and the use safety is further ensured.
