Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ion detection, in particular to a direct insertion type chloride ion detection device.
Background
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the desulfurization system and the high desulfurization efficiency thereof, the desulfurization system is operated to discharge a certain amount of wastewater, which is called desulfurization wastewater. And the impurities in the flue gas, the desulfurizer and the process water often influence the water quality of the desulfurization wastewater. Coal used in a coal-fired power plant contains a plurality of heavy metal elements, and the coal forms a plurality of inorganic compounds under the combustion condition in a boiler, wherein one part of the inorganic compounds enters a desulfurization system along with flue gas and is finally absorbed by absorption slurry. The impurities in the absorption slurry are continuously concentrated in the circulating process of the desulfurization system, so that the impurity content of the desulfurization wastewater is continuously increased. Chloride ions in the desulfurization system mainly come from HCl in flue gas and chloride ions in process water, and along with the continuous operation of the system, the chloride ions are continuously enriched, so that the corrosion of slurry on pipelines and equipment is increased. Therefore, the method for measuring the content of the chloride ions in the desulfurization wastewater has important significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system.
The chloride ion extraction type on-line detection technology is a technology for determining the content of chloride ions in desulfurization wastewater in the prior art. In the measuring process, the desulfurization wastewater needs to be guided into the measuring module through the acquisition system, and the error of the measuring result is large. In addition, the prior art lacks cleaning parts, which can cause corrosion of equipment in long-term use. Therefore, it is an urgent technical problem to provide a corrosion-resistant chloride ion detection device with high measurement accuracy.

the parts of the chloride ion selective electrode, the reference electrode and the temperature sensor which do not extend into the measuring cell are fixed in the electrode main body shell.
The anti-abrasion protective shell and the waterproof protective shell reduce the risk of water inflow of the sensor, relieve the scouring of solid particles in the desulfurization slurry to the electrode, ensure the sensor and work for a long time, and ensure that the direct-insertion type chloride ion detection device has higher reliability. In addition, the anti-abrasion protective shell is plated with a high-temperature-resistant graphite anti-corrosion coating so as to ensure long-term operation of the device in a power plant desulfurization system. The electrode protection body case protects a portion that does not penetrate into the measuring cell.
According to the direct-insertion type chloride ion detection device provided by the invention, the sensor is directly inserted into the desulfurization stock solution in the measurement process, the measurement error caused by long pipe section transportation of the desulfurization slurry is reduced, the chloride ion content change of the desulfurization slurry in a desulfurization system can be more accurately reflected in real time without complex operation, and the requirement of precise online measurement is met. Secondly, ensure to be surveyed under the mobile prerequisite of thick liquid with power device, installed waterproof protective housing and abrasionproof protective housing additional at the sensor front end, reduced the risk that the sensor module intake, alleviated the washing away of solid particle to the electrode in the desulfurization thick liquid, guaranteed that the electrode can work for a long time, make whole system have higher reliability. Finally, a cleaning device is added into the detection device, the surface of the electrode and the interior of the circulating pipe can be cleaned automatically at regular intervals, long-time operation work is facilitated, and maintenance amount is small.
