1. A ribbon splitting saw, comprising:

6. The ribbon splitting saw of claim 4, further comprising an access switch that can be opened or closed depending on the locking state of the first and second locking portions.

The band splitting saw according to claim 5, wherein the driven wheel assembly (23) comprises the driven wheel (231), a driven wheel mounting member (232), a slide rail (233) and a screw rod (234), the driven wheel (231) is rotatably connected to the driven wheel mounting member (232), the slide rail (233) is connected to the second cartridge body (21), the driven wheel mounting member (232) is in fit connection with the slide rail (233), the screw rod (234) is in threaded fit with the driven wheel mounting member (232), and rotating the screw rod (234) can drive the driven wheel mounting member (232) to slide along the slide rail (233).

Technical Field

The application relates to a slaughtering tool, in particular to a belt type splitting saw.

Background

Splitting saws are of vital importance to animal slaughterhouses, where the split is required for unhaired or skinned animal carcasses after opening and cleaning the chamber for ease of transport, storage, processing and sale. Because the dehaired or skinned livestock carcass is split into two halves, this operation is commonly referred to as splitting and the equipment used is referred to as a splitting saw.

Currently, most slaughterhouses use bridge type splitting saws, reciprocating type splitting saws to split the halves, and even some small-scale slaughterhouses still use knife splitting axes to chisel the halves, except that some large and medium-sized slaughterhouses use automated mechanical equipment to complete the splitting operation.

Pure manual knife splitting axe chisels, bridge type splitting saws and reciprocating type splitting saws have the defects of high labor intensity, low splitting efficiency, high bone and meat loss, poor meat quality and the like.

The band-type splitting saw is being gradually adopted because of the advantages of light equipment main body, high working efficiency, cleanness, sanitation and the like. As band splitting saws are increasingly being used by slaughter houses, some of the associated problems are also exposed. Because the slaughtering line is too old or because the slaughtering line is designed to be of insufficient height and the carcass of the pig must be hung within a limited height, the slaughterhouse has to choose a straight hook (flat hook) to reduce the distance between the hanging point and the pubic bone of the pig. This results in a small sawing space when the splitting operation is initiated, which is difficult to accomplish with conventional splitting saws.

Disclosure of Invention

The application aims at providing the belt type splitting saw, so that the belt type splitting saw can be used in a narrow space.

Preferably, the diameter of the driven wheel is half the diameter of the drive wheel.

Preferably, the band-type splitting saw further comprises a first handle and a second handle, the first handle and the second handle are both connected to the driving end, the first handle is provided with a first switch, and the second handle is provided with a second switch.

Preferably, the driving end comprises a first bin body and a first bin cover, the driving wheel is arranged in the first bin body, the first bin body and/or the first bin cover is/are provided with a first locking portion, and the first locking portion enables the first bin cover to be locked with the first bin body when the first bin cover is closed, so that the first bin cover is kept in a closed state during the operation of the belt type splitting saw.

Preferably, the driven end comprises a second bin body and a second bin cover, a driven wheel assembly is arranged in the second bin body, and the second bin body and/or the second bin cover is/are provided with a second locking part which enables the second bin cover to be locked with the second bin body when being closed, so that the second bin cover is kept in a closed state during the operation of the belt type splitting saw.

Preferably, the band-type splitting saw further comprises an access switch capable of being opened or closed according to the locking states of the first locking part and the second locking part.

Preferably, the driven wheel assembly comprises the driven wheel, a driven wheel mounting part, a sliding rail and a screw rod, the driven wheel is rotatably connected to the driven wheel mounting part, the sliding rail is connected to the second bin body, the driven wheel mounting part is in fit connection with the sliding rail, the screw rod is in threaded fit with the driven wheel mounting part, and the driven wheel mounting part can be driven to slide along the sliding rail by rotating the screw rod.

Detailed Description

In order to more clearly illustrate the above objects, features and advantages of the present application, a detailed description of the present application is provided in this section in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. This application is capable of embodiments in addition to those described herein, and is intended to cover such departures from the present disclosure as come within known or customary practice in the art to which this application pertains and which fall within the limits of the appended claims. The protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the claims.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the band type splitting saw includes a driving end 1, a driven end 2, a beam frame 3 and a saw blade 4, the driving end 1 and the driven end 2 are connected by the beam frame 3, and the saw blade 4 surrounds a driving wheel 115 provided at the driving end 1 and a driven wheel 231 provided at the driven end 2. When an operator operates the band type splitting saw by hand, the driving end 1 is the end close to the operator, and the driven end 2 is the end far away from the operator.

The driving end 1 is provided with a driving mechanism 11, a first handle 12, a second handle 13, a suspension 14 and a first guide 15. The driving mechanism 11 includes a first bin body 111, a first bin cover 112, a motor 113, a transmission 114 and a driving wheel 115. The first bin cover 112 is connected to the first bin body 111 through a hinge, the first bin cover 112 can cover an opening of the first bin body 111, the driving wheel 115 is arranged inside the first bin body 111, and the driving wheel 115 inside the first bin body 111 can be observed by opening the first bin cover 112, so that the driving wheel 115 is convenient to maintain and replace.

The motor 113 and the transmission device 114 are connected to the first bin body 111, the driving wheel 115 is rotatably connected to the first bin body 111, the motor 113 is connected to the driving wheel 115 through the transmission device 114, and thus the motor 113 can drive the driving wheel 115 to rotate. The transmission 114 may be a gear, a gear set, a reducer, or other conventional transmission mechanism.

The first bin body 111 and/or the first bin cover 112 are provided with locking portions (first locking portions) which lock the first bin cover 112 with the first bin body 111 when the first bin cover 112 is closed, so that the first bin cover 112 is kept in a closed state during the operation of the band splitting saw.

The first cartridge body 111 and/or the first cartridge cover 112 are provided with an access switch, which is opened or closed according to the locking state of the locking part. When the first hatch 112 is closed and the locking portion is locked, the opening of the access switch allows the motor 113 to be energized and started, and when the first hatch is opened and the locking portion is unlocked, the closing of the access switch disables the motor 113 from being energized and started. During the operation of the band-type splitting saw, if the locking part is unlocked to open the first bin cover 112, the access control switch is closed, and the band-type splitting saw stops operating to ensure the personal safety of an operator.

The saw blade 4 is arranged around the driving wheel 115 and the driven wheel 231, and when the driving wheel 115 rotates, the driven wheel 231 rotates together through transmission of the saw blade 4.

A first guide block 15 is connected to the first cartridge body 111, the first guide block 15 is disposed on the side of the first cartridge body 111 close to the driven end 2, and the first guide block 15 can twist the saw blade 4 through 90 degrees (including substantially 90 degrees) passing through the first guide block 15. The teeth of the part of the saw blade 4 that surrounds the drive wheel 115 extend in the axial direction of the drive wheel 115, and the first guide block 15 directs the teeth of the saw blade 4 radially outwards of the drive wheel 115 for cutting the carcass.

The first handle 12 and the second handle 13 are connected to the first magazine body 111 and/or the first magazine cover 112, and the first handle 12 and the second handle 13 can be held by both hands of an operator when the band-type splitting saw is used.

The first handle 12 is provided with a first switch, the second handle 13 is provided with a second switch, and the first switch and the second switch can be micro switches or button switches. Simultaneously, the belt type splitting saw can be started by pressing the first switch and the second switch, and the belt type splitting saw cannot be started if a certain switch is pressed alone, so that the personal safety of an operator is guaranteed by avoiding misoperation.

A hanging device 14 is connected to the first bin 111, the hanging device 14 comprising an annular hook by which the band-type splitting saw can be hung above the worktable.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the driven end 2 includes a second cartridge body 21, a second cartridge cover 22, a driven wheel assembly 23, a torque knob assembly 24, and a second guide block 25.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the driven wheel assembly 23 is disposed inside the second bin body 21, the second bin cover 22 is connected to the second bin body 21 through a hinge, the second bin cover 22 can cover the opening of the second bin body 21, and the driven wheel assembly 23 inside the second bin body 21 can be observed by opening the second bin cover 22.

The second bin body 21 and/or the second bin cover 22 are/is provided with a locking part (second locking part) which locks the second bin cover 22 with the second bin body 21 when the second bin cover 22 is closed, so that the second bin cover 22 is kept in a closed state during the running of the band-type splitting saw. The second guide block 25 is connected to the second magazine body 21, the second guide block 25 is disposed on one side of the second magazine body 21 close to the driving end 1, and the second guide block 25 can twist the saw blade 4 passing through the second guide block 25 by 90 degrees (including substantially 90 degrees). The teeth of the portion of the saw blade 4 surrounding the driven wheel 231 extend in the axial direction of the driven wheel 231, and the second guide 15 directs the teeth of the saw blade 4 radially outward of the driven wheel 231 for cutting the carcass. The first guide block 15 and the second guide block 25 twist the blade 4 between the drive end 1 and the driven end 2 by 90 degrees relative to the remainder of the blade 4.

The second bin body 21 and/or the second bin cover 22 are provided with an access switch which is opened or closed according to the locking state of the locking portion. When the second hatch 22 is closed and the locking portion is locked, the opening of the access switch allows the motor 113 to be energized and started, and when the second hatch is opened and the locking portion is unlocked, the closing of the access switch disables the motor 113 from being energized and started. During the operation of the belt type splitting saw, if the locking part is unlocked to enable the second bin cover 22 to be opened, the entrance guard switch is closed, the belt type splitting saw stops operating, and the personal safety of an operator is guaranteed.

That is, the band-type splitting saw can be operated when both the first lid 112 and the second lid 22 are closed and the locking portion is locked. The belt type splitting saw can be electrified and started only when the two access control switches of the driving end 1 and the driven end 2, the first switch and the second switch are all switched on.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the driven wheel assembly 23 includes a driven wheel 231, a driven wheel mounting member 232, a slide rail 233 and a screw 234, the driven wheel 231 is rotatably connected to the driven wheel mounting member 232, the slide rail 233 is connected to the second cartridge body 21, and the driven wheel mounting member 232 is connected to the slide rail 233 in a fitting manner. Screw 234 is threadably engaged with driven wheel mounting member 232, and rotation of screw 234 drives driven wheel mounting member 232 to slide along slide rail 233.

The driven wheel 231 has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the driving wheel 115, for example, the diameter of the driven wheel 231 is one-fourth to three-fourths of the diameter of the driving wheel 115, and preferably, the diameter of the driven wheel 231 is one-half of the diameter of the driving wheel 115. One end of the ball plunger 244 is provided with a spherical locating ball which is elastically connected to the main body of the ball plunger 244. A plurality of ball plungers 244 are connected to the knob 243 in a circumferential direction of the knob 243, and the bearing housing 242 is provided with a groove facing the ball plungers 244. The cover plate 245 is connected to the knob 243, and the ball plunger 244 abuts against the bearing seat 242. A detent ball at the end of the ball plunger 244 resiliently fits into the groove.

When the knob 243 is rotated, the ball plunger 244 with the locating ball partially engages the groove, so that the bearing seat 242 and the rotating shaft 241 rotate together to drive the screw 234 to rotate, and the driven wheel assembly 23 moves away from the driving end 1 to tension the saw blade 4. When the saw blade 4 is tensioned to a predetermined degree and the knob 243 is rotated again, the ball plunger 244 is compressed and cannot be retained in the groove, and the bearing seat 242 is no longer rotated together. When the saw blade 4 is tensioned by rotating the knob 243, the saw blade 4 is not excessively tensioned, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the saw blade 4.

The band-type splitting saw comprises at least two pipelines, wherein one pipeline is a cold water pipeline which is connected with a cold water spray head and used for cooling the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and the cold water pipeline and/or the cold water spray head can be positioned on the beam frame 3. When splitting, cold water can cool the saw blade 4 and the cutting surface of the carcass and has the function of flushing the bone chips and minced meat on the cutting surface. The other is a hot water pipe connected to a hot water spray nozzle located near the first guide block 15, and the hot water washes away grease attached to the drive wheel 115 and the saw blade 4, thereby preventing the saw blade 4 from slipping.
