A process for purifying waste fried food oil based on a continuous uninterrupted manner, which is characterized in that the device for purifying the waste fried food oil based on the continuous uninterrupted manner of any one of claims 1 to 8 is adopted for continuous uninterrupted purification treatment, and comprises the following steps:

s1, preheating and acid treatment: preheating the waste edible oil with solid impurity particles filtered out to 70-80 ℃, pumping the waste edible oil into a reaction tank for heat preservation, and adding edible phosphoric acid accounting for 0.05-0.2% of the oil by weight while stirring to obtain acid treatment mixed oil;

s2, rapidly cooling and condensing impurities: rapidly reducing the acid-treated mixed oil liquid treated by S1 to 30-40 ℃, adding edible-grade alkali liquid with the concentration of 20-25% according to the acid value to be reduced, and reacting for 8-15 min to condense the impurities to form flocculent impurities, thereby obtaining the alkali-treated mixed oil liquid;

s3, continuous and uninterrupted purification treatment: pumping the alkali treatment mixed oil liquid treated by the S2 into an oil inlet pipe, and collecting flocculent impurity bodies when the mixed oil liquid flows through the filtering devices on the first oil outlet pipe and the second oil outlet pipe respectively; meanwhile, when the turnover body is alternatively attached to the filtering devices on the first oil outlet pipe and the second oil outlet pipe, under the action of a negative pressure pump, the flocculent impurities adhered to the filtering devices flow through the first oil suction port and the second oil suction port, the valve mechanism is used for discharging and collecting oil after the oil suction cavity, the edible oil liquid after soap stripping flows out of the first oil outlet pipe and the second oil outlet pipe is pumped into a water washing tank, the temperature is raised to 70-80 ℃, and 0.5% -1% of soft water is added into the edible oil liquid for water washing.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of edible oil treatment, in particular to a device and a process for purifying waste fried food oil based on a continuous uninterrupted mode.

Background

In the field of fried food processing, such as meat products, bean products and the like, during frying, cooking oil for frying food is continuously heated for hours at high temperature in the environment of coexistence of moisture, air and food residues, and grease undergoes a plurality of chemical reactions, such as: organic pigments produced by oxidation, hydrolysis, thermal decomposition and polymerization, and the like. With the prolonged frying time, the quality of the oil in sense, nutrition and efficacy is remarkably reduced. The acid value and peroxide value of the oil and fat are continuously increased, and finally the quality of the fried food cannot be ensured. Therefore, the waste edible oil needs to be recovered and purified in time, however, the conventional alkali refining method cannot meet the requirement of high standard, and the colloidal substances such as trace metals, trace soap particles, phospholipids and the like in the oil and fat cannot be effectively removed, so that the problem needs to be solved.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a device for purifying waste oil of fried food based on a continuous and uninterrupted manner, which can perform high-efficiency impurity removal treatment on the used edible waste oil of fried food, and the edible waste oil can be purified more thoroughly, so that the edible waste oil can be recycled and reused conveniently.

To achieve the above objects, in a first aspect, the present invention provides an apparatus for purifying waste oil of fried food based on a continuous uninterrupted manner, comprising: the oil outlet pipe is communicated with the first oil outlet pipe and the second oil outlet pipe;

the first oil outlet pipe and the second oil outlet pipe are provided with filtering devices at the oil inlet ends in the shell;

s1, preheating and acid treatment: preheating the waste edible oil with solid impurity particles filtered out to 70-80 ℃, pumping the waste edible oil into a reaction tank for heat preservation, and adding edible phosphoric acid accounting for 0.05-0.2% of the oil by weight while stirring to obtain acid treatment mixed oil;

s2, rapidly cooling and condensing impurities: rapidly reducing the acid-treated mixed oil liquid (within 60 min) treated by S1 to 30-40 ℃, adding edible-grade alkali liquid with the concentration of 20-25% according to the acid value to be reduced, and reacting for 8-15 min to condense the impurities to form flocculent impurities to obtain alkali-treated mixed oil liquid; the calculation method of the adding amount of the edible alkali can be that the adding amount of the alkali liquor is equal to the weight of the waste edible oil, the acid value to be reduced is multiplied by 0.713 plus the excess alkali amount (the excess alkali amount is 2-6 per mill of the weight of the waste edible oil, and the adding amount is judged according to the amount of impurities in the waste edible oil).

S3, continuous and uninterrupted purification treatment: pumping the alkali treatment mixed oil liquid treated by the S2 into an oil inlet pipe, and collecting flocculent impurity bodies when the mixed oil liquid flows through the filtering devices on the first oil outlet pipe and the second oil outlet pipe respectively; meanwhile, when the turnover body is alternatively attached to the filtering devices on the first oil outlet pipe and the second oil outlet pipe, under the action of a negative pressure pump, the flocculent impurities adhered to the filtering devices flow through the first oil suction port and the second oil suction port, the valve mechanism is used for discharging and collecting oil after the oil suction cavity, the edible oil liquid after soap stripping flows out of the first oil outlet pipe and the second oil outlet pipe is pumped into a water washing tank, the temperature is raised to 70-80 ℃, and 0.5% -1% of soft water is added into the edible oil liquid for water washing.

Further, the concentration of food grade phosphoric acid in the S1 was 85%.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the edible waste oil after the fried food is used is subjected to high-efficiency impurity removal treatment, so that the purification is thorough, the edible waste oil is convenient to recycle, and the safety of the fried food is ensured.

In the process for purifying the waste oil of fried food based on the continuous uninterrupted mode, the waste edible oil is preheated in the first step, and then edible-grade phosphoric acid is added to play roles in hydrating and removing calcium, magnesium and phospholipid compounds, so that the residual soap content and the phospholipid content in the subsequent treatment process are effectively reduced; secondly, after the mixed solution is rapidly cooled, alkali liquor is added simultaneously to be in full contact with and react with free fatty acid, so that colloid forms larger floccules, the filtering and separation in the next step are facilitated, and the rapid cooling can also greatly reduce the saponification probability of neutral oil, so that the refining consumption is lower, the refining yield is higher, the quality is better, the color is light and the like; and thirdly, the device for purifying the waste oil of the fried food based on the continuous and uninterrupted mode is used for alternately removing the flocculent impurity bodies, so that the problem of no pipe blockage is solved, and the efficient edible oil purification treatment effect is ensured.
