Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the conveyor belt mechanism includes a first conveyor belt 52, a second conveyor belt 53 and a third conveyor belt 54, the first conveyor belt 52 is horizontally disposed at the bottom end of the water tank 51 and is driven by a conveyor belt mechanism driving motor 55 fixed at the bottom end of the machine body 2, the second conveyor belt 53 is in transmission connection with the first conveyor belt 52 and is obliquely disposed, one end of the second conveyor belt 53 extends out of the water tank 51, the second conveyor belt 53 is in transmission connection with the third conveyor belt 54, and the third conveyor belt 54 is horizontally disposed and is integrally located at the top of the water tank 51. Specifically, referring to fig. 3-4, the throwing wheel includes a wheel body 32 and a hopper 33, the hopper 33 is distributed on the periphery of the wheel body 32 in a central symmetry manner, the hopper 33 includes a hopper body 34, hopper lugs 35 and hopper lips 36, the cross-sectional shape of the hopper body 34 is trapezoidal, the top side is smaller than the bottom side, the hopper lugs 35 are disposed on the left side and the right side of the hopper body 34 and are used for being fixedly connected with the wheel body 32, the hopper lips 36 are disposed on the opening side of the hopper body 34, the opening of the hopper lips 36 is larger than the opening of the hopper body 34, and the opening width of the hopper lips 36 is larger than the width of the feeding conveyor belt 11. The opening size of the bucket lip 36 is larger than that of the hopper body 34, so that construction waste can enter the hopper body 34 conveniently, and the opening width of the bucket lip 36 is larger than that of the feeding conveyor belt 11, so that material leakage is prevented; the cross-sectional shape of the hopper body 34 is trapezoidal, the top edge of the hopper body is smaller than the bottom edge of the hopper body, so that the building garbage is more dispersed in the throwing process, the building garbage made of different materials is primarily separated in the throwing process, and further the building garbage made of different materials is fully separated in the blowing process of the primary sorting device, so that a better sorting effect is obtained.

Specifically, referring to fig. 5, a spacer 56 perpendicular to the second conveyor belt 53 is fixedly disposed on the surface of the second conveyor belt 53, and a baffle 57 is disposed on each of two sides of the first conveyor belt 52, the second conveyor belt 53, and the third conveyor belt 54. Set up the check on the second conveyer belt 53 of slope, prevent that building rubbish from gliding at the in-process of carrying, and baffle 57 sets up the effectual building rubbish of having avoided of side and drops.

Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the metal sorting device includes an electromagnetic controller, a metal sorting device bracket 61 and a rotating plate 62 rotatably disposed at the top end of the metal sorting device bracket 61, an electromagnet is fixed on the upper surface of the rotating plate 62, the electromagnet is electrically connected with the electromagnetic controller, and the rotating plate 62 is obliquely disposed at the blanking end of the third conveyor belt 54 and is used for receiving the construction waste conveyed by the third conveyor belt 54; the electromagnetic controller can control the electromagnet to be powered on/off, when the electromagnet is powered on, the construction waste falling from the blanking end of the third conveyor belt 54 collides with the inclined rotating plate 62 to disperse the construction waste, so that the magnetic metal waste in the construction waste is fully contacted with and adsorbed by the electromagnet on the surface of the rotating plate 62.

The metal sorting device also comprises a driving cylinder 63, and two ends of the driving cylinder 63 are respectively and rotatably arranged on the metal sorting device bracket 61 and the rotating plate 62; the driving cylinder 63 drives the rotating plate 62 to swing obliquely left and right. A second recovery box 58 is arranged on the left side of the metal sorting device, and a third recovery box 59 is arranged on the right side of the metal sorting device; when the rotating plate 62 is inclined to the right, most of the construction waste falling from the blanking end of the third conveyor belt 54 is concrete blocks which cannot be adsorbed by the electromagnet and slide down to the third recovery tank 59 under the action of gravity; after working for a period of time, the driving cylinder 63 drives the rotating plate 62 to incline to the left, then the electromagnetic controller controls the electromagnet to be powered off, and the magnetic metal garbage on the surface of the rotating plate 62 falls into the second recycling box 58 along the rotating plate 62, so that the sorting of the metal garbage, concrete blocks and bricks is realized.

The working process is as follows: during operation, the crushed construction waste is conveyed by the feeding conveying device 1 and enters the machine body 2, firstly, the construction waste enters the throwing wheel device 3 along the feeding conveying belt 11, and the throwing wheel device 3 throws the construction waste to the primary sorting device at a constant speed. The arrangement of the throwing wheel device 3 enables the construction waste to be thrown more dispersedly, the blowing device is over against the thrown falling construction waste, the fan 45 blows the thrown falling construction waste to the first filter plate 41, the first filter plate 41 only enables fine sand to pass through, the fine sand passes through the first filter plate 41 and then enters the recovery channel 42, and the fine sand is sent out through the fine sand conveying belt 46; plastics, wood and the like with the same lighter weight and smaller particles (usually with the diameter of 2-7mm) flap on the left side of the first filter plate 41 under the action of the air blowing device, and are blocked by the first filter plate 41 and fall into the first recovery tank 43; the construction waste with larger volume and mass is less influenced by the blowing device, falls on the inclined guide plate 47 on the left side of the first recovery tank 43 and enters the water tank 51, plastic and wood with larger particles float on the surface of water after entering the water tank 51 and are blocked by the second filter plate, the construction waste sinking to the bottom of the water tank 51 is conveyed to the metal sorting device through the conveying belt mechanism, the metal sorting device is arranged at the blanking end of the third conveying belt 54, the metal waste is adsorbed by the electromagnet on the rotating plate 62, other waste falls into the third recovery tank 59, after working for a period of time, the driving cylinder 63 drives the rotating plate 62 to incline leftwards, then the electromagnet is controlled by the electromagnetic controller to be powered off, and the magnetic metal waste on the surface of the rotating plate 62 falls into the second recovery tank 58 along the rotating plate 62, so that the sorting of the metal waste, concrete blocks and bricks is realized.
