Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of automobile part processing, in particular to a surface treatment process for a rear damping workpiece of an automobile shock absorber.

Background

At present, the surface treatment paint spraying of the rear damping product of the shock absorber is usually carried out by adopting an epoxy paint electrostatic coating process (production line). The process flow is complex, the manufacturing cost is high, the environmental protection standard reaching difficulty is high, and the process flow cannot meet the national safety and environmental protection production requirements along with the gradual improvement of the environmental protection requirements of the country and the metropolis.

The prior paint spraying production line technology has the following defects or shortcomings:

1. the process flow is complex, and the occupied area is large: the whole production line needs 20 working procedures, the total length of the production line is about 240 meters, and the floor area is about more than 800 square meters. The production process sequentially comprises: loading, hot water washing, pre-degreasing, water washing 1, water washing 2, surface conditioning, phosphating, water washing 3, water washing 4, direct spraying water washing, automatic water blowing, a moisture drying chamber, forced cooling, automatic paint supplementing (reserving a paint supplementing station), omega electrostatic painting, leveling, paint drying, forced cooling and unloading.

2. The requirements for environmental protection and three-waste treatment are high: firstly, banana oil and Tianna oil are used as diluents in the epoxy paint, and the epoxy paint contains a large amount of harmful substances such as heavy metals including benzene and xylene and carcinogenic substances harmful to human bodies; the benzene compound is volatilized from the paint, has strong pungent smell, and has the sustained and long-acting volatilization of harmful substances, so that the product is easy to discolor and has poor durability. Secondly, the wastewater generated in the pre-treatment and paint spraying production processes is sent to a sewage treatment station for centralized treatment through a paint-containing wastewater and acid-base wastewater sewage discharge pipeline and then is discharged after reaching the standard. Finally, the spray paint waste gas is processed by adopting a water curtain purification, activated carbon adsorption (desorption) and catalytic combustion mode, and then reaches the standard, and is dried and subjected to catalytic combustion treatment, and then reaches the standard before being discharged.

3. The paint is flammable and explosive, and has high safety production standard requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the surface treatment process for the rear shock absorber workpiece solves the problems, firstly, the rear shock absorber workpiece is subjected to electrophoretic paint spraying treatment, and the non-electrophoretic paint-coating surfaces of the welding part (about 15mm wide) of the outer dust cover and the lifting ring and the like are subjected to water-based paint supplementing treatment, so that the production line is simplified, the safety and environmental protection level is improved, and the cost is reduced.

The invention adjusts the original whole epoxy resin paint spraying process into an electrophoresis paint spraying process and a water paint replenishing process, finishes the sealing of the double-suspension-ring shock absorber (rear damper), adopts the water paint replenishing spraying on the two parts except the welding part (about 15mm wide) of the outer dust cover and the upper connecting ring, and finishes the surface treatment on the other parts (about 95 percent of the whole surface area of the rear damper workpiece) by adopting the electrophoresis paint spraying. Specifically, after a part, about 15mm wide, of the welding part of the dust cover is removed, is shielded by a special shielding tool during electrophoresis surface treatment, electrophoresis is carried out on the electrophoresis paint spraying production line, and only the welding part of the dust cover and the lifting ring are subjected to water-based paint repair so as to reduce the spraying area of the water-based paint, thereby ensuring that the process simultaneously meets the aims of safety, environmental protection, saving and cost reduction.

Further, the step 3 comprises the following steps:

step 3-1, a first pretreatment process: polishing;

step 3-2, the second pretreatment procedure: cleaning;

step 3-3, spraying water paint: spraying water paint on the surface of the pretreated workpiece in a paint spraying room;

step 3-4, surface drying treatment;

and 3-5, discharging the product.

Further, in the step 3-1, floating oil on the surface of the workpiece to be sprayed with the water-based paint and a welding oxide layer and floating rust on the surface of the welding part of the dust cover are removed through polishing.

Further, in the step 3-2, cleaning and degreasing treatment is carried out on the surface of the workpiece to be sprayed with the water-based paint by using a cleaning solution.

Further, in the cleaning process, the temperature of the cleaning liquid is 60-80 ℃; the cleaning liquid comprises an oil-removing cleaning agent and water.

Further, in the step 3-3, the spraying thickness of the water-based paint on the surface of the workpiece is more than 18 μm.

Further, in the step 3-3, the spraying thickness of the water-based paint on the surface of the workpiece is 30-60 microns.

Further, in the step 3-4, the surface drying temperature is 50-80 ℃, and the drying time is 20-60 min.

Further, the water-based paint comprises THS13-60 water-based epoxy anticorrosive paint.

The invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

The 20 procedures of the original production line for completing the product paint spraying and the integral paint spraying are improved into two spraying processes, and the electrophoretic spraying and the water-based paint spraying are adopted for repairing the paint, so that the new process paint spraying process is adjusted to the X procedures; particularly, for the water paint repair process, the process can be completed by 4 devices and 7 procedures, thereby greatly simplifying the paint spraying process, saving the occupied area, and saving the devices, the manpower and the operation cost.

Specifically, the method is used for the paint repair production of non-electrophoretic paint spraying surfaces such as a welding part (about 15mm wide) of the outer dust cover and the hanging ring after the sealing of a double-hanging ring shock absorber (rear suspension) product is finished, the outer dust cover and the upper hanging ring are assembled in place and welded; except the part needing paint repair, other parts such as the outer dust cover, the oil storage cylinder and the like are subjected to electrophoretic spraying before welding, so that the purposes of safety, environmental protection, zero emission standard of toxic and harmful substances, saving and cost reduction are achieved.

The invention adopts the environment-friendly water-based paint to replace part of the original common paint, reduces the using amount of the common paint and is beneficial to environment-friendly production. The invention can adopt the industrial anti-corrosion environment-friendly paint newly developed by advanced water-based technology, takes water as a diluent, and is suitable for the protective finishing of automobile parts and the like. The main characteristics are as follows: (1) the water is used as a diluent, so that the fuel is not combusted, has no fire hazard and explosion hazard, and is beneficial to safe production, storage and transportation. (2) Low VOC, no harmful substances such as benzene, formaldehyde, heavy metal and the like, meets the requirement of environmental protection and is harmless to human health. (3) The paint film has high hardness, excellent adhesive force, water resistance and corrosion resistance.
