Background

In order to monitor the development and production dynamics of the oil field, the oil field needs to be tested for flowing pressure, static pressure, flowing temperature, static temperature and the like for hundreds of times. In order to realize the test of the test instrument in the oil casing within a certain period of time, the test instrument needs to be hung at a certain fixed position of the oil casing, and after the test is finished, the fishing tool together with the test instrument and the hanging tool is used for fishing the test instrument to the well. The conventional hanger is mainly hung in an oil pipe, and then steel wire operation hanging well logging needs to be carried out in a sleeve along with the development of an oil field, the inner diameter of the sleeve is larger than that of the oil pipe, tools need to pass through a lubricator, and the inner diameter of the lubricator is the same as that of the oil pipe; the diameter of the tool body is small, and the diameter of the suspension point is large; the tool still needs to withdraw all the suspension devices in the fishing process, and then the tool can smoothly pass through the wellhead and the blowout prevention pipe, so that the problem needs to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical defects, the invention aims to provide a five-claw positioning hanger for logging, which has a compact structure and small volume occupation; the quick retraction and extension of well entry and salvage can be realized, the use and the operation are convenient, and the working efficiency of oilfield development is improved.

the three-jaw roller assembly comprises a center rod, a limiting sleeve, a three-jaw lower cross arm and a plurality of wall hanging assemblies;

the limiting sleeve is arranged on the central rod in a sliding mode, and the limiting sleeve is arranged in the locking block sleeve in a sliding mode; the locking block sleeve is movably provided with a locking block; the limiting sleeve is provided with a locking groove matched with the locking block;

one end of the central rod is fixedly connected with the lower joint; the three-jaw lower cross arm is sleeved on the central rod in a sliding manner;

one end of the wall hanging assembly is hinged to the three-jaw lower cross arm;

The five-claw positioning hanger is released after entering a well, the lower working spring 10 pushes the three-claw lower cross arm 11 to move upwards, and the roller 16 on the whole three-claw lower cross arm 11 is pushed out along the inclined planes of the three trapezoidal grooves of the base 4 and is clamped with the base 4 and the inner wall of the sleeve to realize hanging; after the five-claw positioning hanger is released by the releaser, the upper working spring 22 pushes the upper transverse wall to move downwards, so that the roller 16 on the two-claw roller assembly moves downwards and is clamped with the inner wall of the sleeve and the base 4 at the same time, and the five-claw positioning hanger is prevented from moving upwards.

When the five-claw positioning hanger is used for fishing, the conventional fishing device is firstly contacted with the upper fishing head 24, and then the upper fishing head 24 is grabbed, the upper control rod 19 is impacted downwards, the shearing pin 18 is cut off, the connecting block 15 and the lower control rod 8 are pushed, and meanwhile, the control sleeve 7 is pushed to move downwards; under the action of a limiting spring 9, the limiting sleeve 6 moves downwards, and as the lower part of the limiting sleeve 6 is in inclined contact with the locking block 5, the locking block 5 is extruded out, and the limiting sleeve 6 slides to the lower end of the five-claw positioning hanger; the lower working spring is not supported by the limiting sleeve 6, the three-jaw roller assembly can slide to the lower part of the five-jaw positioning hanger, and the three rollers 16 are recovered to the inside of the five-jaw positioning hanger.
