On the basis of embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 9 to 14, a material distributing shaft 41 is installed on the material spreading plate 25, a first material distributing gear 42 is installed at the lower end of the material distributing shaft 41, a second material distributing gear 43 is installed at the end of the feeding roller 32 located at the lower end of the material guiding cylinder 24, the first material distributing gear 42 is meshed with the second material distributing gear 43, a cam 44 is installed at the upper end of the material distributing shaft 41, a convex column 45 is eccentrically arranged on the cam 44, a swing rod 46 is hinged on the convex column 45, the swing rod 46 penetrates through the material spreading hopper 26, a buffer grid 47 is fixed on the swing rod 46, and the buffer grid 47 is located inside the material spreading hopper 26.

The hopper 26 is provided along the radius direction of the blanking tray 21.

Feed roll 32 drives cloth axle 41 and rotates when rotating, and cloth axle 41 drives cam 44 and rotates, and then drives swinging arms 46 and is reciprocating motion inside stone hopper 26, and swinging arms 46 drives buffering grid 47 and removes, and the pickling material that stone hopper 26 flows down contacts buffering grid 47, and then can disperse the pickling material, prevents the pickling material gathering whereabouts, improves the stone degree of consistency of pickling material.

Example 5

On the basis of example 1, as shown in FIGS. 1-8; the cleaning mechanism 52 comprises a water tank 81, a cleaning push rod 82 is arranged in the water tank 81, a cleaning platform 83 is fixed at the upper end of the cleaning push rod 82, a cleaning frame 84 is arranged on the cleaning platform 83, a cleaning shaft 85 is rotatably arranged on the cleaning platform 83 and is driven to rotate by a cleaning motor 86, a first bevel gear 87 is fixed on the cleaning shaft 85, a cleaning sleeve 88 is rotatably arranged on the cleaning frame 84, the cleaning sleeve 88 is sleeved on the cleaning shaft, a second bevel gear 89 is arranged at the lower end of the cleaning sleeve 88, an intermediate bevel gear 93 is arranged on the cleaning frame 84, the intermediate bevel gear 93 is respectively meshed with the first bevel gear 87 and the second bevel gear 89, brush plates 90 are respectively arranged at the upper ends of the cleaning sleeve 88 and the cleaning shaft, a water spray pipe 91 is fixed at the upper end of the cleaning shaft 85, the interior of the cleaning shaft is hollow, the water spray pipe 91 is communicated with the interior of the cleaning shaft 85, a rotary joint is connected with a water outlet of a water pump 92 through a pipeline, the water inlet of the water pump 92 is connected with the water tank 81.

When the wooden barrel passes through the cleaning mechanism 52, the cleaning platform 83 is pushed to ascend by the cleaning push rod 82, so that the cleaning frame 84, the brush plate 90 and the water spray pipe 91 extend into the wooden barrel, the cleaning motor 86 drives the cleaning shaft and the cleaning sleeve 88 to rotate, the first bevel gear 87, the second bevel gear 89 and the third bevel gear are used for transmission, the rotating directions of the cleaning shaft and the cleaning sleeve 88 are changed, and the cleaning effect of the brush plate 90 on the inner side wall of the wooden barrel is improved.

The drying mechanism 53 comprises a drying rack 101, an air duct 102, a blower 103 and an electric heating wire 104; the drying rack 101 is fixed on the inner side of the annular track 51, the air duct 102 is installed on the drying rack 101, the air blower 103 is fixed inside the air duct 102, the electric heating wire 104 is wound on the inner side wall of the air duct 102, and the filter screen 105 is installed at the lower end of the air duct 102.

When the wooden barrel moves to the drying mechanism 53, air is blown by the blower 103, and the electric heating wire 104 is heated to generate hot air, so that the wooden barrel passing through is dried.

Example 6

On the basis of example 1, as shown in FIGS. 1-8; the coating mechanism 54 comprises a coating support 201, a pickling bin 28, an injection pump 27 and an injection spray pipe 202, wherein the coating support 201 is fixedly installed on the inner side of the annular rail 51, the pickling bin 28 is fixed on the coating support 201, the bottom of the pickling bin 28 is connected with a water inlet of the injection pump 27 through a pipeline, a water outlet of the injection pump 27 is connected with the injection spray pipe 202 through a pipeline, a feeding push rod 203 is installed on the coating support 201, and the injection spray pipe 202 is fixed at the output end of the feeding push rod 203.

The clamping mechanism 73 comprises a clamping frame 301, a first rack 302, a second rack 303, a first clamping plate 304 and a second clamping plate 305, the clamping frame 301 is fixedly installed on the feeding plate 72, a transmission shaft 306 is installed on the clamping frame 301, the transmission shaft 306 is driven by a clamping motor, a transmission gear 307 is fixed on the transmission shaft 306, the first rack 302 and the second rack 303 are parallel to each other and are respectively installed on the clamping frame 301 in a sliding manner, the first rack 302 and the second rack 303 are both meshed with the transmission gear 307, the first clamping plate 304 is fixed on the first rack 302, the second clamping plate 305 is fixed on the second rack 303, a clamping wheel set 308 is installed on the first clamping plate 304 and the second clamping plate 305 respectively, and the clamping wheel set 308 is driven by a rotating motor.

When the clamping mechanism 73 clamps the wooden barrel, the clamping motor is used for driving the transmission shaft 306 to rotate, and the transmission gear 307 drives the first rack 302 and the second rack 303 to move, so that the wooden barrel between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate is clamped.

Fixture 73 is behind the centre gripping cask, when the cask is through coating mechanism 54, electric putter 67 stretches out, make the driven tooth section 71 on the drive tooth section 66 at carriage release lever 65 both ends all not contact carousel 70, two back shafts 69 all take up and lean on in supporting groove 68 this moment, backup pad 62 is the horizontality, utilize rotating electrical machines to drive centre gripping wheelset 308 and rotate, make the cask rotation on fixture 73, meanwhile, utilize pay-off push rod 203 to annotate material spray tube 202 and stretch into to the cask inside, annotate the material pump 27 and pour into the material of pickling in the feed bin 28 into the cask, because the cask rotation, make the material of pickling can perfect contact cask inside wall, accomplish the precoating of cask material of pickling.

When the vat moves to vat feeding conveyor belt 1, electric putter 67 stretches out, and then makes backup pad 62 deflect once more, and fixture 73 loosens for the vat opening is placed up on vat feeding conveyor belt 1.
