s2, heating by a heating furnace, and feeding the single-sided stainless steel plate blank prepared in the step S1 into the heating furnace for heating after steel loading;

s3, rough rolling, namely, after descaling through a descaling box, feeding the single-sided stainless steel plate blanks heated and discharged from the furnace in the step S2 into a rough rolling mill group for rolling;

s4, finish rolling, namely, descaling the single-sided stainless steel plate blank rolled in the step S3 by a descaling box, and then feeding the single-sided stainless steel plate blank into a finishing mill group for rolling;

s5, cooling;

Technical Field

The invention relates to a manufacturing process of stainless steel, in particular to a production process of a single-sided stainless steel composite plate of a hot continuous rolling unit.

Background

At present, two methods are mainly used for industrially producing the stainless steel composite plate, namely an explosion cladding method and a direct rolling method.

The explosion method is characterized in that the composite metal and the base metal are impacted mutually by using the impact of detonation waves generated by explosive explosion, so that the welding of the two metals is realized; the method can only be used for producing thicker stainless steel composite plates generally, and can only be used for producing thicker stainless steel composite plates due to thicker compound layers, and meanwhile, the method is not easy to popularize and use due to serious pollution in the explosion process.

The direct rolling method is to stick the stainless steel with clean surface and the substrate together, weld and seal the edge, and realize the compounding of the stainless steel and the substrate under certain temperature and rolling pressure.

The process for producing the stainless steel composite plate by adopting the hot rolling method on the basis of the direct rolling method is adopted, but the stainless steel composite plate produced by adopting the hot rolling method in the prior art still has the defects, mainly because the base layer and the composite layer of the plate are composed of two stainless steels and substrates with different deformation resistances and thermal expansion coefficients, serious 'head warping' or 'head buckling' phenomena are generated due to uneven deformation of the two materials during normal hot rolling, the normal rolling of a rolling mill is influenced, and the faults are caused.

For the production of single-sided stainless steel composite plates, for example, application No. 200710048375.5 discloses a production method of a stainless steel composite plate, which is used for the production of single-sided stainless steel/carbon steel or low alloy steel composite plates, and the main technical scheme is that a single-sided stainless steel composite plate blank is produced by an explosion method, the surface roughness of a single-sided stainless steel composite layer of the plate blank is polished to Ra (Ra) less than or equal to 25, a layer of isolating agent is uniformly sprayed on the polished stainless steel composite layer, two plate blanks are overlapped and welded after being dried in the shade, then heating and hot rolling are carried out, and finally the hot rolled plate blank is cut to the edge and separated into two stainless steel composite plates; the single-sided stainless steel composite board produced by the manufacturing method needs polishing the surface of the stainless steel composite layer, spraying the separant, overlapping and welding two board blanks, and trimming and separating after rolling, so the method has the advantages of complex production process flow, high production cost and low production efficiency.

At the present stage, with the increase of the construction strength of the industries such as civil use, building, petroleum, chemical industry, storage and transportation, water conservancy and hydropower, the production method in the prior art cannot meet the requirements of the industries on the single-sided stainless steel composite plate, and cannot fully embody the unique low-cost advantage of the single-sided stainless steel composite plate.

In view of the above, it is desirable to develop a novel method for manufacturing single-sided stainless steel, which can make full use of the existing rolling equipment, so that the produced stainless steel composite plate has obvious advantages in plate shape and surface quality control, and can realize continuous and mass production of the single-sided stainless steel composite plate.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a production process of a single-sided stainless steel composite plate of a hot continuous rolling mill set, which is characterized in that the existing rolling equipment is fully utilized through the control of the hot rolling process, the direct hot rolling of the single-sided stainless steel composite plate is realized on the conventional hot continuous rolling mill set, the thickness of the multiple layers of the produced single-sided stainless steel composite plate is uniform, the rolling process is stable, the base layer and the multiple layers are completely combined, the layering phenomenon is avoided, the problem of warping and buckling head scrap steel in the rolling, layer cooling and coiling processes is avoided, the contradiction between the structure properties is solved, and the continuous and mass production of the single-sided stainless steel composite plate is realized.

s2, heating by a heating furnace, and feeding the single-sided stainless steel plate blank prepared in the step S1 into the heating furnace for heating after steel loading; when the single-sided stainless steel slab is used for loading steel, the stainless steel surface is arranged on the lower surface, and the carbon steel surface is arranged on the upper surface; when the heating furnace is used for heating, the temperature of the lower surface of the single-sided stainless steel slab is higher than that of the upper surface, the temperature difference is 0-50 ℃, and the temperature difference is 30 ℃ as a preferred scheme; the furnace time of the single-sided stainless steel plate blank is more than or equal to 150min, and the discharging temperature is 1100-1270 ℃; as a preferred scheme, the discharging temperature of the single-sided stainless steel plate blank is 1180-1240 ℃;

S2, heating by a heating furnace, and feeding the single-sided stainless steel plate blank prepared in the step S1 into the heating furnace for heating after steel loading; when the single-sided stainless steel slab is used for loading steel, the stainless steel surface is arranged on the lower surface, and the carbon steel surface is arranged on the upper surface; when the heating furnace is used for heating, the lower surface temperature of the single-sided stainless steel slab is higher than the upper surface temperature, and the temperature difference between the upper surface and the lower surface is 30 ℃; at the moment, the in-furnace time of the single-sided stainless steel plate blank is 240min, and the discharging temperature is 1230 ℃.

The steps of the method can realize stable, continuous and mass production, the prepared single-sided stainless steel composite plate has the thickness of 6mm, the width of 1500mm, the interface shear strength of 194Mpa (standard is more than or equal to 100Mpa), the upper yield strength of 295Mpa (standard is more than or equal to 235Mpa), the post-fracture elongation of 33.0% (standard is more than or equal to 26.0%), the internal and external bending is qualified (d is 2a), the single-sided stainless steel composite plate has good shape, the surface has no buckling phenomenon, and the surface quality is qualified.

Example 2

The production process of the single-sided stainless steel composite plate of the hot continuous rolling unit in the embodiment comprises the following steps:

s1, preparing a single-sided stainless steel plate blank, selecting Q235 carbon steel and 304 stainless steel as base plate and composite plate raw materials (chemical components are shown in Table 1), assembling the blank, and preparing the single-sided stainless steel plate blank which is 3600-12000 mm (length) multiplied by 1030-1900 (width) multiplied by 150-280 mm (thickness) and is suitable for being rolled by a hot continuous rolling mill by adopting an explosion method.

S2, heating by a heating furnace, and feeding the single-sided stainless steel plate blank prepared in the step S1 into the heating furnace for heating after steel loading; when the single-sided stainless steel slab is used for loading steel, the stainless steel surface is arranged on the lower surface, and the carbon steel surface is arranged on the upper surface; when the heating furnace is used for heating, the lower surface temperature of the single-sided stainless steel slab is higher than the upper surface temperature, and the temperature difference between the upper surface and the lower surface is 30 ℃; at the moment, the in-furnace time of the single-sided stainless steel plate blank is 240min, and the discharging temperature is 1230 ℃.

The steps of the method can realize stable, continuous and mass production, the prepared single-sided stainless steel composite plate has the thickness of 4mm, the width of 1500mm, the interface shear strength of 202Mpa (standard is more than or equal to 100Mpa), the upper yield strength of 301Mpa (standard is more than or equal to 235Mpa), the post-fracture elongation of 34.0% (standard is more than or equal to 26.0%), the internal and external bending is qualified (d is 2a), the single-sided stainless steel composite plate has good shape, the surface has no buckling phenomenon, and the surface quality is qualified.

Example 3

The production process of the single-sided stainless steel composite plate of the hot continuous rolling unit in the embodiment comprises the following steps:

s1, preparing a single-sided stainless steel plate blank, selecting Q235 carbon steel and 304 stainless steel as base plate and clad plate raw materials (chemical components are shown in Table 1), assembling, and cogging by a single-stand hot rolling mill by adopting a rolling compounding method into the single-sided stainless steel plate blank which is 3600-12000 mm (length) multiplied by 1030-1900 (width) multiplied by 150-280 mm (thickness) and suitable for being rolled by a hot continuous rolling mill.

Example 4

The production process of the single-sided stainless steel composite plate of the hot continuous rolling unit in the embodiment comprises the following steps:

s1, preparing a single-sided stainless steel plate blank, selecting Q235 carbon steel and 304 stainless steel as base plate and clad plate raw materials (chemical components are shown in Table 1), assembling, and cogging by a single-stand hot rolling mill by adopting a rolling compounding method into the single-sided stainless steel plate blank which is 3600-12000 mm (length) multiplied by 1030-1900 (width) multiplied by 150-280 mm (thickness) and suitable for being rolled by a hot continuous rolling mill.

S2, heating by a heating furnace, and feeding the single-sided stainless steel plate blank prepared in the step S1 into the heating furnace for heating after steel loading; when the single-sided stainless steel slab is used for loading steel, the stainless steel surface is arranged on the lower surface, and the carbon steel surface is arranged on the upper surface; when the heating furnace is used for heating, the lower surface temperature of the single-sided stainless steel slab is higher than the upper surface temperature, and the temperature difference between the upper surface and the lower surface is 30 ℃; at the moment, the in-furnace time of the single-sided stainless steel plate blank is 200min, and the discharging temperature is 1200 ℃.

Example 5

The production process of the single-sided stainless steel composite plate of the hot continuous rolling unit in the embodiment comprises the following steps:

Example 6

The production process of the single-sided stainless steel composite plate of the hot continuous rolling unit in the embodiment comprises the following steps:

s1, preparing a single-sided stainless steel plate blank, selecting Q235 carbon steel and 304 stainless steel as base plate and clad plate raw materials (chemical components are shown in Table 1), assembling, and cogging by a single-stand hot rolling mill by adopting a rolling compounding method into the single-sided stainless steel plate blank which is 3600-12000 mm (length) multiplied by 1030-1900 (width) multiplied by 150-280 mm (thickness) and suitable for being rolled by a hot continuous rolling mill.

s1, preparing a single-sided stainless steel plate blank, selecting Q235 carbon steel and 304 stainless steel as base plate and composite plate raw materials (chemical components are shown in Table 1), assembling the blank, and cogging the blank by a single-stand hot rolling mill by adopting a rolling compounding method into the single-sided stainless steel plate blank which is 3600-12000 mm (length) multiplied by 1030-1900 (width) multiplied by 150-280 mm (thickness) and is suitable for being rolled by a hot continuous rolling mill;

s2, heating by a heating furnace, and feeding the single-sided stainless steel plate blank prepared in the step S1 into the heating furnace for heating after steel loading; when the single-sided stainless steel slab is used for loading steel, the stainless steel surface is arranged on the lower surface, and the carbon steel surface is arranged on the upper surface; when the heating furnace is used for heating, the lower surface temperature of the single-sided stainless steel slab is higher than the upper surface temperature, and the temperature difference between the upper surface and the lower surface is 30 ℃; at the moment, the in-furnace time of the single-sided stainless steel plate blank is 210min, and the discharging temperature is 1080 ℃.

The steps of the method can realize stable, continuous and mass production, the thickness of the prepared single-sided stainless steel composite plate is 15mm, the width is 1550mm, the interface shear strength is 198Mpa (standard is more than or equal to 100Mpa), the upper yield strength is 301Mpa (standard is more than or equal to 235Mpa), the post-fracture elongation is 32.0% (standard is more than or equal to 26.0%), the internal and external bending is qualified (d is 2a), and the tapping temperature is 1080 ℃, which is lower than the tapping temperature lower limit of the method, so that the surface of the single-sided stainless steel composite plate generates iron sheet defects.

Comparative example 2

The other steps are the same as the process parameters of the example 3, in the step S3, only the side pressure amount of each pass of the vertical roll is changed, specifically, the side pressure amount of each pass of the vertical roll is 100mm, and the prepared single-sided stainless steel composite plate has the defects that the bonding layer is rolled open due to the overlarge side pressure amount of the vertical roll, and scrap steel is caused.

Comparative example 3

The other steps are the same as the process parameters of the embodiment 3, and in the step S2, only the upper and lower surfaces of the single-sided stainless steel slab during steel loading are changed, namely, when the single-sided stainless steel slab is loaded with steel, the stainless steel surface is on the upper surface, and the carbon steel surface is on the lower surface; the prepared single-sided stainless steel composite plate seriously warps, and impacts a guard plate above a rack or a rough and finish rolling heat-insulating cover, so that scrap steel is caused.

Comparative example 4

The other steps are the same as the process parameters of the embodiment 3, and in the step S2, only the temperature difference between the upper surface and the lower surface of the single-sided stainless steel slab is changed when the heating furnace is used for heating, that is, the temperature of the upper surface of the single-sided stainless steel slab is higher than the temperature of the lower surface by 30 ℃ when the heating furnace is used for heating, and at this time, the rough rolling and the head buckling are serious, so that the continuous production cannot be realized.

Comparative example 5

The other steps are the same as the process parameters of the embodiment 3, and in step S2, only the rolling speed of the upper roller and the rolling speed of the lower roller of the working roller of the roughing mill are changed, that is, when the rolling speed of the upper roller is equal to the rolling speed of the lower roller, the roughing buckle is serious.

Comparative example 6

The other steps are the same as the process parameters of the embodiment 3, and in step S2, only the rolling speed of the upper roller and the rolling speed of the lower roller of the working roller of the roughing mill are changed, that is, when the rolling speed of the upper roller is higher than the rolling speed of the lower roller, the roughing head is serious, and there is a risk of damaging the equipment.

It can be seen from the above examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 6 that stable, continuous and mass production can be achieved by controlling the hot rolling process, and the prepared single-sided stainless steel composite plate has uniform thickness, excellent mechanical properties, good plate shape, no warping and buckling phenomenon on the surface and qualified quality.

In conclusion, through the control of the hot rolling process, the direct hot rolling of the single-sided stainless steel composite plate is realized on the conventional hot continuous rolling mill set without surface polishing, spraying of an isolating agent, welding, edge shearing and separation procedures, the production process flow is short, the expenses of labor, materials, fields and the like can be saved, the production cost of the composite plate is greatly reduced, the production efficiency is obviously improved, the production process is pollution-free, and the process is a green and environment-friendly process for producing the composite plate; meanwhile, the rolling process is stable, the problem of warping buckle head scrap steel in the rolling, layer cooling and coiling processes is avoided, the contradiction between the structure performance is solved, and continuous and large-batch production can be realized; and the prepared single-sided stainless steel composite board has no layering phenomenon after the base layer and the multiple layers are completely combined.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
