The outdoor grounding system for metal cable trays of claim 1 wherein said grounding system further comprises a second ground line; and two ends of each metal cable bracket are respectively provided with a second grounding hole, and two ends of each second grounding wire are respectively and fixedly connected in two second grounding holes which are closest to the two adjacent sections of the metal cable brackets.

4. The outdoor grounding system for metal cable trays of claim 1 wherein said grounding system comprises a plurality of sets of said grounding assemblies, and the spacing between two adjacent grounding posts is 30-60 meters.

5. The outdoor grounding system of metal cable trays of claim 1 wherein all of said grounding posts and the outside of said grounding bolts are coated with petrolatum.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a grounding system of a cable bracket, in particular to a grounding system of an outdoor metal cable bracket.

Background

The metal cable bracket is widely used on an offshore floating production storage and offloading vessel (FPSO). The total length of the cables laid on the metal cable brackets on the single ship can reach 60 kilometers, the total length of the metal cable brackets required to be arranged can reach 1 kilometer, and most of the metal cable brackets are exposed to the outdoor environment. Therefore, the metal cable tray is easily electrified due to electromagnetic induction between the cables or cable breakage and leakage. Because the insulating layer is arranged between the metal cable bracket and the hull buttress, the bracket cannot be effectively grounded, the generated leakage current easily influences the normal work of electrical equipment, and great potential safety hazards are caused to personnel on the ship. Meanwhile, the metal material exposed in the air with high salt content and high humidity on the sea is easy to corrode and rust, so that the conductive effect is unstable.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defect of personnel and equipment safety caused by electrification of a metal cable bracket in the prior art, and provides an outdoor grounding system for the metal cable bracket.

Preferably, each group of grounding assemblies further comprises a tooth-shaped gasket, the tooth-shaped gasket is sleeved between the corresponding grounding bolt and the surface of the metal cable bracket, and the tooth-shaped gasket is used for wearing the varnish coating of the contact part of the tooth-shaped gasket and the metal cable bracket.

Preferably, the grounding system further comprises a second grounding line; and two ends of each metal cable bracket are respectively provided with a second grounding hole, and two ends of each second grounding wire are respectively and fixedly connected in two second grounding holes which are closest to the two adjacent sections of the metal cable brackets.

The grounding system comprises a plurality of groups of grounding assemblies, and each group of grounding assemblies comprises a grounding post 5, a grounding bolt 6, a first grounding hole 7, a tooth-shaped gasket 9 and a first grounding wire 8 which are in one-to-one correspondence; each group of grounding assemblies corresponds to one buttress 10 and one side plate 3 of the ship body; the grounding columns 5 are welded on the corresponding buttresses 10, one ends of the corresponding first grounding wires 8 are fixed on the corresponding side plates 3 by using the corresponding grounding bolts 6, and the other ends of the first grounding wires 8 are fixedly connected on the corresponding grounding columns 5; when the metal cable bracket has leakage current, the leakage current enters the ground after sequentially passing through the corresponding side plate 3, the first grounding wire 8, the grounding column 5 and the buttress 10.

In this embodiment, the tooth-shaped washer 9 is fitted between the corresponding ground bolt 6 and the surface of the metal cable tray 2, and the tooth-shaped washer 9 is used to wear the varnish coating of the portion in contact with the metal cable tray 2. In the embodiment, the metal cable bracket 2 with the varnish coated on the surface is used, the conductive effect of the metal cable bracket is influenced due to the varnish coated on the surface of the bracket, and the tooth-shaped gasket 9 is additionally arranged at the grounding bolt of the metal cable bracket, so that the tooth-shaped gasket 9 abrades the varnish coating of the contact part of the tooth-shaped gasket 9 and the metal cable bracket 2 in the screwing process of the grounding bolt 6, and the conductive effect can be effectively enhanced.

In practice, the length of a single metal cable tray is typically around 3 meters, and the total length can reach hundreds of meters.
