a) extracting herba Epimedii root with 10-20 times of 70% -75% ethanol under reflux, filtering, volatilizing the filtrate, and vacuum drying to obtain ethanol extract; decocting the epimedium root residue with 20 times of water, filtering, and spray drying the filtrate to obtain an aqueous extract;

b) heating PEG8000 to melt, adding PVP_K-17Heating to dissolve, mixing uniformly, adding the alcohol extract obtained in the step a) to dissolve, cooling to solidify, and crushing to obtain epimedium root alcohol extract soluble powder;

c) respectively taking the water extract in the step a) and the soluble powder of the epimedium root alcohol extract in the step b), adding auxiliary materials, mixing, and then combining to obtain the compound.

Herba Epimedii (Herba Epimedii) belongs to berberidaceae, and has effects of invigorating kidney yang, strengthening tendons and bones, dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, etc., and modern pharmacological research shows that Herba Epimedii has remarkable antibacterial and antiinflammatory effects, and its extract has regulating effects on immune organ, immunocyte, immune factor, etc., and can promote bone growth, prevent calcium loss, and prevent osteoporosis; meanwhile, the epimedium decoction has the sex hormone-like effect, can increase the weight of the female mouse blood serum uterus, increase the E2 content and increase the blood serum T content of the male mouse, and in addition, the epimedium also has the effects of relieving cough, relieving asthma, eliminating phlegm, easing pain, calming, locally anaesthetizing and the like. At present, epimedium harvested and carried in Chinese animal pharmacopoeia belongs to the overground part of epimedium medicinal materials, the content of icariin is regulated to be not less than 0.5 percent, but researches show that the epimedium root is rich in components and has the functions of resisting inflammation, resisting bacteria and the like, and the epimedium root is used for resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation all the time in folk, and is commonly called as 'Xiaohuanglian'. The previous experimental research shows that the main component of the epimedium root is the tide epimedin C, the content of the tide epimedin C is higher than 3.6 percent, but the content of icariin in the root is very low, so that the epimedium and the epimedium root have great difference in the content of the main component, the epimedium root is rich in resources and large in storage amount at present, is mainly distributed in temperate and subtropical regions of Asia, middle east and Europe, is distributed in China all over the country, is distributed in China in south China (except Shandong province), Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan, Guizhou, Shaanxi and other places, and therefore is rich in resources and has the resource advantages of research and development.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition, which comprises the following steps:

1) extracting herba Epimedii root with 10-20 times of 70% -75% ethanol under reflux, and filtering to obtain ethanol extractive solution;

2) taking the epimedium root residue obtained in the step 1), adding water in an amount which is 20 times that of the residue, decocting and extracting, and filtering to obtain water extract;

3) mixing the alcohol extract obtained in the step 1) and the water extract obtained in the step 2), concentrating until no alcohol smell exists, drying into powder, and adding auxiliary materials to obtain the water extract.

The invention finally provides a process for the preparation of the aforesaid composition, which comprises the following steps:

a) extracting herba Epimedii root with 10-20 times of 70% -75% ethanol under reflux, filtering, volatilizing the filtrate, and vacuum drying to obtain ethanol extract; decocting the epimedium root residue with 20 times of water, filtering, and spray drying the filtrate to obtain an aqueous extract;

b) getHeating PEG8000 to melt, adding PVP_K-17Heating to dissolve, mixing uniformly, adding the alcohol extract obtained in the step a) to dissolve, cooling to solidify, and crushing to obtain epimedium root alcohol extract soluble powder;

c) respectively taking the water extract in the step a) and the soluble powder of the epimedium root alcohol extract in the step b), adding auxiliary materials, mixing, and then combining to obtain the compound.

Further, the vacuum drying temperature of the step a) is 60-80 ℃; and/or, step b) the PEG 8000: PVP (polyvinyl pyrrolidone)_K-17: the mass ratio of the alcohol extract is 400-500 g: 40-50 g: 200-250g, preferably 400 g: 40 g: 200g of the total weight of the mixture; and/or, adding auxiliary materials into the aqueous extract in the step c) until each 1g of the aqueous extract is equivalent to 2.5g of the original medicinal material, and adding auxiliary materials into the epimedium root alcohol extract soluble powder until each 1g of the aqueous extract is equivalent to 10g of the original medicinal material; the mass ratio of the epimedium root alcohol extract soluble powder mixed with the auxiliary materials to the aqueous extract mixed with the auxiliary materials during combination is 1: 4.
