The servo motor 71 is installed at the bottom of the moving plate 4, and a reduction gear 74 is coaxially and fixedly connected to a driving shaft of the servo motor 71, and the reduction gear 74 is engaged with the lifting gear 72. And the diameter of the reduction gear 74 is smaller than that of the elevating gear 72. By such arrangement, the transmission ratio can be increased, the torque can be increased, and the working stability of the servo motor 71 can be improved.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in the present embodiment, the number of the moving seats 9 is two, and the two moving seats 9 are symmetrically arranged along a center line of the feeding table 2 in the vertical direction. Two sliding grooves 17 are correspondingly formed in the top of the feeding table 2 along the length direction, and the moving seat 9 is in sliding fit with the sliding grooves 17. In order to improve the smoothness of the sliding of the movable base 9, a rotating wheel is installed at the bottom end of the movable base 9. The two mobile seats 9 are fixedly connected by a fixed rod 18.

Further, in order to improve the stability that the movable seat 9 is located the sliding in the sliding groove 17, the two sides of the movable seat 9 are fixedly provided with a limiting strip 19, the two side groove walls of the sliding groove 17 are correspondingly provided with a limiting groove 20, and the limiting strip 19 is in sliding fit with the limiting groove 20.

Referring to fig. 1, a horizontally disposed push rod 21 is fixed to a side wall of one of the movable seats 9, and one end of the push rod 21, which is far away from the movable seat 9, extends out of one side of the feeding table 2 in the width direction. Thereby facilitating the worker to push the moving seat 9 through the push rod 21.

Referring to fig. 5, the clamping assembly 10 includes a bottom plate 101 and a clamping plate 102, the bottom plate 101 is horizontally disposed, one end of the bottom plate 101 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the movable seat 9, the clamping plate 102 is horizontally disposed at the top of the bottom plate 101, the middle of the clamping plate 102 is hinged to the top of the bottom plate 101, a clamping cylinder 103 is installed at one end of the clamping plate 102 close to the movable seat 9, and an expansion rod of the clamping cylinder 103 is hinged to the top of the bottom plate 101.

Referring to fig. 5, in order to improve the smoothness of the movement of the plate on the top surface of the feeding table 2, a plurality of circular grooves are uniformly distributed on the top surface of the feeding table 2, the circular grooves are internally provided with the circular beads 22 in a rolling manner, and the top of the circular beads 22 extends out of the top surface of the feeding table 2 and is used for abutting against the bottom surface of the plate. The notch joint of circular slot has spacing ring 23, and the internal diameter width of spacing ring 23 is less than the radius of ball 22 to can carry on spacingly to ball 22, improved the stability of ball 22 roll mounting in the circular slot.

Referring to fig. 1, a plurality of stoppers 24 are installed on the side wall of the feeding table 2 on which the push rod 21 is installed, and the stoppers 24 are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the feeding table 2. A screw is fixed at one end of the stop block 24 facing the feeding table 2, and the stop block 24 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the feeding table 2 through the screw. Referring to fig. 2, a discharging plate 25 is fixed on one side of the feeding table 2 away from the stop block 24, one end of the discharging plate 25 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the feeding table 2, the discharging plate 25 is inclined and arranged downwards, and a waste material box (not shown in the figure) for collecting waste materials is placed at the bottom end of the discharging plate 25. When the workman sheared board and finishes, can remove the waste material of panel to stripper 25 department to in collecting the waste material box through stripper 25, be favorable to collecting the waste material.

Referring to fig. 1, in order to measure the shearing length of panel conveniently, the mounting groove has been seted up at the top of material loading platform 2, and the length direction of mounting groove parallels with the length direction of material loading platform 2, and the mounting groove is embedded to be equipped with scale 26.

The implementation principle of the feeding device for the plate shearing machine is as follows:

the driving motor 81 is started to drive the stroke gear 82 to rotate, so that the stroke gear 82 drives the moving plate 4 and the moving frame 5 to move towards the position where the plate is placed under the matching action of the stroke gear 82 and the fixed rack 83. Then, the servo motor 71 is started to drive the lifting gear to rotate, under the meshing action of the lifting gear 72 and the lifting rack 73, the lifting gear 72 can drive the moving frame 5 to descend through the lifting rack 73, then after the plate is adsorbed by the vacuum chuck 6, the moving frame 5 is driven to ascend through the servo motor 71, the driving motor 81 drives the moving plate 4 and drives the moving frame 5 to return to the top of the feeding table 2, finally, the servo motor 71 drives the moving frame 5 to descend and controls the vacuum chuck 6 to put down the plate, so as to realize the effect of transporting the plate to the feeding table 2, at the moment, a worker uses the clamping cylinder 103, so that the clamping cylinder 103 can drive one end of the clamping plate 102 close to the moving seat 9 to move towards one side far away from the bottom plate 101, and the end of the clamping plate 102 far away from the moving seat 9 moves towards one side of the bottom plate 101 and is matched with the bottom plate 101 to clamp the plate and is driven to move by the moving seat 9, therefore, the plate shearing machine 1 can be used for shearing the plate, the work of manually carrying the plate by workers is omitted, the labor intensity of the workers is favorably reduced, and meanwhile, the safety of the workers in the plate shearing process is favorably improved.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application further discloses a method for using a feeding device for a plate shearing machine, including the following steps:

step 1, starting a driving motor 81 to drive a stroke gear 82 to rotate, and enabling the stroke gear 82 to drive a moving plate 4 to move to one side outside a feeding table 2 under the matching action of the stroke gear 82 and a fixed rack 83;

step 2, starting the servo motor 71 to drive the lifting gear to rotate, and enabling the lifting gear 72 to drive the movable frame 5 to descend through the lifting rack 73 under the meshing action of the lifting gear 72 and the lifting rack 73;

step 3, starting the vacuum chuck 6 for sucking the plate;

step 4, starting the servo motor 71 to drive the lifting gear to rotate, and enabling the lifting gear 72 to drive the movable frame 5 to ascend through the lifting rack 73 under the meshing action of the lifting gear 72 and the lifting rack 73;

step 5, starting the driving motor 81 to drive the stroke gear 82 to rotate, and enabling the stroke gear 82 to drive the moving plate 4 to move to the top of the feeding table 2 under the matching action of the stroke gear 82 and the fixed rack 83;

step 6, starting the servo motor 71 to drive the lifting gear to rotate, and enabling the lifting gear 72 to drive the moving frame 5 to descend through the lifting rack 73 under the meshing action of the lifting gear 72 and the lifting rack 73 so as to drive the plates to be placed on the top surface of the feeding table 2;

step 7, closing the vacuum chuck 6;

step 8, pushing the push rod 21 to drive the two moving seats 9 so that the clamping plate 102 and the bottom plate 101 are aligned to the plate;

step 9, starting the clamping cylinder 103 to drive the clamping plate 102 to be matched with the bottom plate 101 for clamping the plate;

step 10, pushing a push rod 21 to drive a moving seat 9 and drive a plate to move to a shearing opening of the plate shearing machine 1;

step 11, measuring the cutting length of the plate by using a graduated scale 26 and shearing the plate by using a plate shearing machine 1;

step 12, starting a clamping cylinder 103 to drive a clamping plate 102 to be separated from a bottom plate 101;

step 13, pushing the waste to move to the discharging plate 25 and recycling the waste through a waste box (not shown in the figure).
