The lighting structure of the existing automobile lighting device generally comprises a light guide strip, a lighting bracket, a lens and an outer lens, wherein the light guide strip and the lens are arranged on the lighting bracket during installation, the outer lens is put into an assembly, and the lighting bracket is used for supporting the outer lens so as to finish the installation of a lighting part; when the LED lamp is used, a light source of the LED is conducted to the lens through the light guide strip, the divergence angle is controlled by the lens, and then the LED lamp is conducted to the outside through the outer lens to illuminate; the automobile lighting device has more lighting structural parts and correspondingly higher cost.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides an automotive lighting device with an integrated light guide illumination lens, which includes a rear cover 1, a substrate 2, a front cover 3 and a light guide illumination lens 4, wherein the front cover 3 and the rear cover 1 are fixed, an accommodating cavity is formed in the automotive lighting device, the accommodating cavity is located between the front cover 3 and the rear cover 1, and the substrate 2 is located in the accommodating cavity.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the light guiding illumination lens 4 is limited relative to the front cover 3; one of the front cover 3 and the light guide illumination lens 4 is provided with a convex part 301, the convex part 301 is provided with at least two limiting grooves 302, the other one of the front cover 3 and the light guide illumination lens 4 is provided with at least two limiting bulges 408, and the limiting bulges 408 are matched with the limiting grooves 302 to realize the limiting of the light guide illumination lens 4 and the front cover 3; the automobile lighting device further comprises an outer panel 5, wherein the outer panel 5 abuts against the top side of the light guide lighting lens 4, the light guide lighting lens 4 is fixed on the front cover 3 through the outer panel 5, the outer panel 5 comprises a notch part, and part of the main body part of the light guide lighting lens 4 is exposed out of the notch part. In this embodiment, the limiting protrusion 408 is disposed on the light guiding illumination lens 4, and the limiting groove 302 is disposed on the front cover 3. One of the first illumination portion 403 and the second illumination portion 404 illuminates as a reading lamp and the other illuminates as an atmosphere lamp; the light guide column 401 protrudes from the inner side wall of the main body part towards the substrate 2, the light guide column 401 is integrally connected with one of the lighting parts, and the optical pattern structure 402 is arranged on the inner side wall of the other lighting part. In this embodiment, the light guide bar 401, the first illumination portion 403 and the second illumination portion 404 are integrally formed, the light guide bar 401 is connected to the first illumination portion 403, and the optical pattern structure 402 is disposed on the second illumination portion 404, so that light enters the first illumination portion 403 through the light guide bar 401, the intensity of the light is high, and the first illumination portion 403 is used as a reading lamp for illumination; the light emitted by the second illumination portion is uniform and softer by the optical pattern structure 402 along the light propagation path, so that the second illumination portion 404 is illuminated as an atmosphere lamp, i.e. the first illumination portion (403) is brighter than the second illumination portion (404).

In this embodiment, the first reflecting surface 406 reflects part of the light to the first illuminating portion 403, and the second reflecting surface 407 reflects the light to the optical pattern structure 402 on the second illuminating portion 404; the included angle between the first reflecting surface 406 and the vertical direction is upward and is greater than zero and less than ninety degrees, and the included angle between the second reflecting surface and the transverse direction is downward and is greater than zero and less than ninety degrees. In this embodiment, light source 201 is the LED lamp pearl of electric connection on base plate 2, and minimum distance is greater than zero between the terminal of toper portion 405 and the top side of LED lamp pearl, can increase the light that gets into in the light guide part, improves light utilization ratio.

Referring to fig. 2, the substrate 2 is fixed between the front cover 3 and the rear cover 1; the base plate 2 is provided with an SOS contact, the automobile lighting device further comprises a press switch 6 and a baffle 7, the press switch 6 is installed on the base plate 2, a switch button of the press switch 6 is arranged in a sliding mode relative to the front cover 3, the baffle 7 and the front cover 3 are installed in a rotating mode, the baffle 7 can shield the press switch 6 at one rotating position, the baffle 7 can open the space where the press switch 6 is located at the other rotating position, and when the press switch 6 is pressed at the moment, the press switch 6 touches the SOS contact. The baffle 7 comprises a hinge part and a buckling part, one end of the hinge part is hinged on the outer panel 5, the buckling part is buckled or separated from the groove wall of the outer panel 5, the rotation of the hinge part can be realized by simple mechanism combination, and the space where the push switch 6 is positioned is closed or opened by the baffle 7; an SOS indicator 8 is fixed on the outer panel 5, and pins of the SOS indicator 8 are electrically connected with the substrate 2. According to the automobile lighting device provided by the embodiment, the lighting requirement can be met by adopting the single part light guide lighting lens, the structure is simplified, and the cost is greatly reduced; the light guide illuminating lens is positioned by the front cover and is pressed by the outer panel to achieve the fixing effect, and the assembling efficiency is high; because the number of parts is reduced, the space occupied by the lighting structure in the automobile lighting device is smaller, and the peripheral structure can be more conveniently arranged; through the cooperation that sets up leaded light post, first plane of reflection and second plane of reflection, can reach the luminance requirement in first illumination portion to can form the atmosphere lamp effect in second illumination portion through setting up optical pattern structure, and illumination is even, has improved visual effect.
