Technical Field

Background

Spandex, a well known name for polyurethane fiber. The polyurethane has high elasticity, can be elongated by 6-7 times, can be quickly recovered to an initial state along with the disappearance of tension, has a chain-like, soft and extensible molecular structure, and is enhanced in characteristics by being connected with a hard chain segment. Elastic fibers are classified into two categories: one is a polyester chain; one is a polyether chain. The polyester elastic fiber has strong oxidation resistance and oil resistance; the polyether elastic fiber has good mildew resistance and detergent resistance.

The oil agent adopted in the prior polyurethane fiber dry spinning process generally contains silicone oil. However, silicone oil also causes problems, for example, an oil agent containing silicone oil is difficult to remove, and affects subsequent dyeing and pasting.

Disclosure of Invention

The inventors found that in the novel spandex oil agent without silicone oil provided by the present invention, the effect of the antistatic agent can be enhanced when the added mineral oil has a lower kinematic viscosity, and the inventors speculated that the possible reason for this is related to the compatibility of the antistatic agent in the mineral oil with a lower kinematic viscosity. However, the inventors have also found that mineral oils of lower kinematic viscosity, due to their higher volatility, also have an effect on barrier properties and smoothness. Through extensive research, the inventors also found that mineral oil of a specific kinematic viscosity may be associated with improved bottom blocking of spandex filament yarn packages.

The spandex oil agent provided by the invention can be added with antistatic agents which can be used in the field, such as nonionic surfactants, anionic surfactants and amphoteric surfactants, under the condition of not influencing other properties of the spandex oil agent. From the viewpoint of stability, an anionic surfactant is preferable.

Under the condition of not influencing other performances of the spandex oil agent provided by the invention, other auxiliary agents such as an antioxidant, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a stabilizing agent and the like can also be added into the spandex oil agent.

The preparation method of the spandex oil agent provided by the invention can be a conventional preparation method, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is not influenced.

The second aspect of the invention provides spandex obtained by treating with the novel spandex oil agent as described above.

Detailed Description

The invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples. The phosphate esters employed in the examples are acidic and need to be neutralized before use, the neutralization methods being those well known to those skilled in the art.
