And thirdly, when the driving motor 302 and the forward and reverse rotating motor 35 are started, the cooling liquid equipment conveys cooling liquid to the connecting pipe 44, and the cooling liquid is sprayed on the grinding cylinder 37 and the drill bit raw material through the connecting pipe 44, the liquid storage tank 47 and the liquid spraying hole 43, so that the grinding cylinder 37 is cooled in the process of grinding the tip of the drill bit raw material.

Fourthly, the piece that polishes on the drill bit raw and other materials dashes down when the coolant liquid cools down the drill bit raw and other materials, and piece and coolant liquid fall to screening box 12 from falling bits groove 30 on, and screening box 12 screens the piece in the coolant liquid and collects, and the coolant liquid from screening box 12 to falling to the hold up tank 13 in to the coolant liquid circulation after the filtration uses.
