Technical Field

The present invention relates to an impact socket, in particular a rappable socket for removing damaged nuts.

Background

The hexagonal nut can be installed or removed using a tool such as a hexagonal wrench, but is difficult to remove using a conventional tool when the hexagonal structure of the nut is damaged.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides an impact sleeve which is used for conveniently removing a damaged nut.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages to be solved by the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an impact sleeve, including: a first cylinder 3 and a second cylinder connected to each other.

The first cylinder 3 is formed with a nut connection hole 1 connected to a nut (not shown) to be removed along the axial direction, the front end of the nut connection hole 1 is used for the nut to enter, and the rear end is connected to the second cylinder. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, at least one cut portion 2 having a triangular cross section is formed on the nut coupling hole. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the section of the cutout 2 gradually increases from the front end to the rear end, i.e., gradually increases from the outside to the inside. As shown in FIG. 4, the shearing part 2 may be a triangular blade connected with the inner wall of the connecting hole 1 along the axial direction of the threaded connecting hole 1, and may be formed by connecting three right-angled triangles 21-23 and an isosceles triangle 24, wherein the isosceles triangle is connected with the inner wall of the connecting hole 1. The right-angled triangles of the two sides of the cutting section 2 constitute cutting edges 25, and the cutting edges 25 of the cutting section 2 are intended to come into contact with the nut to be removed and to break and embed the surface of the nut under the influence of impact forces. The angle between the cutting edge and the isosceles triangle 24 can be determined according to the actual situation, as long as the surface of the nut can be damaged and embedded therein under the effect of the impact force. In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the shearing portions may be set according to actual needs, for example, two, three, four or more shearing portions may be uniformly provided in the circumferential direction of the nut connecting hole.

In the embodiment of the present invention, since the section of the shearing part 2 gradually increases from the outside to the inside, the distance from the shearing edge of the shearing part 2 to the central axis of the nut connecting hole 1 is shorter the further inwards, which is advantageous in that: 1. the more the nut moves towards the inside of the threaded connecting hole, the more the shearing force is applied to the nut, and therefore the larger torsion can be borne; 2. after the nut is removed, it is easier to remove the nut from the sleeve, and if the cut portions are uniform, they are easier to be locked in the sleeve.

Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second cylinder may include a limit table 4, a hexagonal column 5, and an impact head 6, which are connected in sequence. Wherein, 4 spacing platforms are oblate column structure, 5 hexagonal columns are regular hexagon cylinder, 6 impact heads are oblate column structure. Spacing platform 4 is connected with first barrel 1, and the diameter of spacing platform 4 is greater than the diameter of first barrel 1 to be greater than the diameter of the circumscribed circle of hexagonal column 5. The diameter of the impact head 6 is smaller than the diameter of the circumscribed circle of the hexagonal column 5, so that a hexagonal wrench matched with the hexagonal column 5 can be sleeved on the hexagonal column 5 when in use, and the problem that the hexagonal wrench can not be sleeved on the hexagonal column 5 due to the deformation expansion caused by striking the impact head 6 can be avoided. The diameters of the hexagonal column 5 and the impact head 6 can be set according to actual conditions, and it is sufficient if the wrench can be ensured to be able to be fitted to the hexagonal column 5 even if the impact head 6 is subjected to the maximum deformation expansion.

Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second cylinder is formed with the removal hole 7 penetrating the limit table, the hexagonal post and the impact head in the axial direction, the removal hole 7 communicates with the nut attachment hole 1, and the diameter of the removal hole 7 is smaller than that of the nut attachment hole 1. The removal hole 7 is used for a removal member such as a thin cylinder to pass through to eject the nut.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the first cylinder and the second cylinder may be integrally formed.

When the impact sleeve provided by the embodiment of the invention is required to remove a nut to be removed, the nut connecting hole is sleeved on the nut to be removed, the impact head is knocked, so that the shearing edge of the shearing part is damaged and embedded into the surface of the nut under the action of impact force, then the impact head is continuously knocked, the hexagonal column is rotated at the same time, and the nut is removed under the action of impact force and torsion force. Specifically, the nut connecting hole is sleeved on the nut to be detached, and a knocking tool such as a hammer is used for knocking the impact head, and the shearing part is damaged and embedded into the surface of the nut under the action of impact force because the shearing edge of the shearing part is shorter away from the central shaft of the nut connecting hole more inwards. Then, a wrench with a proper size is sleeved at the hexagonal column, and the hexagonal column is rotated while the impact head is hit by a hammer, so that the nut can be easily removed under the simultaneous action of impact force and torsion. If the nut is blocked in the nut connecting hole and is difficult to take out, the nut can be pushed out by penetrating the dismounting hole through a thin cylinder.

In conclusion, the impact sleeve provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in use, and solves the problem that the nut is difficult to remove after being damaged.
