Embodiment 4, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the buffer rod 32 is sleeved at the free end of the catch-up pressure plate 30, one end of the buffer rod 32 is rotatably connected with the catch-up pressure plate 35, the spring 33 is sleeved on the buffer rod 32, and the spring 33 is located between the catch-up pressure plate 35 and the catch-up pressure plate 30, in order to ensure that the two catch-up pressure plates 35 are not damaged due to mutual excessive extrusion when being reset, the spring 33 is arranged between the catch-up pressure plate 35 and the catch-up pressure plate 30, and a reverse buffer acting force is provided for the catch-up pressure plate 35 through the spring 33, thereby ensuring that the catch-up pressure plate 35 is not damaged due to stress.
