1. A floated armrest for a chair, comprising:

the front support is fixed on a seat framework of the automobile seat and is provided with a handrail front mounting screw hole;

the rear support and the safety belt lock catch of the automobile seat share one lock catch bolt, the rear support and the safety belt lock catch are fixed on a seat framework of the automobile seat through the same lock catch bolt, the rear support is positioned behind the front support, and the rear support is provided with a handrail rear mounting screw hole;

the handrail assembly comprises a handrail support and a handrail arranged on the upper portion of the handrail support, the handrail support comprises a front installation portion close to the front support and a rear installation portion close to the rear support, the front installation portion is fixed on a handrail front installation screw hole through a front bolt in a locking mode, and the rear installation portion is fixed on the handrail rear installation screw hole through a rear bolt in a locking mode.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a chair armrest, in particular to a suspension type chair armrest.

Background

At present, an A00-grade electric trolley is generally small in size, and the width in the trolley is only enough to place two seats, so that a handrail area cannot be provided for passengers by a normal auxiliary instrument panel designed like a conventional A-grade or above-grade size trolley between a main driving seat and an auxiliary driving seat of the A00-grade electric trolley, and thus, in the process of driving for a long time by a driver, the right hand does not have local support to cause arm muscle soreness, and the driving experience is poor.

In order to solve the above problem, in some conventional a 00-class electric vehicles, a rotary armrest is added on the right side of the seat back of the main driving seat, and thus, although the above problem can be solved, when the rotary armrest is installed on the right side of the seat back of the main driving seat, the right side of the foam cotton on the right side of the seat back must be designed to be a plane extending in the front-rear direction so that the rotary armrest can normally rotate, and the foam cotton on the left and right sides of the seat back generally extends obliquely outward in order to improve the wrapping property of the seat back; thus, the components may break the left-right symmetrical shape of the seat back, and may affect the wrapping property of the seat, thereby reducing the riding comfort of the passenger.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a suspended seat armrest which can overcome the problem that the A00-grade electric trolley in the prior art cannot normally design a console armrest due to small space, and can provide an armrest for a passenger without changing the original vehicle seat structure and influencing the symmetrical shape and the wrapping property of a seat backrest.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

the front support is fixed on a seat framework of the automobile seat and is provided with a handrail front mounting screw hole;

the rear support and the safety belt lock catch of the automobile seat share one lock catch bolt, the rear support and the safety belt lock catch are fixed on a seat framework of the automobile seat through the same lock catch bolt, the rear support is positioned behind the front support, and the rear support is provided with a handrail rear mounting screw hole;

the handrail assembly comprises a handrail support and a handrail arranged on the upper portion of the handrail support, the handrail support comprises a front installation portion close to the front support and a rear installation portion close to the rear support, the front installation portion is fixed on a handrail front installation screw hole through a front bolt in a locking mode, and the rear installation portion is fixed on the handrail rear installation screw hole through a rear bolt in a locking mode.

According to the suspension type seat armrest, the front support is fixed on the seat framework of the automobile seat, the rear support and the safety belt lock catch of the automobile seat share one lock catch bolt, and the armrest assembly is installed on the front support and the rear support, so that the suspension type seat armrest is formed on one side of the automobile seat; therefore, the suspension type seat armrest can be applied to an A00-grade electric trolley, and the suspension type seat armrest is arranged on the right side of a main driving seat of the A00-grade electric trolley, so that the armrest is provided for a driver, and the driving experience is improved; meanwhile, the original seat structure of the vehicle does not need to be changed, and the conditions of the symmetrical shape and the wrapping property of the seat backrest are not influenced.

Preferably, the seat frame is provided with a frame plate extending along the front-rear direction of the automobile seat, the cross section of the frame plate is L-shaped and comprises a bottom plate and a side plate, the front support comprises an inner support, an outer support and a connecting bolt for connecting the inner support and the outer support, the frame plate and the inner support are positioned on the same side of the outer support, the inner support is provided with a side plate limiting groove with an opening facing towards, the upper part of the side plate extends into the side plate limiting groove, and the outer support abuts against the side edge of the bottom plate; the front support is tightly clasped on the framework plate by the inner support and the outer support through the locking connecting bolt. Further, the handrail is rotatably arranged at the upper part of the handrail support. Of course, the armrest can also be fixed on the upper part of the armrest support.

In this embodiment, the front mounting screw hole of the armrest is arranged on the outer bracket.

The bottom plate 8.1 and the side plate 8.2 of the framework plate are of an integral bending structure.
