An oil scraping device for oil outlet of an elevator steel wire rope is characterized by comprising a fixed support, at least one brush, at least one oil scraping sheet and at least one oil collecting box; the fixed support is fixed on a frame of a tractor, the oil collecting box is arranged on the fixed support and is provided with at least one oil collecting cavity, the brush is arranged on the oil collecting box and is in contact with the steel wire rope for cleaning oil stains on the steel wire rope, and the oil stains cleaned by the brush flow into the oil collecting cavity in the oil collecting box; the oil scraping sheet is arranged on the oil collecting box and is in contact with the groove on the traction wheel, so that oil sludge in the groove of the traction wheel is scraped and the scraped oil sludge is thrown into the oil collecting cavity of the collecting box.

The oil scraping device for the oil outlet of the elevator steel wire rope as claimed in claim 3, wherein the oil scraping sheet is installed between the bottom plate of the first oil collecting box and the transverse plate of the fixed bracket; one side of the oil collecting cavity of the first oil collecting box, which faces the traction wheel, is open so as to receive oil sludge in the groove of the traction wheel scraped by the oil scraping sheet when the traction wheel is in forward transmission.

7. The oil scraping device for the oil outlet of the elevator steel wire rope according to claim 6, wherein the second oil collecting box is obliquely arranged at an included angle relative to the contact surface of the oil scraping sheet and the groove on the traction sheave.

The oil scraping device for the oil outlet of the steel wire rope of the elevator as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the oil scraping sheets are two, the two oil scraping sheets are stacked up and down, and the two oil scraping sheets are perpendicular to the sheave surface of the traction sheave.

Technical Field

Background

With the great popularization of elevators, for some high-quality community users, such as additional air conditioners and floor painting of elevator machine rooms, the environment of the whole machine room is required to be clean and attractive. The tractor of the machine room is started and rotated at high frequency, and oil sludge in a steel wire rope on a suspended tractor can be thrown out along with a traction wheel after long-term use, so that the ground and the wall are difficult to clean.

Therefore, the Chinese patent publication No. CN205973357U discloses a steel wire rope cleaning and maintenance device, which comprises an oil scraping device and a cleaning device, wherein the oil scraping device comprises a support, a clamping sleeve arranged on the support and an oil scraper in interference fit with the clamping sleeve by means of a bearing, the oil scraper is provided with at least one set, the oil scraper is a cylindrical structure with the outer wall in a two-stage step shape, the middle part of the oil scraper is an oil scraping sheet, the front end of the oil scraping sheet is a guide sleeve, the rear end of the oil scraping sheet is a containing cavity, the middle part of the oil scraping sheet is an oil scraping hole, the cross section shape of the oil scraping hole is matched with the cross section shape of a steel wire rope to be cleaned, the guide sleeve is used as a bearing inner ring, the steel ball and the bearing outer ring form a bearing, and the bearing outer ring is in interference fit with the clamping sleeve; the oil wiper and the cleaning device are installed in a matched mode with the steel wire rope, the cross section shape of an oil scraping hole in the middle of the oil wiper is the same as that of the steel wire rope, when the steel wire rope penetrates through the oil scraping hole, redundant lubricating grease on the surface of the steel wire rope can be scraped, the lubricating grease is stored in the storage cavity, and the cleaning device can clean the surface of the steel wire rope, so that oil pollution is avoided. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the oil scraping device in the existing elevator steel wire rope can not simultaneously remove oil sludge on the steel wire rope and a traction wheel of a traction machine, and provides the oil scraping device for the oil outlet of the elevator steel wire rope, which can simultaneously remove the oil sludge on the steel wire rope and the traction wheel of the traction machine.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides an oil scraping device for oil outlet of an elevator steel wire rope, which comprises a fixed bracket, at least one brush, at least one oil scraping sheet and at least one oil collecting box; the fixed support is fixed on a frame of a tractor, the oil collecting box is arranged on the fixed support and is provided with at least one oil collecting cavity, the brush is arranged on the oil collecting box and is in contact with the steel wire rope for cleaning oil stains on the steel wire rope, and the oil stains cleaned by the brush flow into the oil collecting cavity in the oil collecting box; the oil scraping sheet is arranged on the oil collecting box and is in contact with the groove on the traction wheel, so that oil sludge in the groove of the traction wheel is scraped and the scraped oil sludge is thrown into the oil collecting cavity of the collecting box.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the number of the oil collecting boxes is two, and the oil collecting boxes are divided into a first oil collecting box and a second oil collecting box, the first oil collecting box and the second oil collecting box are both arranged on the fixed bracket, and the second oil collecting box is positioned below the first oil collecting box; the oil collecting cavity of the first oil collecting box is used for receiving oil stains on the steel wire rope cleaned by the brush and receiving oil stains in a groove of the traction sheave scraped by the oil scraping sheet during forward transmission of the traction sheave; the oil collecting cavity of the second oil collecting box is used for receiving the oil sludge scraped by the oil scraping sheet in the groove of the traction wheel during reverse transmission of the traction wheel.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the fixing bracket is L-shaped, a vertical plate of the fixing bracket is fixed on a frame of the traction machine through a fastener, a bottom plate of the first oil collecting box is fixed on a transverse plate through a fastener, and the second oil collecting box is fixed on the vertical plate through a fastener.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the oil scraping blade is installed between the bottom plate of the first oil collecting box and the transverse plate of the fixing bracket; one side of the oil collecting cavity of the first oil collecting box, which faces the traction wheel, is open so as to receive oil sludge in the groove of the traction wheel scraped by the oil scraping sheet when the traction wheel is in forward transmission.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the oil collecting cavity of the first oil collecting box is divided into a first oil collecting cavity and a second oil collecting cavity by a partition board, wherein one side of the second oil collecting cavity facing the traction sheave is open to receive the oil sludge scraped by the oil scraping sheet when the traction sheave is in forward transmission; the side, facing the brush, of the first oil collecting cavity is open so as to receive oil stains on the steel wire rope cleaned by the brush; the brush is fixed on the partition plate in an inclined mode and is positioned above the side, facing the brush, of the first oil collecting cavity.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a side wall of the second oil collecting box is fixed on the vertical plate through a fastening piece, and an oil collecting cavity of the second oil collecting box is open on the side facing the traction sheave so as to receive oil sludge scraped by the oil scraping sheet in the groove of the traction sheave when the traction sheave reversely passes.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second oil collecting box is arranged obliquely at an included angle with respect to a contact surface of the oil scraping sheet and the groove on the traction sheave.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the oil scraping sheets are two, the two oil scraping sheets are overlapped together in an up-and-down overlapping mode, and the two oil scraping sheets are both vertical to the wheel surface of the traction wheel.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of oil scraping fingers are provided on a contact surface of the oil scraping sheet contacting with the groove on the traction sheave, and each oil scraping finger is inserted into a corresponding groove on the traction sheave.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the oil scraping plate is made of a non-metallic material to prevent noise from being generated by contact with the groove of the traction sheave.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the oil scraping sheet is provided with a fixing hole for a fastener to pass through, and the fixing hole is an oblong hole and is convenient to adjust.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following characteristics:

1. meanwhile, the oil sludge on the surface of the steel wire rope and the traction wheel of the traction machine is actively scraped, and the oil sludge is prevented from being thrown out after being accumulated.

2. The structure is succinct, and the cost is lower, easily installs, automatic dual clearance greasy dirt.

3. The service environment of the machine room is protected to a certain extent, and the ground and the wall are free of greasy filth and convenient to clean.

The invention can actively clean the oil sludge on the steel wire rope and the traction sheave simultaneously along with the running of the traction machine, and intensively clean the oil sludge in the oil collecting box every month of maintenance, thereby ensuring the cleanness of the use environment of the elevator machine room.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below in conjunction with the appended drawings and detailed description.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the oil scraping device for the oil outlet of the elevator steel wire rope comprises a fixed bracket 10, a brush 20, two oil scraping sheets 30 and two oil collecting boxes; the two oil sumps are divided into a first oil sump 40 and a second oil sump 50. Of course, the oil scraping sheet 30 may be one sheet or more than two sheets, which is set as required.

The fixing bracket 10 is L-shaped, the vertical plate 11 of the fixing bracket is fixed on the frame 61 of the traction machine 60 by a fastener (see fig. 4), the bottom plate 41 of the first oil collecting box 40 is fixed on the transverse plate 12 by a fastener, the side plate 51 of the second oil collecting box 50 is fixed on the vertical plate 11 by a fastener, and the second oil collecting box 50 is positioned below the first oil collecting box 40.

The oil collecting cavity of the first oil collecting box 40 is divided into a first oil collecting cavity 43 and a second oil collecting cavity 44 by a partition plate 42, wherein one side 44a of the second oil collecting cavity 44 facing the traction sheave 62 is open to receive the oil sludge in the groove 62a of the traction sheave 62 scraped by the oil scraping plate 30 when the traction sheave 62 is in forward transmission; the side 43a of the first oil collecting cavity 43 facing the brush 20 is open to receive the oil on the steel cable 63 cleaned by the brush 20.

The brush 20 is fixed on the partition plate 42 in an inclined manner through a bending plate 21 and is positioned above the side 43a of the first oil collecting cavity 43 facing the brush 20, the brush 20 is in contact with the steel wire rope 63 for cleaning oil stains on the steel wire rope 63, and the oil stains cleaned by the brush 20 can flow into the first oil collecting cavity 43 through the bending plate 21 for storage.

The two oil scraping sheets 30 are overlapped together in an up-and-down overlapping mode and are installed between the bottom plate 41 of the first oil collecting box 40 and the transverse plate 12 of the fixed bracket 10 through a fastening piece. The two oil scraping sheets 20 are perpendicular to the wheel surface of the traction wheel 62. Each of the oil scraping plates 20 is made of a non-metal material, such as rubber, to prevent noise from being generated by contact with the groove of the traction sheave. Each oil scraping sheet 30 is provided with a fixing hole (not shown in the figure) for a fastener to pass through, and the fixing hole is a long round hole and is convenient to adjust.

A plurality of oil scraping fingers 31 are provided on a contact surface of each oil scraping plate 30 contacting the groove 62a of the traction sheave 62, and each oil scraping finger 31 is inserted into the corresponding groove 62a of the traction sheave 62 and slightly contacts the corresponding groove 62a of the traction sheave 62, thereby facilitating scraping of sludge in the groove 62a of the traction sheave 62.

The oil collecting chamber 52 of the second oil collecting box 50 is opened at a side 53 facing the traction sheave 62, and the second oil collecting box 50 is inclined at an angle with respect to a contact surface a of the oil scraping blade 20 with the groove 62a of the traction sheave 62 to receive the sludge scraped by the oil scraping blade 20 in the groove 62a of the traction sheave 62 when the traction sheave 62 reversely passes.

The tractor 60 of the elevator runs for a long time, the steel wire rope 63 hung on the tractor 60 rotates and extrudes along with the rotation, the oil of the inner rope core can be extruded out of the groove 62a of the traction wheel 62 and forms oil sludge with dust in the air, the oil scraping device of the invention is integrally fixed on the tractor 60, and the steel wire rope 63 is driven to move along with the running of the tractor 60, so that the oil sludge on the steel wire rope 63 and the traction wheel 62 can be automatically cleaned simultaneously, the oil sludge in the first oil collecting box 40 and the second oil collecting box 50 can be cleaned in a centralized way when the elevator is maintained every month, and the use environment of an elevator machine room is ensured to be clean.
