1. A bidirectional conveying elevator, comprising:

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to realize automatic conveying of a hoister and interconnection of external carrying equipment to increase the working efficiency.

The invention provides a bidirectional conveying hoister which comprises a hoisting device 1, a conveying device 3 and a main control device 2. At least two predetermined heights of the lifting device 1 are provided with transport stations and at the location of the transport stations are also provided with transport openings. Conveying device 3 sets up inside hoisting device 1 at least partially, and hoisting device 1 drives conveying device 3 and moves and then promote the object to be carried in the first direction, and conveying device 3's some equipment moves in the second direction and can acquire or place the object to be carried, and first direction is vertical direction in this embodiment, and the second direction is the horizontal direction, and first direction and second direction can be other arbitrary directions in other embodiments. The lifting device in this embodiment comprises a lifting body 7, a lifting motor 4, a lifting rope and a set of guide rails. The lifting body 7 is a hollow rectangular frame structure, which in this embodiment can be a steel metal frame for carrying the conveying device, and the conveying device is slidably disposed inside the lifting body 7. Lifting motor 4 sets up in lifting main part 7 upper end, and lifting motor 4's drive end 41 and lifting rope are connected, and lifting rope and conveyor connect, and the vertical setting of guide rail group is on the inner wall at four inside angles of lifting main part 7, and conveyor slides and sets up on the guide rail group. The guide rail set in this embodiment includes a plurality of guide rails, and the plurality of guide rails are vertically disposed on the inner walls of the four corners inside the lifting body 7. The driving end 41 of the lifting motor 4 is connected with a driving wheel through a chain, the driving wheel comprises a first driving wheel 5 and a second driving wheel 6, lifting ropes are wound on the wheel surfaces of the first driving wheel 5 and the second driving wheel 6 respectively, the other ends of the two lifting ropes are fixedly connected with the upper end of the conveying device, and the stability of the conveying device in the vertical direction is guaranteed. The hoisting ropes are in this embodiment chains which cooperate with the racks of the tread of the first 5 and second 6 drive wheels.

At least two preset heights of a lifting body 7 of the lifting device are provided with conveying stations, the conveying stations are used for the conveying device to acquire or place objects to be conveyed at the conveying stations, conveying ports are formed in the side faces of the lifting body 7 at the conveying stations, automatic doors are arranged at the conveying ports, the automatic doors are opened when the conveying device is located at the conveying ports to acquire or place the objects to be conveyed, otherwise, the automatic doors are closed, a photoelectric sensor can be arranged at the automatic doors in the embodiment, when the conveying device stops at the photoelectric sensor for more than preset time, the automatic doors are opened until the conveying device leaves the sensing range of the photoelectric sensor, and the automatic doors are closed. A wire groove 10 is formed in one side of the outer portion of the lifting main body 7, a communication line between a communication device of the main control device and the processing device and a power line of the lifting motor 4 are contained in the wire groove 10, and a conveying opening is not formed in one side, provided with the wire groove, of the lifting main body 7.

The conveying device comprises a hanging cabin 8 and a goods taking and delivering device 11 in the embodiment. The hanging cabin 8 is a hollow rectangular frame structure, and can be a steel metal frame in this embodiment, the upper end of the hanging cabin 8 is provided with a lifting lug 9 and a lifting rope fixedly connected, the hanging cabin 8 is slidably arranged on the guide rail group, the opening is arranged at the position of the conveying opening of the hanging cabin 8, the opening corresponds to the conveying opening, and the goods taking and delivering device 11 is arranged at the bottom of the hanging cabin 8. When the external equipment reaches the conveying opening, the main control device controls the conveying device to reach the conveying station, the automatic door is opened, the goods taking and delivering device 11 obtains the objects to be conveyed, the automatic door is closed, the lifting device lifts the conveying device to the designated conveying station, the automatic door of the conveying station is opened, the goods taking and delivering device 11 delivers the objects to be conveyed, the external equipment obtains the objects to be conveyed, the objects to be conveyed leave for processing, and the automatic door is closed.

Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of the pickup device 11 according to the present invention is shown, in an embodiment, including a driving device 16, a fixing member 14, a connecting member 15 and a pallet 13. One end of the fixing piece 14 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the hanging cabin 8, the other end of the fixing piece 14 is fixedly provided with a connecting piece 15, the connecting piece 15 is of a hard platform structure, the driving device 16 is arranged on one surface, close to the bottom of the hanging cabin 8, of the connecting piece 15, the driving device 16 can be a motor, the pallet 13 is arranged on one surface, far away from the bottom of the hanging cabin 8, of the connecting piece 15 in a sliding mode, the driving device 16 drives the pallet 13 to slide left and right along the connecting piece 15, and the pallet 13 can be replaced by a fork in other embodiments. In the embodiment, a sliding plate 12 is arranged below the cargo plate 13, the sliding plate 12 is arranged above the connecting piece 15 in a sliding manner, and a positioning pin is arranged at a preset position of the cargo plate 13 and used for fixing an object to be conveyed. When goods are taken, the driving device 16 drives the sliding plate 12 to move to one side of the connecting piece 15, a part of the sliding plate 12 is arranged at the upper end of the connecting piece 15, then the driving device 16 continues to drive the goods plate 13 to move on the sliding plate 12, the goods plate 13 moves to one side of the sliding plate 12, a part of the goods plate 13 is arranged at the upper end of the sliding plate 12, an external device places the goods to be conveyed on the goods plate 13, a carrier plate is arranged below the goods to be conveyed when the external device conveys the goods to be conveyed, a positioning hole is formed in the carrier plate, the carrier plate and the goods to be conveyed are placed on the goods plate 13 together by the external device, and the positioning pin on the goods plate 13 is inserted into the positioning hole to fix the carrier plate and the goods to be conveyed. The drive means 16 then drives the pallet 13 inwards to the upper end of the slide plate 12, and the drive means 16 then drives the slide plate 12 together with the pallet 13 inwards to the upper end of the link 15. At this time, the object to be carried is in the hanging cabin 8, and the goods taking action is completed. The main control device comprises a processing device and a communication device, the communication device is arranged at the conveying port, the main control device is arranged at the top end of the lifting device, the communication device is in signal connection with the processing device, the communication line is arranged inside the wire groove 10, the processing device is in signal connection with the lifting device, and the communication device is in communication connection with external equipment. The drive means 16 then drives the pallet 13 inwards to the upper end of the slide plate 12, and the drive means 16 then drives the slide plate 12 together with the pallet 13 inwards to the upper end of the link 15.
