and setting a fixed pier point, so that the distance from the fixed pier point to the front end of the walking platform of the train vehicle overhaul section is equal to the distance A.

The invention relates to the field of rail vehicle maintenance, in particular to a rail vehicle erecting method.

Background

In the process of manufacturing or overhauling the locomotive vehicle, one important link of the locomotive vehicle needs the operation of vehicle lifting. Because the existing rolling stock has various types and complex structure, the car erecting operation is the bottleneck process of the whole production line, and the safety, the accuracy and the efficiency of the rolling stock are constantly searched for and optimized.

The locomotive maintenance has the characteristics of complex vehicle types and alternate operation among the vehicle types. When a rolling stock is loaded on a platform, five persons need to work simultaneously when the rolling stock needs to be supported by the supporting piers, two persons move heavy supporting piers to align to a supporting point of a rolling stock body by relying on the experience of an operator, and the four points meet the size requirement simultaneously through multi-vehicle test operation. The operation mode has the problems that the operation of personnel waiting is wasted, the potential safety hazard exists in the operation under the heavy load of the overhead travelling crane for a long time, the painful operation exists in the movement of heavy supporting piers, the whole operation period is prolonged due to the long-time bottleneck process, and the efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a rail vehicle erecting method, which is used for rapidly erecting a rail vehicle, reducing the number of operators and improving the working efficiency.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a rail vehicle erecting method, which is applied to a train vehicle maintenance section and is characterized by comprising the following steps:

acquiring all vehicle type data in the train vehicle overhaul section, wherein each vehicle type data comprises a vehicle type, a vehicle outline size, a vehicle erecting point and a vehicle end size, and calculating the distance from the vehicle erecting point to the vehicle end in each vehicle type data;

determining the maximum value D of the distances from the vehicle erecting points to the vehicle ends in all the vehicle type data;

determining a minimum operation size B and a reserved safety size C for vehicle overhaul;

calculating the distance A from the front end of the walking platform of the train vehicle overhaul section to a preset fixed pier point based on the maximum value D, the minimum operation size B and the vehicle overhaul reserved safety size C;

and setting a fixed pier point, so that the distance from the fixed pier point to the front end of the walking platform of the train vehicle overhaul section is equal to the distance A.

Optionally, the distance a from the front end of the platform of the train overhaul section to the preset fixed pier point is calculated according to the following formula: a ═ B + C + D.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the vehicle erecting point fixing pier points which can adapt to all vehicle models are arranged, so that the whole supporting pier setting positions do not need to be calculated during vehicle erecting operation at every time, and the working personnel only need to move two supporting piers to preset positions in advance during vehicle erecting operation at every time, thereby reducing the quantity of the working personnel and improving the working efficiency.

According to the rail vehicle erecting method, the rail vehicle erecting method is applied to a train vehicle maintenance section and comprises the following steps:

acquiring all vehicle type data in a train vehicle overhaul section, wherein each vehicle type data comprises a vehicle model, a vehicle outline size, a vehicle erecting point and a vehicle end size, and calculating the distance from the vehicle erecting point to the vehicle end in each vehicle type data;

determining the maximum value D of the distance from the vehicle erecting point to the vehicle end in all vehicle type data;

determining a minimum operation size B and a reserved safety size C for vehicle overhaul;

calculating the distance A from the front end of the walking platform of the train vehicle overhaul section to a preset fixed pier point based on the maximum value D, the minimum operation size B and the vehicle overhaul reserved safety size C;

and (4) setting a fixed pier point, so that the distance from the fixed pier point to the front end of the walking platform of the train vehicle overhaul section is equal to the distance A.
