Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of vacuum equipment, and particularly relates to bag stripping treatment equipment.

Background

The existing bag stripping treatment box is mainly used for early preparation work such as raw material bag stripping, material code disc and the like. When the bag is stripped, the box body needs to be filled with protective gas to prevent the materials from being oxidized.

However, the existing bag stripping treatment box has the problems of inconvenient operation, low automation degree, high manufacturing cost, high processing difficulty, excessive waste of protective gas, inconvenient recovery of stripped garbage bags and the like, so that the maintenance and repair cost is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention proposes a bag stripping treatment apparatus in order to overcome the above problems or at least partially solve the above problems.

According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a bag peeling processing apparatus including: the device comprises a preparation box, a processing box and a discharge box, wherein the preparation box is detachably connected with the processing box, and the discharge box is detachably connected with the processing box;

the bag peeling machine is characterized in that a feeding hole is formed in one end of the preparation box, an electric cabinet is arranged at the top of the preparation box, a feeding conveying mechanism is installed in the preparation box, a plurality of bag peeling windows are formed in the processing box, bag peeling tools are hermetically installed on the bag peeling windows, inert gas is filled in the processing box, a feeding conveying mechanism is installed in the processing box, the feeding conveying mechanism is connected with the feeding conveying mechanism, and the feeding conveying mechanism are respectively and electrically connected with the electric cabinet.

Further, the feed transfer mechanism includes: the feeding cylinder is fixed on the bottom plate of the preparation box, the guide wheels are arranged on two sides of the feeding cylinder respectively, the connecting plate is fixed at one end of the feeding cylinder, and a material tray is arranged on the guide wheels.

Furthermore, a lifting device is arranged in the discharging box, and wheels are arranged at the bottom of the lifting device.

The bag stripping processing equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

according to the technical scheme, the whole bag stripping treatment box is divided into three parts, namely the preparation box, the treatment box and the discharge box, so that the three parts can work respectively without damaging respective atmosphere environment. And triplex sealing connection, when shelling the bag to the material and handling, can guarantee that the material can not be oxidized by the outside air under inert gas surrounds all the time, carry out the material at the play workbin and transport the in-process, it is the protective atmosphere environment to handle incasement portion, can not destroy the atmosphere because of the independent operation of play workbin, the protective gas's that significantly reduces waste to after the play workbin gets back to initial position, can continue to receive and send into the material of handling, improve operating efficiency, reduce the time of waiting.
