The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has simple and light structure, convenient processing and low cost, can be quickly adsorbed and attached with a horizontal acting point of a steel plate when in use, and eliminates the factors of surface damage of a sample plate raw material and deformation of the sample plate raw material caused by bending of the middle part of the sample plate in the carrying process. The tool is provided with the impact wrench, so that the tool is suitable for carrying steel plate materials, the steel plates are horizontally carried in the whole operation process, the tool is suitable for the feeding operation of a laser cutting machine, and the sample plate carrying safety is improved by 20%.
