after the second pressing block presses the fabric on the winding roller filled with the fabric, the second motor works to drive the second connecting shaft and the winding seat plate to rotate, the winding roller without the fabric is rotated to a winding position, the second driving cylinder works to drive the first pressing block to move towards the pressure tank, the first electromagnet is electrified and has magnetism, meanwhile, the third electromagnet is powered off and demagnetized, the first pressing block is sucked into the pressure tank under the action of magnetic force, the fabric is fixed on the winding roller through the first pressing block, after the first pressing block presses the fabric, the fourth driving cylinder drives the cutter to move towards the fabric, after the cutter cuts the fabric, the third motor drives the winding roller to rotate to wind the fabric, and a plurality of groups of winding rollers are arranged to automatically rotate under the driving of the motor, so that the fabric is automatically wound, the time for replacing the winding rollers is effectively saved, and the fabric is automatically cut in the winding process of replacing the winding rollers, the manual operation is not needed in the winding process, so that the winding efficiency of the fabric is effectively improved, the first pressing block compresses the fabric before winding, the second pressing block compresses the fabric after winding, and the fabric is prevented from loosening and falling off on the receipt roller before and after winding.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1-7, a device for removing external impurities in a fabric winding process includes a device housing 1, an access door 2, a support frame 3, a mounting frame 4, a limiting disc 5, a feeding roller 6, a first motor 7, a first connecting shaft 9, a first seat plate 11, a first support 12, a first guide roller 13, a second support 14, a second guide roller 15, a first impurity removing mechanism 17, a second seat plate 28, a third support 29, a third guide roller 30, a fourth support 31, a fourth guide roller 32, a dust suction box 34, a dust suction pipe 35, a second impurity removing mechanism 36 and a winding mechanism 37; the front end of the device shell 1 is rotatably connected with an access door 2, the support frame 3 is fixedly connected to the device shell 1, the upper end of the support frame 3 is fixedly connected with a mounting frame 4, a first motor 7 is fixedly mounted on the mounting frame 4, the output end of the first motor 7 is connected with a first connecting shaft 9, two ends of a feeding roller 6 are respectively provided with a limiting disc 5, and the feeding roller 6 is fixedly sleeved on the periphery of the first connecting shaft 9;

the first seat board 11 is vertically and fixedly installed inside the device shell 1, a first support 12 and a second support 14 are respectively and fixedly installed at two ends of the first seat board 11, the first support 12 is perpendicular to the first seat board 11, a first guide roller 13 is rotatably connected to the first support 12, the second support 14 is parallel to the first seat board 11, and a second guide roller 15 is rotatably connected to the second support 14; the first impurity removing mechanism 17 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the device shell 1, and the first impurity removing mechanism 17 is arranged towards the first base plate 11; the horizontal fixed mounting of second bedplate 28 is inside device casing 1, second bedplate 28 both ends respectively fixed mounting have third support 29 and fourth support 31, third support 29 and fourth support 31 all set up with second bedplate 28 is perpendicular, it is connected with third guide roll 30 to rotate on the third support 29, it is connected with fourth guide roll 32 to rotate on the fourth support 31, the vertical downward fixed mounting of second edulcoration mechanism 36 is on the roof in device casing 1, second edulcoration mechanism 36 is located directly over second bedplate 28, dust suction box 34 sets up in device casing 1, be provided with the dust catcher in the dust suction box 34, be provided with dust absorption pipe 35 on the dust suction box 34, dust absorption pipe 35 links to each other with first edulcoration mechanism 17 and second edulcoration mechanism 36 respectively, winding mechanism 37 is fixed to be set up inside device casing 1.

Sliding connection has stopper 8 on first connecting axle 9, and stopper 8 is provided with two sets of being located the two sets of spacing dishes 5 outsides respectively, and threaded connection has spacing locking lever 10 on the stopper 8.

The first impurity removing mechanism 17 comprises a first driving cylinder 18, a driving telescopic rod 19, a mounting plate 20, a connecting pipe 21 and a dust hood 22; first actuating cylinder 18 fixed mounting is provided with drive telescopic link 19 on the first actuating cylinder 18 on the device casing 1, and mounting panel 20 fixed mounting is on drive telescopic link 19, and the fixed through connection of connecting pipe 21 is on mounting panel 20, and the one end that first actuating cylinder 18 was kept away from to connecting pipe 21 links to each other with dust absorption cover 22, and the connecting pipe 21 other end links to each other with dust absorption pipe 35.

Sliding through connection has connecting rod 23 on mounting panel 20, and the one end that first actuating cylinder 18 was kept away from to connecting rod 23 is connected with fifth support 24, and the last rotating connection of fifth support 24 has cleaning roller 25, and connecting rod 23 other end fixedly connected with baffle 26, and connecting rod 23 periphery cover is equipped with spring 27, and spring 27 one end links to each other with mounting panel 20, and the spring 27 other end links to each other with baffle 26, and second edulcoration mechanism 36 structure is the same with first edulcoration mechanism 17 structure.

The first heating plate 16 is provided in the first seat plate 11, and the second heating plate 33 is provided in the second seat plate 28.

The winding mechanism 37 comprises a second motor 38, a second connecting shaft 39, a winding seat plate 40, a third motor 41, a winding roller 42, a winding mounting plate 44 and a third connecting shaft 45; second motor 38 fixed mounting is on device casing 1, second motor 38 output links to each other with second connecting axle 39, second connecting axle 39 stretches into device casing 1 inside and rolling bedplate 40 fixed connection, wind-up roll 42 circumference array is provided with the multiunit, the equal fixedly connected with rolling mounting panel 44 in wind-up roll 42 both ends, the one end fixedly connected with third connecting axle 45 of wind-up roll 42 is kept away from to rolling mounting panel 44, third connecting axle 45 rotates and connects on rolling bedplate 40, a set of third connecting axle 45 links to each other with third motor 41 output, third motor 41 fixed mounting is on rolling bedplate 40.

The winding roller 42 is provided with a pressing groove 43, the side wall of the pressing groove 43 is provided with a groove, a fourth driving cylinder 55 is installed in the groove, the output end of the fourth driving cylinder 55 is provided with a cutter 56, the winding roller 42 is internally provided with a first electromagnet 46, the first electromagnet 46 is positioned at the bottom of the pressing groove 43, the winding mounting plates 44 on two sides are fixedly provided with second driving cylinders 48, the output end of each second driving cylinder 48 is connected with a third electromagnet 49, the third electromagnet 49 is connected with a first pressing block 50, and a magnetic part 54 is arranged in each first pressing block 50.

A second electromagnet 47 is arranged in the winding roller 42, the second electromagnet 47 is positioned under the first electromagnet 46 and close to the edge of the winding roller 42, third driving cylinders 51 are fixedly mounted on the winding mounting plates 44 on the two sides, the output end of each third driving cylinder 51 is connected with a fourth electromagnet 52, a second pressing block 53 is connected to each fourth electromagnet 52, and a magnetic part 54 is arranged in each second pressing block 53.

The using method of the clearing device comprises the following specific steps:

the method comprises the following steps: the fabric to be rolled and decontaminated is rolled on a feeding roller 6, the feeding roller 6 is arranged on a first connecting shaft 9, the limiting blocks 8 at the two ends are attached to the limiting disc 5 in a sliding way, the feeding roller 6 is locked and fixed by rotating the limiting lock rod 10, the first motor 7 works to drive the first connecting shaft 9 and the feeding roller 6 to rotate to feed the device, the fabric enters the device shell 1 and enters the first seat plate 11 by the guidance of the first guide roller 13, the first driving cylinder 18 works to drive the mounting plate 20 to move towards the fabric, one side surface of the fabric is cleaned by the cleaning roller 25 arranged on the fifth bracket 24, meanwhile, a dust collector in the dust collection box 34 works, impurities on the surface of the fabric are absorbed through the dust collection pipe 35, the connecting pipe 21 and the dust collection cover 22, and when the fabric is subjected to impurity removal on the first base plate 11, the first heating plate 16 works to heat the fabric;

step two: after the impurity removal of one end of the fabric is finished on the first seat plate 11, the fabric enters the second seat plate 28 through the guiding action of the second guide roller 15 and the third guide roller 30, the end without impurity removal faces upwards, the second impurity removal mechanism 36 removes the impurity of the surface of the end without impurity removal like the first impurity removal mechanism 17, when the impurity removal of the fabric is carried out on the second seat plate 28, the second heating plate 33 works to heat the fabric, and after the impurity removal of the surfaces of the two ends of the fabric is finished, the fabric enters the winding mechanism 37 through the guiding action of the fourth guide roller 32 to be wound;

step three: the fabric with the surface removed is wound on a winding roller 42, a second driving cylinder 48 works to drive a first pressing block 50 to move towards a pressing groove 43, a first electromagnet 46 is electrified and has magnetism, a third electromagnet 49 is powered off and demagnetized, the first pressing block 50 is sucked into the pressing groove 43 under the action of magnetic force, the fabric is fixed on the winding roller 42 through the first pressing block 50, a third motor 41 works to drive the winding roller 42 to rotate to wind the fabric, after the winding roller 42 is fully wound, a third driving cylinder 51 works to drive a second pressing block 53 to move towards the fabric, a second electromagnet 47 is electrified and has magnetism, a fourth electromagnet 52 is powered off and demagnetized, and the second pressing block 53 downwards compresses the fabric under the action of magnetic adsorption;

step four: after the second pressing block 53 compresses the fabric on the winding roller 42 filled with the fabric, the second motor 38 works to drive the second connecting shaft 39 and the winding seat plate 40 to rotate, the winding roller 42 which is not filled with the fabric is rotated to a winding position, the second driving cylinder 48 works to drive the first pressing block 50 to move towards the pressing groove 43, the first electromagnet 46 is powered on and has magnetism, the third electromagnet 49 is powered off and demagnetized, the first pressing block 50 is sucked into the pressing groove 43 under the action of magnetic force, the fabric is fixed on the winding roller 42 through the first pressing block 50, after the first pressing block 50 compresses the fabric, the fourth driving cylinder 55 drives the cutter 56 to move towards the fabric, and the cutter 56 drives the winding roller 42 to rotate to wind the fabric after cutting the fabric.

When the invention is used, the fabric which needs to be rolled and purified is rolled on the feeding roller 6, the feeding roller 6 is arranged on the first connecting shaft 9, the limiting blocks 8 at the two ends are attached to the limiting disc 5 in a sliding way, the feeding roller 6 is locked and fixed by rotating the limiting lock rod 10, the first motor 7 works to drive the first connecting shaft 9 and the feeding roller 6 to rotate to feed the device, the fabric enters the device shell 1 and enters the first seat plate 11 by the guidance of the first guide roller 13, the first driving cylinder 18 works to drive the mounting plate 20 to move towards the fabric, one side surface of the fabric is cleaned by the cleaning roller 25 arranged on the fifth bracket 24, meanwhile, a dust collector in the dust collection box 34 works, impurities on the surface of the fabric are absorbed through the dust collection pipe 35, the connecting pipe 21 and the dust collection cover 22, and when the fabric is subjected to impurity removal on the first base plate 11, the first heating plate 16 works to heat the fabric; after the impurity removal of one end of the fabric is finished on the first seat plate 11, the fabric enters the second seat plate 28 through the guiding action of the second guide roller 15 and the third guide roller 30, the end without impurity removal faces upwards, the second impurity removal mechanism 36 removes the impurity of the surface of the end without impurity removal like the first impurity removal mechanism 17, when the impurity removal of the fabric is carried out on the second seat plate 28, the second heating plate 33 works to heat the fabric, and after the impurity removal of the surfaces of the two ends of the fabric is finished, the fabric enters the winding mechanism 37 through the guiding action of the fourth guide roller 32 to be wound; the fabric with the surface removed is wound on a winding roller 42, a second driving cylinder 48 works to drive a first pressing block 50 to move towards a pressing groove 43, a first electromagnet 46 is electrified and has magnetism, a third electromagnet 49 is powered off and demagnetized, the first pressing block 50 is sucked into the pressing groove 43 under the action of magnetic force, the fabric is fixed on the winding roller 42 through the first pressing block 50, a third motor 41 works to drive the winding roller 42 to rotate to wind the fabric, after the winding roller 42 is fully wound, a third driving cylinder 51 works to drive a second pressing block 53 to move towards the fabric, a second electromagnet 47 is electrified and has magnetism, a fourth electromagnet 52 is powered off and demagnetized, and the second pressing block 53 downwards compresses the fabric under the action of magnetic adsorption; after the second pressing block 53 compresses the fabric on the winding roller 42 filled with the fabric, the second motor 38 works to drive the second connecting shaft 39 and the winding seat plate 40 to rotate, the winding roller 42 which is not filled with the fabric is rotated to a winding position, the second driving cylinder 48 works to drive the first pressing block 50 to move towards the pressing groove 43, the first electromagnet 46 is powered on and has magnetism, the third electromagnet 49 is powered off and demagnetized, the first pressing block 50 is sucked into the pressing groove 43 under the action of magnetic force, the fabric is fixed on the winding roller 42 through the first pressing block 50, after the first pressing block 50 compresses the fabric, the fourth driving cylinder 55 drives the cutter 56 to move towards the fabric, and the cutter 56 drives the winding roller 42 to rotate to wind the fabric after cutting the fabric.
