Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of oil and gas production in oil and gas fields, in particular to a horizontal well sectional setting type flow metering water finding pipe column and a water finding method thereof.

Background

Horizontal wells are special wells having a maximum well deviation angle of up to or near 90 (typically no less than 86) and maintaining a horizontal well section of a certain length in the zone of interest. The horizontal well is suitable for thin oil-gas reservoirs or fractured oil-gas reservoirs and aims to increase the exposed area of the oil-gas reservoirs. In the production process of the horizontal well, if the oil well produces water, a water outlet layer needs to be accurately detected. At present, the water exploration of the horizontal well mainly uses a water exploration pipe column, and a packing cup packer can be selectively used for the water exploration pipe column to explore water in a layered mode. The key part of the packing cup packer is a conical packing cup which is formed by vulcanizing rubber on a metal framework, the oil sleeve annulus is sealed by interference of the packing cup and the inner wall of the production casing, and the packing cup expands the sealed annulus under the action of pressure difference in the well, so that the packing cup packer can only bear large pressure difference in one direction.

The existing water exploration pipe column has the following defects:

firstly, the diameter of a packing cup packer of the existing water exploration pipe column is slightly larger than the inner diameter of a production casing, and because the packing cup can not retract, the packing cup can only be dragged into a horizontal section in a well, so that the sealing effect of the packing cup and the service life of the packing cup are greatly damaged, and the efficiency of layered water exploration is also influenced. And because some high-water-cut horizontal wells are often communicated with the channeling of the corresponding water injection well, and the wellhead of the high-water-cut horizontal well is self-sprayed (sleeved back), the cup packer cannot be put into the underground, if a bidirectional slip packer is selected, the horizontal section of the horizontal well is easy to have difficulty in deblocking, and the construction process is complex.

And secondly, because the underground fluid of the non-flowing well is low in stratum pressure and cannot automatically rise to the ground, the existing water exploration pipe column is only suitable for exploring water of a high-water-content flowing (casing-returning) horizontal well, and low-risk and high-efficiency water exploration cannot be realized for a non-flowing production well.

Therefore, the sectional seating-sealing type flow metering water exploration pipe column for the horizontal well and the water exploration method thereof are needed to be provided, wherein the sectional seating-sealing type flow metering water exploration pipe column is convenient to construct and can realize water exploration for a non-flowing well.

In view of the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention provides a horizontal well sectional setting type flow metering water exploration pipe column and a water exploration method thereof, and solves the technical problems that the existing water exploration pipe column has too large packer diameter and cannot be put into a high water content flowing well, and the existing water exploration pipe column cannot conduct low-risk high-efficiency water exploration on a non-flowing well.

the first packer and the second packer comprise rubber cylinders and a central pipe, and the rubber cylinders are sleeved on the outer wall of the central pipe; the diameter of the rubber cylinder is smaller than the inner diameter of the production casing, a cavity is arranged between the rubber cylinder and the central pipe, the cavity is communicated with one end of the low-pressure pump through a pipeline, and the other end of the low-pressure pump is communicated with the inside of the central pipe;

the water finding controller also comprises a high-pressure pump which is used for conveying the fluid in the water finding pipe column to the ground surface through a continuous oil pipe; the low-pressure pump and the high-pressure pump are both electrically connected with the control module and run under the control of the control module.

The horizontal well sectional setting type flow metering water exploration pipe column provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that the water exploration pipe column can be easily put into a self-injection well because the diameter of the rubber sleeve of the packer is smaller than the inner diameter of a production casing pipe, the packer setting and the unpacking are simple and convenient, and the water exploration efficiency of the horizontal well is improved. The function of producing casing pipe plugging by reverse sand washing treatment can be realized by opening a hole circulation nipple and a water exploration pipe column, the bottom hole plugging sand is washed away by high-speed flowing liquid, and the washed away sand is taken out of the ground by the circulating capacity of upward return of liquid flow circulation, so that the accumulated sand at the bottom hole is removed, and the yield of a well or the injection amount of a water injection well is recovered and improved. The fluid in the water exploration pipe column is conveyed to the ground surface through the high-pressure pump, and the problem that the formation pressure of a non-flowing well is not enough to enable the underground fluid to rise to a ground wellhead is solved.

Optionally, electromagnetic valves are arranged on pipelines between the cavities of the first packer and the second packer and the low-pressure pump, the electromagnetic valves are electrically connected with the control module, and the pipelines are opened or closed under the control of the control module. The solenoid valve opens or closes the tubing, controlling the volume of fluid in the cavity, ensuring that the packer is set or unset.

Optionally, the water finding controller further comprises a water content analyzer, wherein the water content analyzer is mounted on the inner wall of the water finding pipe column and used for measuring the water content proportion of the fluid in the water finding pipe column; the water content analyzer is electrically connected with the control module and operates under the control of the control module.

Optionally, the water finding controller further comprises a sampler, wherein the sampler is mounted on the inner wall of the water finding pipe column and is used for sampling fluid in the water finding pipe column; the sampler is electrically connected with the control module and operates under the control of the control module.

Optionally, the water finding controller further comprises a storage battery module, or a cable is arranged in the coiled tubing; the cable or the battery module is electrically connected with other parts of the water finding controller.

Optionally, the water exploration pipe string is communicated with the coiled tubing through a coiled tubing controllable releasing tool and a coiled tubing connecting tool. Through the controllable releasing tool of coiled tubing, coiled tubing and the detachable connection of water finding tubular column can carry out urgent releasing when the water finding tubular column carries out the operation and meets unexpected situation to play coiled tubing in order to vacate the passageway, the salvage of the instrument in the pit of being convenient for and the processing of follow-up accident effectively reduce the operation risk, reduce economic loss.

s1, setting a water exploration pipe column: after the water exploration pipe column is combined, the switchable short section is opened through the control module, then the water exploration pipe column is put into the well until the water exploration pipe column is put to a preset position, and the first packer and the second packer are used for realizing up-down sealing of a perforation section or a sliding sleeve of a water exploration horizontal section;

s2, producing a composite layer: opening the switchable water detection channel short section through a control module, producing for 0.5-3 days, and recording production dynamic data, wherein the production dynamic data are liquid production data, gas production data and water content data so as to be compared and analyzed with later-stage water detection dynamic data in the same production flow;

s3, closing a circulation channel: the switchable short section is closed through the control module;

s4, setting and pressure testing: by the control module, the short section capable of switching off the water finding channel is closed, the electromagnetic valve is opened, the low-pressure pump is started, and fluid is pumped into a cavity between the rubber cylinders and the central pipe of the first packer and the second packer; after the cavity pumps fluid with a preset volume, the electromagnetic valve and the low-pressure pump are closed through the control module, and the setting of the first packer and the second packer is completed; injecting water into the water finding pipe column through a cement truck on the ground, pressurizing to 10-15MPa, and confirming that the water finding pipe column is normally sealed and has no leakage;

s5, segmented water detection: the switchable water finding channel short section is opened through the control module for production; the formation fluid enters a water finding pipe column, and the water content data of the formation fluid is read by a water content analyzer on the ground; after the target interval is tested, the electromagnetic valve is opened through the control module, the low-pressure pump is started, the low-pressure pump reversely pumps out fluid from the cavities of the first packer and the second packer, and the first packer and the second packer are unsealed;

s6, opening the switch short joint through the control module, lifting the water exploration pipe column to the next target interval, and then executing the steps S3 to S5 until the water exploration operation of all intervals is completed;

s7, pulling out the water exploration pipe column: and confirming that the first packer and the second packer are in the deblocking state, and pulling out the water finding pipe column.

According to the method for carrying out water exploration on the oil well or the gas well by using the water exploration pipe column, the packer with the cavity is adopted, so that the setting and the unsealing are simple and convenient, and the water exploration efficiency of the horizontal well is improved.

Optionally, the production casing is subjected to a sand wash treatment prior to step S1 or during step S1: pumping sand washing liquid into an annular space formed by the continuous oil pipe and the production casing by a pump truck on the ground to wash away the sand blockage at the bottom of the well, and making the washed away sand enter the water exploration pipe column through the perforated circulating nipple by using the circulating capacity of the sand washing liquid to circulate upward, and then rising to the ground well mouth along the continuous oil pipe.

Optionally, in steps S2 and S5, the control module activates a high pressure pump that delivers fluid within the water exploration string to the surface wellhead.

The water exploration pipe column adopts the water content analyzer arranged on the inner wall of the water exploration pipe column, and the water content analyzer can realize the function of measuring and detecting the water content of produced formation fluid under the control of the control module.

The water exploration pipe column adopts the structure that the sampler is arranged on the inner wall of the water exploration pipe column, the sampler samples and stores fluid in the water exploration pipe column under the control of the control module, and the fluid in the sampler can be taken out along with the rising of the water exploration pipe column to the ground.
