In order to improve the driving comfort and fuel saving characteristics of automobiles, the development of automatic transmissions is directed toward multi-speed, compact and lightweight transmissions. The multi-gear development mainly considers the dynamic property and fuel property of the automobile, and in terms of the dynamic property, the gears are more, so that the engine can exert the maximum power and use high power as much as possible, and the climbing and accelerating capability of the automobile is improved. the fourth planet row comprises a fourth sun gear, a third gear ring, a third planet carrier and a fourth planet gear, the fourth sun gear is fixedly connected with the third sun gear, the fourth planet gear is arranged on the third planet carrier, a second brake is arranged on the outer portion of the third gear ring, the third planet carrier is provided with a second clutch and a fourth clutch, and the output shaft is fixedly connected with the third planet carrier;

the third planet row comprises a third sun gear, a second gear ring, a second planet carrier and a third planet gear, the third sun gear is fixedly connected with the first sun gear and is meshed with the third planet gear, the second gear ring is meshed with the third planet gear, and the left side and the right side of the third planet row are respectively provided with the first clutch and the second clutch; the left side and the right side of the second planet carrier are respectively provided with the third clutch and the fourth clutch; the third planet wheel is arranged on the second planet carrier;

and the switching of different gears is realized through the connection and the disconnection of the first brake, the second brake, the first clutch, the second clutch, the third clutch and the fourth clutch.

The transmission ratio range of the forward first gear is 2.5-5; the transmission ratio range of the forward second gear is 1.6273-4.3455; the transmission ratio range of the forward third gear is 1.4091-3.9091; the transmission ratio range of the forward fourth gear is 0.1515-3.6364; the transmission ratio of the forward fifth gear is 1; the transmission ratio range of the forward six gears is 0.2564-3.3333; the transmission ratio range of the forward seven gears is 0.2-0.4; the transmission ratio range of the forward eight gears is 0.0968-0.3077; the transmission ratio range of the reverse gear is-0.5-3.

The first brake and the second brake are both wet-type multi-disc brakes.

The first clutch, the second clutch, the third clutch and the fourth clutch are wet multi-plate clutches.

Advantageous effects

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and positive effects: the invention adopts 1 standard Ravigneaux structure and 2 single planetary rows, and 2 clutches and 4 clutches arranged on the planetary rows, realizes 8 forward gears and 1 backward gear, realizes the requirement of multi-gear speed change by using less parts, and has simple structure, convenient manufacture and installation and small mechanism size.

The second planet row 4 comprises a second sun gear 41 and a second planet gear 44, the second sun gear 41 is meshed with the second planet gear 44, a first clutch 9 and a third clutch 11 are arranged outside the second sun gear, and the second planet gear 44 is arranged on the first planet carrier 33 and is respectively meshed with the first gear ring 32, the first planet gear 33 and the first gear ring 32.

In the present embodiment, the first planetary row 3 and the second planetary row 4 form a standard ravigneaux structure, which has fewer components, a more compact structure, and a smaller size than a common planetary row structure.

Further, the first brake 7 and the second brake 8 are wet multi-disc brakes, and the first clutch 9, the second clutch 10, the third clutch 11, and the fourth clutch 12 are wet multi-disc clutches.

The specific working process is as follows:

when the second brake 8 is engaged, the third gear ring 62 is fixed, meanwhile, the first clutch 9 is engaged, the second sun gear 41 and the second gear ring 52 are connected into a whole, meanwhile, the third clutch 11 is engaged, the second sun gear 41 and the second planet carrier 53 are connected into a whole, and at the moment, the gearbox realizes a first forward gear, and the transmission ratio range of the first forward gear is 2.5-5.

When the second brake 8 is engaged, the third ring gear 62 is fixed, the second clutch 10 is engaged, the third planet carrier 63 and the second ring gear 52 are connected into a whole, the third clutch 11 is engaged, and the second sun gear 41 and the second planet carrier 53 are connected into a whole, so that the gearbox realizes the forward two gears, and the transmission ratio range of the forward two gears is 1.6273-4.3455.

When the first clutch 9 is engaged, the second sun gear 41 and the second ring gear 52 are connected as a whole, the second clutch 10 is engaged, the third planet carrier 63 and the second ring gear 52 are connected as a whole, the fourth clutch 12 is engaged, and the third planet carrier 63 and the second planet carrier 53 are connected as a whole, the gearbox realizes the fifth forward gear, and the transmission ratio of the fifth forward gear is 1.

When the first brake 7 is engaged to fix the first ring gear 32, the first clutch 9 is engaged, the second sun gear 41 and the second ring gear 52 are connected into a whole, the fourth clutch 12 is engaged, and the third planet carrier 63 and the second planet carrier 53 are connected into a whole, the gearbox realizes six forward gears, and the transmission ratio range of the six forward gears is 0.2564-3.3333.

When the first brake 7 is engaged, the first gear ring 32 is fixed, meanwhile, the second clutch 10 is engaged, the third planet carrier 63 and the second gear ring 52 are connected into a whole, meanwhile, the fourth clutch 12 is engaged, the third planet carrier 63 and the second planet carrier 53 are connected into a whole, and at the moment, the gearbox realizes seven forward gears, and the transmission ratio range of the seven forward gears is 0.2-0.4.

When the first brake 7 is engaged to fix the first ring gear 32, the first clutch 9 is engaged, the second sun gear 41 and the second ring gear 52 are integrally connected, the second clutch 10 is engaged, and the third planet carrier 63 and the second ring gear 52 are integrally connected, the gearbox realizes eight forward gears, and the transmission ratio range of the eight forward gears is 0.0968-0.3077.

When the first brake 7 is engaged to fix the first ring gear 32, the second clutch 10 is engaged, the third carrier 63 and the second ring gear 52 are connected as a whole, the fourth clutch 12 is engaged, the third carrier 63 and the second carrier 53 are connected as a whole, and the transmission ratio of the reverse gear ranges from-0.5 to-3.
