an oil suction port and an oil return port of the metering pump (3) are communicated with an oil tank (11) of the hydraulic pump station (1); an oil outlet of the metering pump (3) is communicated to a joint (8) on the gas pipeline (6), and a nozzle (9) arranged in the gas pipeline (6) is installed at the end part of the joint (8);

the inner diameter of the gas flowmeter (7) is the same as the inner diameters of the air inlet side gas pipeline (61) and the air outlet side gas pipeline (62) so as to ensure that the gas flow parameter is accurately measured.

Background

The pneumatic directional drilling tool applied to the underground coal mine is a novel drilling tool suitable for directional drilling construction of a soft coal seam at present, the drilling tool drives a screw motor stator and a screw motor rotor to rotate in a matching mode through compressed gas, and the rotating speed range is 300r/min in normal operation; in the high-speed rotation process of the screw motor rotor, the stator and the rotor directly generate friction, if effective lubrication and cooling cannot be performed on the stator and the rotor, the stator rubber of the pneumatic drilling tool is rapidly abraded and aged to lose effectiveness, and the service life of the whole drilling tool is seriously influenced. Generally, a conventional lubricating and cooling mode is a method of adding certain foam liquid or water atomization into compressed gas for driving a screw rod directional drilling tool, but the method has poor lubricating effect, not only can rust the internal structure of the screw rod drilling tool, but also is easy to stick the drilling tool after liquid drops are condensed at the bottom of a hole and mixed with coal powder, and is not beneficial to slag discharge to influence normal and safe construction; lubricating oil is added into a compressed gas pipeline directly and discontinuously or lubricating oil is added into an oil tank, the problem of poor reliability exists although a certain effect exists, the lubricating process of the pneumatic drilling tool is discontinuous and unstable, the amount of oil (oil content) mixed in compressed gas is sometimes zero, sometimes and sometimes, less, the effect is difficult to guarantee, the injected oil amount cannot be accurately measured, and the continuous, stable and reliable lubricating effect of the pneumatic directional drilling tool cannot be realized.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the invention provides a self-adjusting oil mist lubricating device and a lubricating method for a pneumatic directional drilling tool, which have the advantages of simple structure and convenience in operation, and are mainly used for carrying out continuous and stable quantitative oil injection on compressed gas for driving the pneumatic directional drilling tool to operate, so that certain oil content in the compressed gas is ensured, the reliable lubricating and cooling effects on the pneumatic directional drilling tool are realized, and the service life of the drilling tool is effectively prolonged.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a quantitative oil mist lubricating device of a pneumatic directional drilling tool comprises a hydraulic pump station, a hydraulic motor, a metering pump, an electromagnetic proportional directional valve, a gas oil content constant proportion regulator, a gas pipeline, a gas flowmeter and a joint, wherein the joint is arranged on the side wall of the gas pipeline and penetrates through the inside and the outside of the gas pipeline;

an oil suction port and an oil return port of the metering pump are both communicated with an oil tank of the hydraulic pump station; the oil outlet of the metering pump is communicated to a joint on the gas pipeline, and the end part of the joint is provided with a nozzle arranged in the gas pipeline;

an oil outlet of the hydraulic pump station is communicated with a hydraulic motor to drive the hydraulic motor to operate, the hydraulic motor is connected with a metering pump to drive the metering pump to work and output hydraulic oil to a nozzle, and the nozzle can atomize the hydraulic oil to be mixed with compressed gas in a gas pipeline so as to lubricate and cool the pneumatic directional drilling tool along with air flow; the nozzle forms oil mist particles with the diameter range of 5-100um, and the tiny particles are uniformly distributed in the high-speed airflow, so that the transportation and the lubrication are facilitated.

The electromagnetic proportional reversing valve is arranged on an oil pipe between the hydraulic pump station and the hydraulic motor, the input end of the gas oil content constant proportion regulator is connected with the gas flowmeter through a signal transmission line, the output end of the gas oil content constant proportion regulator is connected with the electromagnetic proportional reversing valve through a control line, the electromagnetic proportional reversing valve is operated according to a measured gas flow parameter and a preset gas oil content parameter and then controlled to work so as to regulate the hydraulic oil flow input to the hydraulic motor, and further the oil content of gas sprayed into a gas pipeline by the metering pump is regulated so as to realize the constant proportion regulation of the oil contents of different flows of gas and stabilize the oil content of the gas.

The gas oil content constant proportion regulator has the preset parameter setting range of 0-0.005%, and after the parameter is preset, the output flow is controlled according to the parameter so as to reach the set gas oil content.
