Technical Field

The present invention relates to the field of voice coil motors, and in particular, to a split type upper spring plate structure, a driving device and an electronic apparatus.

Background

A voice coil motor is a device which converts electric energy into mechanical energy and realizes linear motion and motion with limited swing angle. The device generates regular movement by utilizing the interaction between the magnetic field from the permanent magnetic steel and the magnetic poles in the magnetic field generated by the conductor of the electrified coil.

Referring to fig. 1, the fixing portion of the upper spring structure of the conventional voice coil motor is integrally connected through an outer frame, and is positioned in the XY direction by a plurality of protruding features. The above structure has a drawback in that the outer frame occupies a narrow space inside the motor, and the inner space of the motor cannot be effectively utilized.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a split-type upper spring plate structure, a voice coil motor and an electronic device, aiming at the defects in the prior art, so as to solve the problems in the prior art.

The technical problem solved by the invention can be realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

a split type upper spring plate structure comprises an inner ring part, a plurality of fixing parts arranged along the outer side of the inner ring part, and spring arm parts used for connecting the inner ring part and the fixing parts; the inner ring part comprises a circular main body, the outer side of the inner ring part is connected with the first end of the elastic arm part, the second end of the elastic arm part is connected with the fixing part, and the fixing part is distributed along the outer circumferential direction of the inner ring part; a gap is arranged between the fixing parts, and the fixing parts are separated into a split structure through the gap.

Furthermore, the fixing part comprises a first fixing part, a second fixing part, a third fixing part and a fourth fixing part which are arranged along the outer side of the inner ring part;

the first fixing part and the second fixing part are connected through an outer frame, and the third fixing part and the fourth fixing part are connected through another outer frame; the first fixing part and the fourth fixing part are provided with a gap, and the second fixing part and the third fixing part are provided with another gap.

Furthermore, any adjacent fixing parts are of split structures.

Further, an XY-direction positioning structure is arranged on the fixing part, and the XY-direction positioning structure is a protrusion integrally connected with the fixing part.

Furthermore, each fixing part is provided with two XY-direction positioning structures, and the XY-direction positioning structures are respectively positioned at the end parts of the two ends of the fixing part.

A voice coil motor comprises the split type upper spring plate structure with the structure.

An electronic device has the voice coil motor with the structure.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the outer frame that is used for connecting has been cancelled to the fixed part, cuts off the split type structure for independent setting through the clearance, has increased the inside usable space of motor, has increased the reliability and the stability of motor.

2. And an XY direction positioning structure is arranged for carrying out direction positioning, so that the available space of the internal carrier is increased on the premise of ensuring the assembly manufacturability.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the split type upper spring plate structure of the present invention includes an inner ring portion (1), a plurality of fixing portions (2) disposed along an outer side of the inner ring portion (1), and a spring arm portion (3) for connecting the inner ring portion (1) and the fixing portions (2); the inner ring part (1) comprises a circular main body, the outer side of the inner ring part (1) is connected with the first end of the elastic arm part (3), the second end of the elastic arm part (3) is connected with the fixing part (2), and the fixing part (2) is distributed along the outer circumferential direction of the inner ring part (1); gaps (4) are arranged between the fixing parts (2), and the fixing parts (2) are separated into split structures through the gaps (4).

An XY-direction positioning structure (6) is arranged on the fixing part (2), and the XY-direction positioning structure (6) is a bulge integrally connected with the fixing part (2).
