Referring to fig. 1 and 5, at least four limit rods 7 distributed in a rectangular shape are arranged outside the support column 2, the four limit rods 7 enclose an operation area for loading and unloading the hopper 1 (refer to fig. 2), and a worker operates the hopper 1 in the operation area; the four limiting rods 7 are respectively provided with an induction device 9 for detecting the passing of a human body through a bolt, the induction devices 9 are preferably infrared sensors, the four induction devices 9 are jointly coupled with a control device 91, the control device 91 is a PLC (programmable logic controller), and the control device 91 is arranged on one limiting rod 7 through a bolt; an alarm device 92 (refer to fig. 2) is coupled to the control device 91, the alarm device 92 is preferably an audible and visual alarm, when a person passes between two adjacent limiting rods 7 in the process of mixing materials by the rotation of the hopper 1, the sensing device 9 detects that the person passes through the limiting rods, a detection signal is transmitted to the control device 91, the control device 91 sends a control signal to the alarm device 92, and the alarm device 92 gives out alarm sound and twinkling light to warn the passing person that the hopper 1 is in operation and needs to be avoided.

Referring to fig. 5, a base 8 abutting against the ground is arranged at one end of the limiting rod 7 facing downward, the base 8 comprises a triangular conical rubber block 81 and three sucker support legs 82 cemented at the bottom of the rubber block, and the three sucker support legs 82 are respectively located at three vertexes of the bottom surface of the rubber block 81 and adsorbed on the ground; an annular cavity 812 is formed in the rubber block 81, weighting filler is preferably sand and arranged in the cavity 812, an opening 813 communicated with the cavity 812 and used for filling sand is formed in the rubber block 81, and a leather plug 814 used for plugging the opening 813 is plugged in the opening 813; one side of base 8 towards the top is seted up and is supplied gag lever post 7 male mounting hole 811, inserts mounting hole 811 with gag lever post 7, realizes the quick installation to gag lever post 7.
