Background

The punching die is a pressure processing method for obtaining required parts by applying pressure to materials by using a die arranged on a press machine in the cold punching processing process to cause the materials to be separated or plastically deformed, and the punching die can be divided into an engineering die and a progressive die. The engineering die is a stamping die which can only complete one working procedure of a part in one die; the progressive die is a press die that performs two or more simple processes in one die.

After a stamping process is completed for one time, the material to be stamped is moved to the next stamping position for continuous stamping, and in order to ensure that the material is smoothly moved to the next stamping position, the material needs to be separated from the upper die and the lower die of the stamping position. The existing die only takes off the material through setting up the stripper plate, and the stripping effect is not good, which affects the continuity of stamping.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a continuous stamping die with a multiple stripping mechanism, which solves the problem that the stripping effect of a stripping plate is poor after the stamping of the continuous stamping die is completed.
