Background

Coke ovens in the metallurgical industry are furnaces that use bituminous coal to smelt coke by means of special equipment, also called coke ovens. The coal receiving port is a coal inlet of a special coal charging vehicle, coal is injected into the coke oven through a guide sleeve device (also called a coal receiving channel), peripheral smoke dust overflows due to instantaneous positive pressure of the coal in the coke oven, if the guide sleeve device and the oven door port are not well aligned, the smoke dust overflows more seriously, visual inspection smoke dust is very obvious, the post environment is very severe, and a new more environment-friendly coal receiving device is urgently needed to solve the problems of dust and smoke dust pollution in the coal receiving process.

Smoke dust overflow is controlled in all directions, and smokeless coal charging is realized; effectively improves the environmental protection performance and the technical level of the coal charging car.

The dust pollution of the top-mounted coke oven with coal is always an urgent practical problem to be solved, and many attempts are made in the aspects of guide sleeve devices and coal charging cars, but no solution with simpler structure and stable and reliable effect exists at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a dustproof guide sleeve device for a coke oven coal charging car, which overcomes the defects of the prior art, optimizes the structure of the guide sleeve device, and forms a movable air bin between the guide sleeve device and a coal receiving port of a coke oven.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a dustproof guide sleeve device for a coke oven coal charging car, which comprises an upper sleeve, a middle sleeve and a lower sliding sleeve which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the upper sleeve and the middle sleeve are connected through a flexible sealing strip, the middle sleeve and the lower sliding sleeve are movably connected, the lower sliding sleeve can correspondingly move relative to the middle sleeve to form two stations of a lifting position and a falling position, the top of the upper sleeve is connected with a coal charging car of the coke oven, the bottom of the lower sliding sleeve corresponds to a coal receiving port of the coke oven, two sides of the lower sliding sleeve are provided with connecting seats used for connecting operation arms of the coal charging car, it is characterized in that the outer side of the lower sliding sleeve is provided with at least two sliding rails, the outer side of the lower sliding sleeve is sleeved with a dust cover, the dust cover is of a cylindrical structure, the top of the dust cover is provided with a sealing plate, the top of the dust cover is movably connected with the sliding rail through a mounting seat, the ratio of the diameter of a cylinder of the dust cover to the minimum diameter of a coal receiving port of the coke oven is 1.5-2: 1, and the height of the cylinder of the dust cover is 280-350 mm.

The number of the mounting seats is 3-6, and the mounting seats are uniformly arranged around the circumference of the lower sliding sleeve.

The mounting seat comprises a first seat, a second seat, a distance limiting piece and a bolt, the distance limiting piece is arranged between the first seat and the second seat, the first seat and the second seat are connected through the bolt to form a circular ring, and a plurality of grooves matched with the sliding rails are formed in the inner side of the circular ring.

The cross section of at least one slide rail is any one of circular, rectangular, dovetail or trapezoid.

The effective length of slide rail is 100~500 mm.

The bottom of the dust cover is parallel and level or provided with a plurality of gaps.

The dust cover is connected with a flange interface, the flange interface is matched with the size of an induced draft port of the dust removal equipment, the lower sliding sleeve is located at a falling position, and when the bottom edge of the dust cover is flush with a coal receiving port flange of the coke oven, the flange interface is just matched with the induced draft port of the dust removal equipment.

When the dust cover works, negative pressure of 35-85 kPa is formed inside the dust cover.

And a carbon monoxide concentration monitoring device and/or an electric air mixing valve are/is arranged on the flange interface.

The control relation between the carbon monoxide in the dust cover and the air mixing valve is as follows: when the concentration of the carbon monoxide exceeds a set value, the carbon monoxide concentration monitoring device sends an electrical signal to the control system, the control system sends an instruction to the air mixing valve actuating mechanism to be electrically operated, the air mixing valve is opened, air mixing is started, the concentration of the carbon monoxide is reduced, and the air mixing valve is closed after the time delay of 20-120 seconds.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the structure design is reasonable, the installation is convenient, the coke oven coal receiving port guide sleeve device can keep the corresponding relation with the original connecting mechanism, and the direct replacement is realized;

2) the dust-proof device has the advantages of no additional power system, good dust-proof effect, low energy consumption and almost zero failure rate, and is widely welcomed by field operators of users.

3) The dust-proof cover can be used independently in cooperation with a coal charging car or in combination with a dust-proof system, dust in the dust-proof cover is sucked away by the dust-proof system, and the environment around a coal receiving port of the coke oven is obviously improved.

4) Under the condition of permission of peripheral space of the equipment, the size of the dust cover is maximized so as to improve the volume space and buffer the impact airflow generated by the instantaneous positive pressure of the coal;

5) in order to ensure the production safety, the concentration of carbon monoxide in the dust cover and the opening of the air mixing valve need to be controlled in an interlocking manner, so that dust explosion is avoided.

The following further describes the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

Referring to fig. 2-1 and 2-2, an embodiment of a dustproof guide sleeve device for a coke oven coal charging car according to the present invention is schematically shown in a structural view, and comprises an upper sleeve 1, a middle sleeve 2 and a lower sliding sleeve 3 which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, wherein the upper sleeve 1 and the middle sleeve 2 are connected through a flexible sealing tape 5 to ensure a sealing effect and a relative movement between the upper sleeve 1 and the middle sleeve 2, the middle sleeve 2 and the lower sliding sleeve 3 are movably connected, the lower sliding sleeve 3 can correspondingly move relative to the middle sleeve 2 to form two stations, namely a lifting position (a state of receiving coal) and a falling position (a state of receiving coal), the top of the upper sleeve 1 is connected with a coke oven coal charging car (not shown), the bottom of the lower sliding sleeve corresponds to a coal receiving port 6 of a coke oven, two sides of the lower sliding sleeve 3 are provided with connecting seats 4 for connecting operation arms of the coal charging car, the outer side of the lower sliding sleeve 3 is provided with at least two sliding rails 7, the, the top of the dust cover is movably connected with the sliding rail 7 through the mounting seat 8, the ratio of the diameter of the cylinder of the dust cover 9 to the minimum diameter of the coal receiving port 6 of the coke oven is 1.5-2: 1, and the height of the cylinder of the dust cover 9 is 280-350 mm.

See fig. 3, the quantity of mount pad 8 is 3~6, evenly arranges around 3 circumferences of lower sliding sleeve. The mounting seat 8 comprises a first seat 801, a second seat 802, a distance limiting sheet 803 and a bolt 804, the distance limiting sheet 803 is arranged between the first seat 801 and the second seat 802, the first seat and the second seat are connected through the bolt 804 to form a circular ring, and a plurality of grooves 805 matched with the sliding rails are formed in the inner side of the circular ring. In the embodiment, the cross section of the slide rail 7 is rectangular, or may be any one of circular, dovetail-shaped or trapezoidal, and the function of lifting the guide rail of the dust cover can be realized. The effective length H of the slide rail 7 is 100-500 mm.

The bottom of the dust cover 9 is flush, and if the dust cover is tightly attached to the ground plane of the furnace top, a plurality of openings can be formed in the bottom edge of the dust cover in order to ensure the stability of negative pressure in the dust cover.

Referring to fig. 4, a flange interface 10 is connected to one side of the dust cover 9, the flange interface is matched with the size of the dust removing device air induction port 11, and when the lower sliding sleeve 3 is in a falling position and the bottom edge of the dust cover 9 is flush with the coal receiving port flange of the coke oven, the flange interface 10 is exactly matched with the position of the dust removing device air induction port 11. When the dust cover works, negative pressure of 35-85 kPa is formed inside the dust cover.

In order to ensure the production safety, a carbon monoxide concentration monitoring device 12 and an electric air mixing valve 13 can be arranged on the flange interface 10, and the control method of the carbon monoxide and air mixing valve in the dust cover comprises the following steps: when the carbon monoxide concentration exceeds the preset value by 10%, the carbon monoxide concentration monitoring device sends an electric signal to the control system, the control system sends an instruction to the air mixing valve actuating mechanism to be powered on, the air mixing valve is opened, air mixing is started, the carbon monoxide concentration is reduced, and the air mixing valve is closed after the time delay is 20-120 seconds (the time can be determined according to the actual situation on site).

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the lower sliding sleeve is provided with a dust cover which can move up and down together with the lower sliding sleeve, the diameter of the dust cover is larger than that of a coal receiving port of the coke oven, the volume of the dust cover can greatly buffer impact airflow generated by positive pressure at the moment of coal unloading, and meanwhile, smoke dust is sucked away by a dust removal device air induction port through a flange interface, so that the environment around the coal receiving port of the coke oven is obviously improved. It is worth explaining that the effective length of the slide rail can ensure that the lower end of the lower sliding sleeve just falls on the ground plane of the furnace top after the dust cover and a coal receiving port of the coke oven form a sufficient sealing cover distance, so that the sealing effect is further enhanced.

Because the mixed concentration of carbon monoxide and air is 12.5% -74% of an explosion interval, and the explosion intensity is increased along with the increase of the concentration, the scheme of the invention adopts a carbon monoxide concentration monitoring device to monitor the change of the carbon monoxide concentration at the dust collection cover opening of the dust collector and provide telecommunication for a control system, a safety value of 10% is set firstly when the dust collector is used, and an air mixing valve is opened when the safety value is exceeded, so that the carbon monoxide concentration is diluted to be below the safety value.
