a first volute;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioning equipment, in particular to a volute component and an air conditioner.

Background

At present, a volute component of an air conditioner is assembled by two parts of volutes, however, the side wall of one part of volute is higher than the bottom surface, so that the volute is easy to deform in the injection molding or transportation process, the assembly of the volute with the other part of volute is difficult, or the gap between the two volutes is larger after the assembly, so that the problems of air volume loss and abnormal sound are easily caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.

To this end, a first aspect of the present invention is to propose a volute assembly.

In a second aspect of the present invention, an air conditioner is provided.

In view of the above, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a scroll casing assembly comprising a first scroll casing, a second scroll casing and a reinforcing rib, wherein the second scroll casing and the first scroll casing are configured to form an air duct, and the air duct has an air outlet; the reinforcing rib is arranged at the end part, close to the air outlet, of the second volute.

The volute component provided by the invention comprises a first volute, a second volute and reinforcing ribs, wherein the first volute is connected to the second volute, the first volute and the second volute can form an air duct, the air duct is used for accommodating a fan of an air conditioner and is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the reinforcing ribs are arranged at the end part, close to the air outlet, of the second volute. According to the invention, the reinforcing ribs are arranged at the end part of the second volute close to the air outlet, so that the structural strength of the end part of the second volute can be ensured, the problem that the normal assembly of the second volute and the first volute is directly influenced by the stress deformation of the second volute in the injection molding or transportation process is avoided, and the problem that the air volume loss or the noise is caused due to the large gap between the first volute and the second volute is avoided. Furthermore, the second volute and the reinforcing ribs are prepared by adopting an injection molding process, so that the connection controllability between the second volute and the reinforcing ribs can be ensured.

The air conditioner provided by the invention comprises the volute component in any technical scheme, so that the air conditioner has all the beneficial effects of the volute component, and the details are not repeated.

Furthermore, the air conditioner also comprises a fan and a middle partition plate, wherein the fan is arranged in an air channel formed by the volute component, the middle partition plate is provided with a mounting opening, and part of the volute component penetrates through the mounting opening to be connected to the middle partition plate, so that the middle partition plate is reliably connected with the volute component. Further, the air conditioner is a ducted air conditioner.

In any of the above technical solutions, further, the middle partition plate is provided with a positioning hole adapted to the positioning pin of the volute component.

In this technical scheme, through set up the location mouth on the median septum, through the cooperation of locating pin with the location mouth, can realize the quick location of spiral case subassembly and median septum on the one hand, reduce the assembly degree of difficulty, on the other hand can also prevent that the strengthening rib warp.

In any of the above technical solutions, further, the length of the positioning pin is greater than or equal to the thickness of the middle partition plate.

In the technical scheme, the length of the positioning pin is larger than or equal to the thickness of the middle partition plate, so that after the volute component is fixedly connected with the middle partition plate, the positioning pin can penetrate through a positioning hole which is arranged on the middle partition plate in advance and protrude out of the outer surface of the middle partition plate, and reliable connection of the volute component and the middle partition plate is ensured.

In any of the above technical solutions, further, a side wall surface of the first reinforcing rib, which is close to the air outlet, is a first side wall surface, and the first side wall surface is in contact with the middle partition plate and is parallel to a plane where the air outlet is located.

In this technical scheme, the lateral wall face that is close to the air outlet on the first strengthening rib is first lateral wall face, and first lateral wall face contacts with the median septum and parallels with the air outlet place plane, and then first lateral wall face can laminate better on the median septum, increases the area of contact of first strengthening rib and median septum, and then realizes the reliable connection of the two.
