When the oil level is too high, the oil pressure in the transformer can be increased, and oil spilling can be caused; when the oil level is too low and the transformer runs at low load or the air temperature suddenly drops, the oil in the oil tank of the body is possibly reduced, so that the insulation fault is caused; when the oil level is lower than the large cover of the transformer, the winding and the iron core are exposed in the air, so that the danger of internal flashover is caused, and meanwhile, the contact surface of the oil and the air is increased, so that the insulation performance of the insulating oil is rapidly reduced.

The traditional transformer oil level data is obtained by the visual observation of operation and maintenance personnel from the site during the patrol. The method for acquiring the oil level of the main transformer has the following problems: (1) when the oil level of the transformer is rapidly reduced due to sudden temperature drop, serious oil leakage and the like, operation and maintenance personnel cannot timely know the oil level; (2) when the transformer has oil leakage and cannot be stopped in time, operation and maintenance personnel need to perform high-frequency patrol to observe the change of the oil level, so that the workload is large; (3) because the oil level gauge is high and the light of an indoor transformer is dark, the oil level recorded by visual observation often has certain deviation.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, a first objective of the present invention is to provide a digital real-time monitoring device for transformer oil level, so as to solve the problems that the existing transformer oil level data needs to be manually monitored, cannot be monitored in real time, and the data is manually read to have deviation.
