Background

With the development of national economy, the demand for crude oil is gradually increased; with the heavy and inferior crude oil resources, the content of the vacuum residue is higher and higher, and the residue contains high sulfur, high metals and high carbon residue, so the processing and the treatment are very difficult. Therefore, processing and full utilization of the residuum has become a major issue in the oil refining industry. At present, the most mature residual oil hydrogenation process is a fixed bed residual oil hydrotreating technology, which can produce high-quality heavy oil catalytic cracking raw materials, deeply convert residual oil and is widely applied to oil refining enterprises. However, the residual oil contains high content of asphaltene, especially excessive content of metal impurities, metal is deposited on the catalyst, the catalyst bed is gradually blocked, and the pressure drop rapidly rises, so that the activity of the catalyst is seriously affected, and therefore, the device needs to be frequently shut down and the catalyst needs to be replaced.

At present, a plurality of new technical applications are generated in the process, and the methods of steam soot blowing cleaning, mixed application of steam and sound wave soot blowing, combination of gun-shot type sound wave soot blowing, steam soot blowing and sound wave soot blower, low-power sound wave soot blower and the like are provided for removing soot on the surface of the catalyst on line, but different defects exist, and the actual effect is not ideal; the main reasons are as follows: 1. the cleaning area of the steam soot blower is small, large-area dust accumulation in the area which cannot be cleaned can be caused, the flow area is small, the local resistance is increased, and the denitration catalyst is locally collapsed; 2. the detonation type sound wave soot blower has single sound wave frequency and cannot adjust in time according to the condition of soot; 3. the low-power sound wave soot blower cannot achieve effective total cleaning due to the fact that the sound power is low and the acting distance is short.

Therefore, the technical need of the art is how to provide a device capable of not only meeting the requirement of catalyst grading loading, but also realizing on-line replacement of the catalyst, and solving the problem of incomplete cleaning of deposited ash by the existing ash removal method, and efficiently maintaining the catalyst activity.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides an apparatus for efficiently maintaining the activity of a catalyst.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a device for efficiently maintaining the activity of a catalyst comprises a replacement reactor and a main catalyst feeding/discharging pipe, wherein the replacement reactor is communicated with the main catalyst feeding/discharging pipe through a plurality of feeding branch pipes and a plurality of discharging branch pipes; the high-sound-intensity sound source device is arranged on one of the adding branch pipes;

the top end of the displacement reactor is provided with a discharge hole, and the bottom end of the displacement reactor is provided with a feeding hole; a plurality of support sieve plates are arranged in the displacement reactor, and the support sieve plates divide the displacement reactor into different catalyst bed layer reaction spaces; the support sieve plate is provided with a plurality of sieve plate holes, and the lower end of the support sieve plate is provided with a catalyst discharge port; the support sieve plate is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the displacement reactor;

the high sound intensity sound source device is a frequency-adjustable high sound intensity sound source device.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:

(1) the invention can remove the ash scale on the surface of the catalyst in a targeted manner by using the resonance frequency of the ash scale on the surface of the catalyst more accurately through a frequency-adjustable high-sound-intensity sound source, thereby ensuring the surface cleanness;

(2) the combined use of the high-power frequency-adjustable high-sound-intensity sound source and the high-and-low frequency-adjustable high-sound-intensity sound source devices can ensure that no dead angle is swept, prevent ash from forming accumulation on the surfaces of all catalysts, keep the catalysts clean for a long time and keep the catalytic activity of the catalysts to the maximum extent on line;

(3) according to the invention, the support sieve plate is arranged in the displacement reactor, so that the addition and the discharge of the catalyst are realized, and the designed external catalyst addition system can supplement new catalyst in time; and each bed layer can be replaced on line, thus the advantages of grading use of the catalyst are kept, the activity of the catalyst can be better kept, the operation period of the device can be further prolonged, and the shutdown is reduced.
