The vent pipe 93 is fixedly connected in the quick connection basin 1, two ends of the vent pipe are respectively communicated with the top and the bottom of the annular groove 91, the air needle 94 is connected on the quick connection basin 1 in a sealing and sliding way, and the bottom is opened with a vent hole 941, and a vent spring 942 is fixedly connected between the quick connection basin 1, and seals off the vent pipe 93, the top end of the air needle 94 protrudes out of the quick connection basin 1 and is sealed and communicated with the vent pipe 93 through the vent hole 941 after being pressed to be flush with the quick connection basin 1, thereby when fast lock sleeve 2 is rotatory to be locked into on the high-speed joint basin 1 completely, the breather pipe 93 that is extruded between latch 22 and the card strip 92 through the intercommunication gets into ring channel 91 bottom, balanced card strip 92 both sides atmospheric pressure, spacing spring 921 resumes under its self elastic action, make card strip 92 card go into in the latch 22, form the spacing effect on the direction of rotation between fast lock sleeve 2 and the high-speed joint basin 1, avoid fast lock sleeve 2 to produce not hard up further and cause gear box 5 not hard up in the course of the work.

Install the magnet valve in the card strip 92, it has magnet to inlay on the fast lock spanner 3, wherein the magnetic core homopolar magnetic pole in magnet and the magnet valve is relative, the magnet valve is located a fixed ear 21 axial projection of rotatory locking on fast lock cover 2 on the high-speed joint basin 1, and its inner magnetic core is just right with the magnet that is located in the fast lock spanner 3 on this fixed ear 21, and magnetic core initial state cuts off the magnet valve and opens the magnet valve after receiving magnet magnetic repulsion, it keeps away from latch 22 again to make its elasticity of overcoming spacing spring 921 through the magnet magnetic repulsion card strip 92 on the fast lock spanner 3, it is spacing to loosen the rotation of the two, convenient rotation loosens fast lock cover 2 on the high-speed joint basin 1, dismantle convenient and fast, switch on of magnet valve has reduced because the hindrance that atmospheric pressure change caused when not switching on.

When the fast locking sleeve 2 is screwed into the fast connecting basin 1, the latch 22 on the fast locking sleeve 2 extrudes the air in the annular groove 91 on the fast connecting basin 1, and overcomes the elasticity of the limiting spring 921 through the extruded air to enable the clamping strip 92 to slide to the inside of the annular groove 91 in a sealing way, so that the blocking of the latch 22 by the clamping strip 92 in the rotating process is avoided, when the fast locking sleeve 2 is screwed into the fast connecting basin 1 completely, the fast locking sleeve 2 extrudes the air needle 94 on the fast connecting basin 1, the air needle 94 is extruded to the air hole 941 at the bottom of the fast connecting basin 1 after the top end is flush with the fast connecting basin 1 and is communicated with the vent pipe 93 in a sealing way, so that the extruded air between the latch 22 and the clamping strip 92 enters the bottom of the annular groove 91 through the vent pipe 93, the air pressure at two sides of the clamping strip 92 is balanced, the clamping strip 92 recovers and is clamped into the latch 22 under the elastic action of the limiting spring 921, and an upward limiting effect in the rotating direction between the fast locking sleeve 2 and the fast connecting basin 1 is formed, the gear box 5 is prevented from further loosening caused by loosening of the quick locking sleeve 2 in the working process;

when the gun head is disassembled, the quick locking wrench 3 is just placed on the fixing lug 21, the magnet on the quick locking wrench 3 magnetically repels the clamping strip 92 to enable the quick locking wrench to overcome the elastic force of the limiting spring 921 and keep away from the clamping teeth 22 again, the rotation limiting of the quick locking wrench and the clamping teeth is loosened, the quick locking wrench 3 is rotated again to enable the quick locking sleeve 2 to recover the initial state, and the disassembly is convenient and fast.

EXAMPLE III

Referring to fig. 8, on the basis of the second embodiment, the anti-loosening mechanism 9 further includes an air cavity 95 and a vibration plate 96, the air cavity 95 is provided in the quick connection basin 1, the middle portion of the air cavity is fixedly connected with the vibration plate 96, the vibration plate 96 is bent and deformed after being vibrated, one end of the air pipe 93, which is far away from the top of the annular groove 91, is communicated with the top of the air cavity 95 through a one-way air inlet valve, wherein the one-way air inlet valve is directed into the air cavity 95 by the air pipe 93, the top of the air cavity 95 is communicated with the bottom of the annular groove 91 through a one-way air outlet valve, and wherein the one-way air outlet valve is directed into the annular groove 91 by the air cavity 95.

When the gun head is installed on the quick connection basin 1 and starts to work, the vibration sheet 96 in the air cavity 95 receives the reciprocating bending deformation effect caused by the resonance formed by the vibration generated when the driving device and the gear set work, so that the space between the air cavity 95 and the air cavity is continuously contracted and expanded, when the air cavity contracts, the air is pumped out from the space between the clamping strip 92 and the clamping teeth 22 through the one-way air inlet valve and the air vent pipe 93, and when the air cavity expands, the air is distributed into the bottom of the annular groove 91 through the one-way air outlet valve, the contact depth of the clamping strip 92 and the clamping teeth 22 is improved, the rotation limiting stability of the clamping strip 92 and the clamping teeth 22 is further improved, and the looseness between the gun head and the quick connection basin 1 in the vibration process is avoided.
