Soaking the FDY bright fiber in an aqueous solution with the oil removal agent content of 1.5-2.5%, heating to the temperature of 120-130 ℃, preserving heat for 20-25min, and then cooling to 20-25 ℃;

s5, dyeing

S5.1, soaking the degreased FDY bright fiber in a dye solution, wherein the dye solution comprises 0.4-0.6% of a leveling agent and 0.5-0.7% of a dye in percentage by mass, and adding acid to adjust the pH value to 4-5;

s5.2, heating to 80-85 ℃ at the speed of 1.5 ℃/min, and preserving heat for 10-15 min;

s5.3, heating to 125-135 ℃ at the speed of 1.5 ℃/min, preserving the heat for 30-35min, and then discharging the treated wastewater;

s6, cleaning

S6.1, washing with water

The method is suitable for light-colored FDY bright fiber yarns, and loose color is directly washed away by clear water after dyeing;

s6.2, reduction cleaning

The method is suitable for the FDY bright fiber with deep color, and after the dyeing wastewater is discharged, the mixed solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium hydrosulfite is added; heating to 85-90 ℃, preserving heat for 20-25min, and then discharging the treated wastewater;

s7 softening treatment

Soaking the cleaned FDY bright fiber filaments in a solution with the mass content of a softening agent of 2-5%, heating to 35-40 ℃, preserving heat for 20-25min, and discharging the treated wastewater.

5. The FDY bright fiber dyeing process according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of sodium hydroxide in the mixed solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium hydrosulfite is 1%, and the mass ratio of sodium hydrosulfite is 1.5%.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a polyester fiber dyeing process, in particular to an FDY bright fiber yarn dyeing process.

Background

The polyester fiber can be divided into pre-oriented yarn (po γ), Fully Oriented Yarn (FOY), Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY), Draw Textured Yarn (DTY) and the like according to different processing types; in modern life, the application of the fiber is ubiquitous, wherein the fabric woven by the FDY fiber has smooth and soft hand feeling, and is often used for weaving silk-like fabric, particularly, the FDY fiber is a drawn filament capable of reflecting certain brightness, and is widely applied to fabric products needing special brightness effects, such as silk flags, stages, jacquard, clothes and the like.

Because the FDY bright fiber yarn is fully drawn yarn, the shrinkage condition can occur under the dyeing process condition when the FDY bright fiber yarn is directly dyed, and in order to avoid the shrinkage condition, the existing dyeing process is to weave the FDY fiber yarn into a mesh bag and then dye the FDY fiber yarn. However, the loss of the woven net is large, the cost is high, and the quality of the dyed FDY fiber is unstable.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the conventional FDY bright fiber yarn dyeing process, the invention provides the FDY bright fiber yarn dyeing process.

The invention provides an FDY bright fiber yarn dyeing process, which comprises the following steps:

s1 double twisting

Carrying out double twisting on the FDY bright fiber yarns by a double twisting machine;

s2, shaping

Setting the twisted FDY bright fiber in a setting machine at 80-82 deg.c for 12-15 hr;

s3 pine tube

Performing tube loosening treatment on the shaped FDY bright fiber yarns through a loose bobbin winder;

s4 oil removal

Soaking the FDY bright fiber in an aqueous solution with the oil removal agent content of 1.5-2.5%, heating to the temperature of 120-130 ℃, preserving heat for 20-25min, and then cooling to 20-25 ℃;

s5, dyeing

S5.1, soaking the degreased FDY bright fiber in a dye solution, wherein the dye solution comprises 0.4-0.6% of a leveling agent and 0.5-0.7% of a dye in percentage by mass, and adding acid to adjust the pH value to 4-5;

s5.2, heating to 80-85 ℃ at the speed of 1.5 ℃/min, and preserving heat for 10-15 min;

s5.3, heating to 125-135 ℃ at the speed of 1.5 ℃/min, preserving the heat for 30-35min, and then discharging the treated wastewater;

s6, cleaning

S6.1, washing with water

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the double twisting operation of S1, the spindle speed of the double twister is 5000 rpm, the winding speed is 100 m/min, the overfeed speed is 116 m/min, and the yarn twist is 100 twists.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the oil removing agent comprises 35 to 40 wt.% of a surfactant.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the leveling agent comprises, by mass, 25% of polyoxyalkylene ether sulfate, 45% of ethoxylated ester, 10% of solvent, and 20% of water.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mass ratio of sodium hydroxide in the mixed solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium hydrosulfite is 1%, and the mass ratio of sodium hydrosulfite is 1.5%.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the invention, firstly, the strength of the FDY bright fiber is enhanced through double twisting, then the FDY bright fiber is heated and shaped, and the shrinkage condition can not occur in the subsequent dyeing process of the double-twisted and shaped FDY bright fiber, so that the single fiber can be dyed without weaving and forming.

2. According to the invention, the shaped FDY bright fiber yarns are wound to a proper tightness through the loose tube, so that the dye can be fully permeated in the dyeing process, and the yarns with stable quality are obtained. The subsequent operation is matched with a special leveling agent (containing 25% of polyoxy alkyl ether sulfate, 45% of ethoxylate, 10% of solvent and 20% of water) and a specific temperature rise rate and heat preservation process, so that the dye is uniformly dispersed and is uniformly and firmly dyed.

3. According to the invention, the FDY bright fiber is treated by the oil removing agent before dyeing, the oil removing agent contains high-concentration surfactant, the temperature is kept at 130 ℃ for 20min at 120-.
