1. A preparation method of a mothproof and mildewproof finishing agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) taking 0.1-1ml of pyrethrin and 40-52ml of organic solvent, and stirring and mixing; slowly adding at least one of isothiazolinone derivatives, methyl benzimidazole carbamate and hydroxybenzoate with mass fraction of 10-35%, and stirring for 10-30 min; adding an adjusting solution to adjust the pH value to 5-6 to obtain solution A;

(2) taking one of polyvinylpyrrolidone, dioctadecyl succinic acid sulfonate, pentaerythritol fatty acid ester and glycerol mono fatty acid ester with the mass fraction of 7-22 percent as B liquid;

(3) crushing the lithospermum medicinal material to 80-100 meshes to obtain lithospermum powder, wherein the lithospermum powder comprises the following components in a mass-volume ratio of 2 g: adding 10mL of lithospermum powder into an organic solvent, stirring and mixing, adding a zinc acetate aqueous solution to adjust the pH value to 6.5-7 to obtain a solution C;

(4) the water-soluble film is plasticized into a bag body with three filling chambers under the action of plastic suction;

(5) respectively filling the obtained solution A, solution B and solution C in three filling chambers of a water-soluble film;

(6) and pressing or bonding the filling opening of the filling chamber to obtain the mothproof and mildewproof finishing agent.

2. The method for preparing a moth-proof and mildew-proof finishing agent according to claim 1, wherein the conditioning solution in the step (1) is glacial acetic acid.

3. The method for preparing a moth-proof and mildew-proof finishing agent according to claim 1, wherein the organic solvent in the step (1) is absolute ethyl alcohol.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the water-soluble film is formed into a filling chamber by vacuum molding.

5. The method for preparing a moth-proof and mildew-proof finishing agent according to claim 4, wherein after filling, another water-soluble film is drawn to the mold, and the two water-soluble films are pressed or bonded under the action of a pressing roller.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of textiles, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a mothproof and mildewproof finishing agent.

Background

Fabric finishing is the application of a finishing agent to a fabric which alters the surface properties of the fabric to impart specific functions to the fabric. For example, hydrophobic and oleophobic finishes are achieved by treating the fabric with a finish having a low surface tension to modify the surface characteristics of the fibers so that the fabric surface is not readily wetted and spread by water or oil. The antifouling finish and the easy-to-remove finish are processing technologies which change the surface performance or the surface state of the fiber, so that the fabric is not easy to be stained with the dirt under the wearing and using conditions, or the stained dirt is easy to wash and is not stained. Usually for textile production or later maintenance.

The fabric finishing agent can endow the textile with various special functions and styles, such as softness, crease resistance, shrinkproof, waterproof, antibacterial, antistatic, flame retardant and the like.

The conventional finishing agent usually mixes a plurality of solutions with different functions, and in order to avoid the mutual influence between the solutions, an additional process is usually required for modification, so that the processing process is complicated, the time required for processing is long, and the production cost is high.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a preparation method of a mothproof and mildewproof finishing agent, and aims to solve the problems of complex processing procedure, long processing time and high production cost of the traditional finishing agent in the production process.

The embodiment of the invention is realized in such a way that the preparation method of the mothproof and mildewproof finishing agent comprises the following steps:

(1) taking 0.1-1ml of pyrethrin and 40-52ml of organic solvent, and stirring and mixing; slowly adding at least one of isothiazolinone derivatives, methyl benzimidazole carbamate and hydroxybenzoate with mass fraction of 10-35%, and stirring for 10-30 min; adding an adjusting solution to adjust the pH value to 5-6 to obtain solution A;

(2) taking one of polyvinylpyrrolidone, dioctadecyl succinic acid sulfonate, pentaerythritol fatty acid ester and glycerol mono fatty acid ester with the mass fraction of 7-22 percent as B liquid;

(3) crushing the lithospermum medicinal material to 80-100 meshes to obtain lithospermum powder, wherein the lithospermum powder comprises the following components in a mass-volume ratio of 2 g: adding 10mL of lithospermum powder into an organic solvent, stirring and mixing, adding a zinc acetate aqueous solution to adjust the pH value to 6.5-7 to obtain a solution C;

(4) the water-soluble film is plasticized into a bag body with three filling chambers under the action of plastic suction;

(5) respectively filling the obtained solution A, solution B and solution C in three filling chambers of a water-soluble film;

(6) and pressing or bonding the filling opening of the filling chamber to obtain the mothproof and mildewproof finishing agent.

Preferably, the conditioning solution in step (1) is glacial acetic acid.

Preferably, the organic solvent in step (1) is absolute ethanol.

Preferably, the water-soluble film is formed into a filling chamber by plastic suction through a mold.

Preferably, after filling, the other water-soluble film is drawn to the mold, and the two water-soluble films are pressed or bonded under the action of a pressing roller.

According to the preparation method of the mothproof and mildewproof finishing agent, provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the liquid A, the liquid B and the liquid C are respectively prepared, the three filling chambers are respectively arranged and stored, so that the phenomenon that the three liquids are subjected to physical interference under the long-time mixing condition is avoided, and the filling chambers can quantify the obtained liquid A, the liquid B and the liquid C, so that the dosage of the finishing agent is quantified in the using process. Solves the problems of complex processing procedure, long processing time and high production cost of the traditional finishing agent in the production process.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Specific implementations of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

A method of making a moth-proof, mold-proof finish according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:

(1) taking 0.1-1ml of pyrethrin and 40-52ml of organic solvent, and stirring and mixing; slowly adding at least one of isothiazolinone derivatives, methyl benzimidazole carbamate and hydroxybenzoate with mass fraction of 10-35%, and stirring for 10-30 min; adding an adjusting solution to adjust the pH value to 5-6 to obtain solution A;

(2) taking one of polyvinylpyrrolidone, dioctadecyl succinic acid sulfonate, pentaerythritol fatty acid ester and glycerol mono fatty acid ester with the mass fraction of 7-22 percent as B liquid;

(3) crushing the lithospermum medicinal material to 80-100 meshes to obtain lithospermum powder, wherein the lithospermum powder comprises the following components in a mass-volume ratio of 2 g: adding 10mL of lithospermum powder into an organic solvent, stirring and mixing, adding a zinc acetate aqueous solution to adjust the pH value to 6.5-7 to obtain a solution C;

(4) the water-soluble film is plasticized into a bag body with three filling chambers under the action of plastic suction;

(5) respectively filling the obtained solution A, solution B and solution C in three filling chambers of a water-soluble film;

(6) and pressing or bonding the filling opening of the filling chamber to obtain the mothproof and mildewproof finishing agent.

In one aspect of this embodiment, the conditioning solution in step (1) is glacial acetic acid.

In one aspect of this embodiment, the organic solvent in step (1) is absolute ethanol.

In one aspect of this embodiment, the filling chambers of the water-soluble film in step (4) are three chambers for respectively filling the solution a, the solution B and the solution C.

In another aspect of this embodiment, the water-soluble film is formed into the filling chamber by molding.

In this embodiment, the liquid B is a softening agent, which acts to soften the fabric, and its ph can be adjusted to a range of 4-5 by glacial acetic acid.

In this embodiment, the lithospermum medicinal material area in the solution C has an ultraviolet-proof effect, and as a further aspect, the obtained solution C can be added into 300mL of a 20% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution by mass fraction, and then 40mL of a 50% 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride aqueous solution by mass fraction is dropwise added at a speed of 0.05-0.15 g/s under stirring at 300 revolutions per minute; after the dropwise addition, stirring for 2h at 75 ℃, then adding the solution into a dialysis bag with the molecular weight cutoff of 1000, dialyzing in distilled water for 18h, changing the distilled water every 6h, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration, vacuum freeze drying and grinding on the dialysate into powder; then, according to the proportion of sodium hydroxide and deionized water as 0.1 g: 1 g: 50mL of the mixture is stirred and mixed, the mixture is dripped into 40mL of zinc acetate aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 6% at the speed of 0.05g/s under the condition of 300 r/min, the mixture is stirred for 2h at 75 ℃, cooled to room temperature, and the pH value is adjusted to 7 by using sulfuric acid aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 20% at 25 ℃.

In the embodiment, 1ml of pyrethrin and 52ml of absolute ethyl alcohol are taken in the step (1), and stirred and mixed under the condition of 300 revolutions per minute; dripping at least one of 20% by mass of isothiazolinone derivatives, methyl benzimidazole carbamate and hydroxybenzoate at the speed of 0.05-0.15 g/s, and continuously stirring for 20 min; adding glacial acetic acid solution to adjust pH to 5-6 to obtain solution A, which has effects of preventing moth and mildew.

In this embodiment, in the steps (4) - (6), the solution a, the solution B and the solution C can be stored respectively, so that the phenomenon that the three solutions are subjected to physical interference under a long-time mixing condition is avoided, the water-soluble film is arranged as a raw material of the package, the water-soluble film can be directly put into water in use, after the water decomposes the water-soluble film, the solution a, the solution B and the solution C can directly act on the cloth, and the obtained solution a, solution B and solution C can be quantitatively packaged through a filling chamber made of the water-soluble film, so that the dosage of the finishing agent can be quantitatively determined in the using process.

The water-soluble film selected in the embodiment is a PVA water-soluble film.

In the present invention, the combination procedure of the liquid a, the liquid B and the liquid C is not limited, and will be described below by referring to examples:

example 1

Mixing pyrethrin 0.5ml and anhydrous alcohol 48ml under the condition of 300 rpm; dripping 20 wt% of at least one of isothiazolinone derivatives, methyl benzimidazole carbamate and hydroxybenzoate at a speed of 0.05g/s, and stirring for 20 min; adding glacial acetic acid solution to adjust the pH value to 5 to obtain solution A, taking one of 10% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, dioctadecyl succinate sulfonate, pentaerythritol fatty acid ester and glycerol mono fatty acid ester in mass fraction, adjusting the pH value to 5 by glacial acetic acid, and marking as solution B; crushing the lithospermum medicinal material to 100 meshes to obtain lithospermum powder, wherein the lithospermum powder comprises the following components in a mass-volume ratio of 2 g: adding 10mL of lithospermum powder into an organic solvent, stirring and mixing, adding a zinc acetate aqueous solution to adjust the pH value to 6.5, then adding the lithospermum powder into 300mL of a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 20%, and then dropwise adding 40mL of a 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 50% at the speed of 0.05-0.15 g/s under the stirring of 300 revolutions per minute; after the dropwise addition, stirring for 2h at 75 ℃, then adding the solution into a dialysis bag with the molecular weight cutoff of 1000, dialyzing in distilled water for 18h, changing the distilled water every 6h, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration, vacuum freeze drying and grinding on the dialysate into powder; then, according to the proportion of sodium hydroxide and deionized water as 0.1 g: 1 g: 50mL of the mixture is stirred and mixed, the mixture is dripped into 40mL of zinc acetate aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 6% at the speed of 0.05g/s under the condition of 300 r/min, the mixture is stirred for 2h at 75 ℃, cooled to room temperature, and the pH value is adjusted to 7 by using sulfuric acid aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 20% at 25 ℃.

The finishing agent provided by the embodiment is suitable for the wool and the cloth which are used outdoors all the year round, and has the effects of moth and mildew prevention, ultraviolet ray prevention and softening of the cloth. Because the cloth can be sterilized outdoors through the sun, the cloth plays a role in moth and mildew prevention, the content of the pyrethrin is reduced, and the pyrethrin also has little toxicity.

Example 2

Mixing pyrethrin 1ml and anhydrous ethanol 42ml under the condition of 300 r/min; dripping at least one of isothiazolinone derivatives, methyl benzimidazole carbamate and hydroxybenzoate with mass fraction of 18% at a speed of 0.1g/s, and stirring for 30 min; adding glacial acetic acid solution to adjust pH to 6 to obtain solution A, and adjusting pH to 5 with glacial acetic acid to obtain solution B, wherein the mass fraction of one of polyvinylpyrrolidone, dioctadecyl succinate sulfonate, pentaerythritol fatty acid ester and glycerol mono fatty acid ester is 10%.

The finishing agent provided by the embodiment is suitable for indoor wool and cloth which are used in the room all the year round, has the effects of preventing moth and mildew and softening the cloth, and enhances the effects of preventing moth and mildew by increasing the concentration of pyrethrin.
