2. the formula of the invention takes whey protein as the main ingredient and leucine and a metabolite HMB thereof as a main nutrient, wherein the leucine can activate a signal path of protein synthesis, the protein synthesis promoting capability of the leucine is 10 times higher than that of other amino acids, and the stability of skeletal muscle mass mainly depends on the dynamic balance of muscle protein synthesis and catabolism, so that the in-situ nutrient preparation of the invention has high leucine content, high in-vivo absorption and digestion speed, good in postprandial protein synthesis promoting effect and capability of increasing the muscle strength of a patient.
