Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

A fastening tool 200 of the board-to-board connector 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5. As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the board-to-board connector 100 includes a first fastener 1 and a second fastener 2, one of the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 is provided with a mating protrusion 11, the other of the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 is provided with a mating recess 21, at least a portion of an inner side wall of the mating recess 21 is formed as a guide surface 211, the guide surface 211 is inclined toward a center of the mating recess 21 in a direction from an opening of the mating recess 21 to a bottom wall of the mating recess 21, and the mating protrusion 11 is adapted to extend into the mating recess 21.

It can be seen that, when the board-to-board connector 100 is assembled, it is only necessary to reliably insert the fitting projection 11 into the fitting recess 21 so that the fitting projection 11 and the fitting recess 21 are fitted in place. It is understood that when the fitting projection 11 comes into contact with the guide surface 211 on the fitting recess 21, it means that the fitting projection 11 does not completely and reliably project into the fitting recess 21, i.e., the fitting projection 11 and the fitting recess 21 are not fitted in place. At this time, the guide surface 211 and the fitting projection 11 generate a force therebetween. Therefore, the guide surface 211 not only can play a certain guiding role for the matching protrusion 11, but also can remind an operator to adjust the relative position between the matching protrusion 11 and the matching groove 21 in time to a certain extent, so that the matching protrusion 11 and the matching groove 21 can be matched in place, and the buckling process of the board-to-board connector 100 is further completed.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a fastening tool 200 of a board-to-board connector 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first guide 3 and a second guide 4.

Specifically, the first guiding member 3 is adapted to be coupled to the first fastener 1. The second guide 4 is slidably connected to the first guide 3. It will thus be understood that, in the embodiment of the invention, first fasteners 1 associated with first guide 3 can also slide with respect to second guide 4 and can slide synchronously with first guide 3. Meanwhile, the fastening tool 200 has a simple structure and is convenient to manufacture.

Therefore, when the board-to-board connector 100 is assembled by using the fastening tool 200, if the mating protrusion 11 contacts the guiding surface 211, an acting force is generated between the guiding surface 211 and the mating protrusion 11, and the acting force can be used to push the first fastening member 1 disposed on the first guiding member 3 to move, and due to the connection between the first fastening member 1 and the first guiding member 3, the acting force can also push the first guiding member 3 to slide relative to the second guiding member 4 so as to enable the mating protrusion 11 to be mated with the mating recess 21 in place. Therefore, when the board-to-board connector 100 is assembled by using the fastening tool 200 of the embodiment of the invention, when the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 are misaligned, the deviation can be automatically corrected, the situations of poor fastening and bad fastening between the mating protrusion 11 and the mating groove 21 can be effectively avoided, and the fastening yield of the board-to-board connector 100 can be improved.

According to the fastening tool 200 of the embodiment of the present invention, the first guiding member 3 is adapted to be connected to the first fastener 1 by providing the first guiding member 3 and the second guiding member 4, and the second guiding member 4 is slidably connected to the first guiding member 3. Therefore, the bad and bad buckling between the mating protrusion 11 and the mating recess 21 can be effectively avoided, and the buckling yield of the board-to-board connector 100 can be improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the first guide member 3 is provided with a coupling protrusion 31, the second guide member 4 is provided with a coupling groove 41, and the coupling protrusion 31 is adapted to extend into the coupling groove 41 and to be slidable in an extending direction of the coupling groove 41. It can be seen that the first guide member 3 and the second guide member 4 are slidably connected through the structural cooperation of the connecting protrusion 31 and the connecting groove 41, the matching manner of the first guide member 3 and the second guide member 4 is simple and reliable, the assembly between the first guide member 3 and the second guide member 4 is facilitated, and the manufacture of the fastening tool 200 is simplified. It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first guide member 3 may be provided with a connecting groove 41, the second guide member 4 is provided with a connecting protrusion 31, and the connecting protrusion 31 is adapted to extend into the connecting groove 41 so that the connecting protrusion 31 and the connecting groove 41 can slide relatively.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, a first rolling groove 311 is formed on an outer sidewall of the coupling protrusion 31, a second rolling groove 411 is formed on an inner sidewall of the coupling groove 41, the first rolling groove 311 is disposed opposite to the second rolling groove 411, and a ball 5 is disposed between the first rolling groove 311 and the second rolling groove 411. It can be understood that, the first rolling slot 311, the second rolling slot 411 and the ball 5 are arranged, the sliding friction force generated when the first guide piece 3 and the second guide piece 4 slide relatively can be converted into the rolling friction force, so that the reliability and the smoothness of mutual sliding between the first guide piece 3 and the second guide piece 4 can be improved, the deviation rectifying sensitivity of the buckling tool 200 used for assembling the board-to-board connector 100 is improved, the bad buckling and bad buckling of the matching protrusion 11 and the matching groove 21 can be avoided more effectively, and the buckling yield of the board-to-board connector 100 is further improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the cross-section of the first rolling groove 311 and/or the second rolling groove 411 is formed in a triangular shape in the extending direction of the connection groove 41. It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the extending direction of the connecting groove 41, only the cross section of the first rolling groove 311 may be formed in a triangular shape, only the cross section of the second rolling groove 411 may be formed in a triangular shape, and both the cross section of the first rolling groove 311 and the cross section of the second rolling groove 411 may be formed in a triangular shape. Thereby making the first rolling groove 311 and/or the second rolling groove 411 simple in structure, convenient to manufacture, and beautiful in appearance. It should be noted that, of course, the cross-sectional shape of the first rolling groove 311 and/or the second rolling groove 411 in the extending direction of the connecting groove 41 is not limited thereto, and may be formed in a semicircular shape, a square shape, a rectangular shape, or the like, as long as reliable fitting among the first rolling groove 311, the second rolling groove 411, and the balls 5 is ensured, and reliable relative sliding connection between the first guide member 3 and the second guide member 4 is ensured.

As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the connection groove 41 is formed as a through groove. Therefore, when the first guide 3 slides relative to the second guide 4, a part of the connecting protrusion 31 may extend out of the connecting groove 41, and the movable range of the connecting protrusion 31 is enlarged, so that the size and model of the board-to-board connector 100 to which the fastening tool 200 is applied may be enlarged to some extent, and the utilization rate of the fastening tool 200 may be improved.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the length of the coupling projection 31 is the same as the length of the coupling groove 41 in the extending direction of the coupling groove 41. Thus, it is advantageous to improve the reliability of the coupling protrusion 31 and the coupling groove 41, to provide the reliability of the fastening tool 200, and to facilitate the manufacture of the fastening tool 200.

According to the fastening method of the board-to-board connector 100 of the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the board-to-board connector 100 includes the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2, one of the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 is provided with the mating protrusion 11, the other of the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 is provided with the mating recess 21, at least a portion of an inner side wall of the mating recess 21 is formed as the guiding surface 211, the guiding surface 211 is inclined toward the center of the mating recess 21 in a direction from an opening of the mating recess 21 to a bottom wall of the mating recess 21, and the mating protrusion 11 is adapted to extend into the mating recess 21.

The buckling method comprises the following steps:

s1: fastening the first fastener 1 to the first guide 3 of the fastening tool 200, wherein the fastening tool 200 is the fastening tool 200 according to the above embodiment of the present invention;

s2: positioning the second fasteners (2) or positioning the second guides (4);

s3: the fastening tool 200 or the second fastener 2 is moved, and a force is applied to the second guiding element 4 or the second fastener 2 so that when the matching protrusion 11 is contacted with the guiding surface 211, the force between the guiding surface 211 and the matching protrusion 11 pushes the first guiding element 3 to slide relative to the second guiding element 4, so that the matching protrusion 11 is matched with the matching groove 21 in place.

Thus, in the fastening method according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, if the second fasteners 2 are positioned, the fastening tool 200 is moved and a force is applied to the second guides 4. At this time, if the engaging protrusion 11 is opposite to the engaging recess 21, when the acting force is applied to the second guiding member 4, the engaging protrusion 11 gradually extends into the engaging recess 21, and finally engages in place to complete the process of fastening the board-to-board connector 100. As shown in fig. 3, if the mating protrusion 11 contacts the guiding surface 211, it is described that the mating protrusion 11 and the mating recess 21 are misaligned, and at this time, the acting force between the guiding surface 211 and the mating protrusion 11 can push the first fastener 1 and the first guiding member 3 to slide relative to the second guiding member 4 to correct the deviation (as shown in fig. 4, the one-way arrow in fig. 4 indicates the moving direction of the first guiding member 3 and the first fastener 1), so as to effectively avoid the situation that the mating protrusion 11 and the mating recess 21 are badly fastened and damaged, and further make the mating protrusion 11 and the mating recess 21 face each other to be mated in place, and finally realize the process of fastening the board to the board connector 100. The yield rate of the board-to-board connector 100 is increased.

If the second guide 4 is positioned, the second fastener 2 is moved and a force is applied to the second fastener 2. At this time, if the engaging protrusion 11 is opposite to the engaging recess 21, when an acting force is applied to the second engaging member 2, the engaging protrusion 11 gradually extends into the engaging recess 21, and finally engages in place to complete the engaging process of the board-to-board connector 100. If the matching protrusion 11 contacts with the guiding surface 211, it is indicated that the matching protrusion 11 and the matching groove 21 are dislocated and deviated, at this time, the acting force between the guiding surface 211 and the matching protrusion 11 can push the first fastener 1 and the first guiding member 3 to slide relative to the second guiding member 4 to correct the deviation, so as to effectively avoid the situations that the matching protrusion 11 and the matching groove 21 are badly fastened and damaged, and further, the matching protrusion 11 and the matching groove 21 are right aligned to be matched in place, and finally, the fastening process of the board to the board connector 100 is realized. The yield rate of the board-to-board connector 100 is increased.

Meanwhile, the method for fastening the board-to-board connector 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is simple and easy to operate, so that the fastening efficiency of the board-to-board connector 100 is high.

According to the method for fastening the board-to-board connector 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the fastening tool 200 of the embodiment of the invention is used, so that the situations of poor fastening and bad fastening of the matching protrusion 11 and the matching groove 21 can be effectively avoided, and the fastening yield of the board-to-board connector 100 is improved. Meanwhile, the locking method is simple and easy to operate, so that the locking efficiency of the board-to-board connector 100 is high.

According to some embodiments of the invention, in S1: the first fastener 1 is vacuum-sucked onto the first guide 3. So as to ensure the reliability of the fastening of the first fastener 1 to the first guide 3. It is understood that when the vacuum suction force is lost, the first fastener 1 can be directly detached from the first guiding member 3. This makes the fastening of the first fastener 1 to the first guide 3 and the detachment of the first fastener from the first guide 3 simple and easy to operate.

According to some embodiments of the invention, in S1: the first fastener 1 is adhered to the first guide 3. This is advantageous in ensuring the reliability of the fastening of the first fastener 1 to the first guide 3. Meanwhile, the operation is convenient, and the position of the first fastener 1 fixed on the first guide member 3 has no deviation or has small deviation from the preset position.

The manner of fixing the first fastener 1 to the first guide 3 is not limited to the above two, and other forms are possible, for example, the first guide 3 is provided with a fixing buckle, and a part of the first fastener 1 is engaged with the fixing buckle to be fixed to the first guide 3. So long as the reliability of the fastening of the first fastener 1 to the first guide 3 is ensured.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the method of fastening further comprises: s4: after the matching protrusion 11 and the matching groove 21 are matched in place, the first fastener 1 is disengaged from the first guiding member 3. Therefore, after the board-to-board connector 100 is completely fastened, the first fastener 1 is disengaged from the first guide 3, and the fastening tool 200 can be used to assemble other board-to-board connectors 100, thereby recycling the fastening tool 200.

According to the fastening method of the board-to-board connector 100 of the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 5, the board-to-board connector 100 includes a first fastening member 1 and a second fastening member 2, one of the first fastening member 1 and the second fastening member 2 is provided with a mating protrusion 11, the other of the first fastening member 1 and the second fastening member 2 is provided with a mating recess 21, at least a portion of an inner side wall of the mating recess 21 is formed as a guiding surface 211, the guiding surface 211 is inclined toward a center of the mating recess 21 in a direction from an opening of the mating recess 21 to a bottom wall of the mating recess 21, and the mating protrusion 11 is adapted to extend into the mating recess 21.

The buckling method comprises the following steps:

s1: fixing a first fastener 1 on a first fastening tool 2001, fixing a second fastener 2 on a second fastening tool 2002, wherein the first fastening tool 2001 and the second fastening tool 2002 are both fastening tools 200 according to the above embodiment of the invention, and fixing the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 on the corresponding first guide 3 respectively;

s2: positioning the second guide 4 of one of the first and second fastening tools 2001, 2002;

s3: the other of the first and second fastening tools 2001 and 2002 is moved, and a force is applied to the second guide 4 of the other of the first and second fastening tools 2001 and 2002 to push at least one of the two first guides 3 to slide with respect to the corresponding second guide 4 by an interaction force between the guide surface 211 and the fitting protrusion 11 when the fitting protrusion 11 is in contact with the guide surface 211, so that the fitting protrusion 11 is fitted in place with the fitting groove 21.

As shown in fig. 5, in the method for fastening the board-to-board connector 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, two fastening tools 200 (i.e., a first fastening tool 2001 and a second fastening tool 2002) are used to fasten the board-to-board connector 100.

Meanwhile, it can be understood that, if the second guiding element 4 of the first fastening tool 2001 is positioned, the second fastening tool 2002 is moved and a force is applied to the second guiding element 4 of the second fastening tool 2002, at this time, if the engaging protrusion 11 is opposite to the engaging recess 21, when a force is applied to the second guiding element 4 of the second fastening tool 2002, the engaging protrusion 11 gradually extends into the engaging recess 21, and finally the engaging protrusion is engaged in place to complete the fastening process of the board-to-board connector 100. If the matching protrusion 11 contacts with the guide surface 211, it is described that the matching protrusion 11 and the matching groove 21 are dislocated and deviated, at this time, the acting force between the guide surface 211 and the matching protrusion 11 can push at least one of the two first guide members 3 to slide relative to the corresponding second guide member 4 to correct the deviation, so that the situations that the matching protrusion 11 and the matching groove 21 are badly buckled and damaged can be effectively avoided, and further the matching protrusion 11 and the matching groove 21 are right aligned to be matched in place, and finally the buckling process of the board to the board connector 100 is realized. The yield rate of the board-to-board connector 100 is increased.

If the second guiding element 4 of the second fastening tool 2002 is positioned, the first fastening tool 2001 is moved and a force is applied to the second guiding element 4 of the first fastening tool 2001, at this time, if the mating protrusion 11 is opposite to the mating groove 21, when the force is applied to the second guiding element 4 of the first fastening tool 2001, the mating protrusion 11 gradually extends into the mating groove 21, and finally the board-to-board connector 100 is fastened in place.

According to some embodiments of the invention, in S1: the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 are respectively vacuum-sucked on the corresponding first guide 3. Thus ensuring the reliability of the fastening of the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 to the corresponding first guide 3. It is understood that when vacuum suction is lost, first fastener 1 and second fastener 2 can be directly disengaged from corresponding first guides 3. This makes the fastening of the first and second fasteners (1, 2) to the corresponding first guides (3) and the disengagement of the corresponding first guides (3) simple and easy to operate, respectively.

According to some embodiments of the invention, in S1: the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 are respectively adhered to the corresponding first guide 3. This is advantageous in ensuring the reliability of the fastening of the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 to the corresponding first guide 3. Meanwhile, the operation is convenient, and the positions of the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 which are respectively fixed on the corresponding first guide parts 3 have no deviation or have small deviation with the preset positions.

Of course, the manner of fixing the first fasteners 1 and the second fasteners 2 to the corresponding first guides 3 is not limited to the above two, and other forms are possible as long as the reliability of fixing the first fasteners 1 and the second fasteners 2 to the corresponding first guides 3 is ensured.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the method of fastening further comprises: s4: after the matching protrusion 11 and the matching groove 21 are matched in place, the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 are respectively disengaged from the corresponding first guiding element 3. It can be seen that, after the board-to-board connector 100 is completely engaged, the first engaging tool 2001 and the second engaging tool 2002 can be used to assemble another board-to-board connector 100 by disengaging the first engaging member 1 and the second engaging member 2 from the corresponding first guide member 3, so that the engaging tool 200 can be reused.
