As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a circuit structure of a driving part of a motor driving system, where the structure shown in fig. 1 includes an excitation driving circuit, a rotary connector, an electrical storage unit, an excitation control unit and a motor controller, where the excitation driving circuit includes a DC-DC conversion circuit, the electrical energy of the electrical storage unit is converted into an adjustable direct current by using the excitation driving circuit, the direct current generated by the excitation driving circuit is transmitted to an excitation motor rotor through a rotary connector structure such as a carbon brush or a slip ring, so as to implement electrical excitation, and the excitation control unit includes an excitation power tube driving circuit, a sampling circuit, an excitation driving chip, and the like. The rotor and the excitation driving circuit are connected by using rotating connectors such as carbon brush slip rings and the like, the structure is simple, the size can be properly reduced, but the service life of the carbon brush slip rings and the like is very limited, the performances such as electrical noise, wear rate, contact resistance and the like are not ideal, and the reliability can be greatly reduced. Therefore, the motor driving system using the carbon brush type excitation system sacrifices reliability for a simple structure and a small volume, and also increases cost.

The wireless transmission mode is adopted, so that the reliability of exciting current transmission is improved, and meanwhile, the cost of a wireless transmission transformer and the cost of a rectifying circuit are also increased.

The bidirectional charger is used for realizing bidirectional charging between a power grid and the power storage unit, namely charging from the power grid to the power storage unit and charging from the power storage unit to the power grid. The bidirectional Charger is an On-board Charger (OBC).

In an embodiment of the invention, the driving part for driving the motor is a DC-DC conversion circuit or a DC-AC conversion circuit, and the second full-bridge conversion circuit in the bidirectional charger can convert the DC power output by the electric storage unit into AC power, i.e. the DC-AC conversion function is realized, and the part consisting of the first full-bridge voltage conversion circuit, the resonant voltage conversion circuit and the second full-bridge voltage conversion circuit can convert the DC power output by the electric storage unit into DC power, i.e. the DC-DC conversion function is realized, so that the voltage conversion function required for charging can be realized in the bidirectional charging process by using part of the circuits in the bidirectional charger in a time-division multiplexing manner, and the voltage conversion function required for driving is realized in the motor driving process, thus, no additional excitation driving circuit is required to be separately arranged, so as to simplify the structure of the motor driving system, The cost is reduced. Specifically, in the configuration shown in fig. 4, the first port of each circuit or device is referred to as its left port, and the second port of each circuit or device is referred to as its right port. The above-mentioned motor drive system has two operation modes including a bidirectional charging mode and a motor drive mode, when the motor drive system operates in the bidirectional charging mode, the first switch unit 81 is turned off, that is, between the multiplexing node and the excitation motor 7 is turned off, the bidirectional charging mode includes a first charging mode and a second charging mode, the first charging mode is a mode in which the electric storage unit 5 is charged by the charging port 2 (the charging port 2 can be connected to the grid), the second charging mode is a mode in which the electric storage unit 5 is charged to the charging port 2 (the charging port 2 can be connected to the grid), that is, the bidirectional charging is realized by the bidirectional charger, in the first charging mode, the alternating current from the charging port 2 is converted into direct current after passing through the power factor correction circuit 11, and the direct current is converted into alternating current after passing through the first voltage conversion circuit 31, the alternating current changes voltage after passing through the first transformer 41, and the alternating current with changed voltage is converted into direct current for charging the electric storage unit 5 after passing through the second voltage conversion circuit 32; in the second charging mode, the direct current from the electric storage unit 5 is converted into alternating current after passing through the second voltage conversion circuit 32, the alternating current changes the voltage after passing through the first transformer 42, the alternating current with the changed voltage is converted into direct current after passing through the first voltage conversion circuit 31, the direct current is converted into alternating current after passing through the power factor correction circuit 11, and the alternating current charges the grid through the charging port 2. In the bidirectional charging mode, the field motor 7 is not driven to operate. In the motor driving mode, the first switching unit 81 is turned on, that is, the multiplexing node is turned on with the exciting motor 7, and taking the multiplexing node a located between the power factor correction circuit 11 and the first voltage conversion circuit 31 as an example, in this mode, the dc power output by the electric storage unit 5 is converted into ac power by the second voltage conversion circuit 32, the ac power changes voltage by the first transformer 42, the ac power with changed voltage is converted into dc power by the first voltage conversion circuit 31, and the dc power forms exciting current to drive the exciting motor 7 by the exciting drive component 6. That is, in the configuration shown in fig. 4, the parts of the first voltage conversion circuit 31, the first transformer 41, and the second voltage conversion circuit 32 are time-division multiplexed between the bidirectional charging mode and the motor driving mode, and are respectively used for realizing different voltage conversion functions, and the control of the time-division multiplexing is realized by the first switching unit 81.

It should be noted that fig. 4 only illustrates the structure when the multiplexing node a is located between the power factor correction circuit 11 and the first voltage conversion circuit 31, in other realizable embodiments, the multiplexing node a may also be located at other positions as long as it is located on the path between the charging port 2 and the second voltage conversion circuit 32 in the bidirectional charger 1, for example, it may also be located between the charging port 2 and the power factor correction circuit 11, between the first voltage conversion circuit 31 and the first transformer 41, or between the first transformer 41 and the second voltage conversion circuit 32. The specific setting can be according to needs.

The motor driving system in the embodiment of the application is connected with the reset node through the first switch, the reset node is located between the second voltage conversion circuit and the charging port in the bidirectional charger, namely, a part of circuits at least comprising the second voltage conversion circuit in the bidirectional charger can be multiplexed to be a part of circuit structures required by the excitation motor, and a part of circuits in the bidirectional charger are utilized in a time-sharing multiplexing integration mode, so that the structure of the circuits in the motor driving system is simplified, the cost is reduced, the weight and the volume of the motor driving system are reduced, the heat generation is reduced, and the increase of the driving mileage of a vehicle is facilitated.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the multiplexing node a is located on the path between the power factor correction circuit 11 and the first voltage conversion circuit 31. Between the charging port 2 and the second voltage conversion circuit 32, the electric energy output from the electric storage unit 5 is converted into direct current only when it reaches the path between the power factor correction circuit 11 and the first voltage conversion circuit 31, and therefore, for the excitation drive assembly 6 that needs to use direct current as an input, it is necessary to provide the multiplexing node a on the path between the power factor correction circuit 11 and the first voltage conversion circuit 31.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the excitation drive assembly 6 includes a carbon brush or a slip ring, the carbon brush or the slip ring is electrically connected between the first switch unit 81 and the excitation motor 7, an input end of the carbon brush or the slip ring is electrically connected to the multiplexing node a through the first switch unit 81, and an output end of the carbon brush or the slip ring is used for transmitting electric energy to the excitation motor 7, so as to drive the excitation motor 7. The input power required for a rotary connector configuration such as a carbon brush or a slip ring is direct current, and therefore, a multiplexing node a is provided in the path between the power factor correction circuit 11 and the first voltage conversion circuit 31.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of another structure of the motor driving system in the embodiment of the present application, and the structure shown in fig. 5 and fig. 4 is different in that the motor driving system further includes a second switching unit 82, which is disposed between the power factor correction circuit 11 and the first voltage conversion circuit 31, and the multiplexing node a is electrically connected to the second port of the power factor correction circuit 11 through the second switching unit 82. When the motor drive system operates in the bidirectional charging mode, the second switch unit 82 is turned on to turn on the power factor correction circuit 11 and the first voltage conversion circuit 31, and when the motor drive system operates in the motor system mode, the second switch unit 82 is turned off to turn off the power factor correction circuit 11 and the first voltage conversion circuit 31, so as to avoid adverse effects of the power factor correction circuit 11 on the driving process of the exciting motor 7.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a block diagram of another structure of a motor driving system in an embodiment of the present application, and an embodiment of the present application further provides a motor driving system, including: the device comprises a bidirectional charger 1, an excitation driving assembly 6 and a motor controller 20. The bidirectional charger 1 includes: a power factor correction circuit 11, a first port of which is electrically connected to the charging port 2; a first voltage conversion circuit 31, a first port of which is electrically connected to the second port of the power factor correction circuit 11, the first port of the first voltage conversion circuit 31 being used for inputting or outputting dc power, and the second port of the first voltage conversion circuit 31 being used for inputting or outputting ac power, that is, the first voltage conversion circuit 31 is used for converting the dc power at the first port thereof into ac power at the second port thereof or converting the ac power at the second port thereof into dc power at the first port thereof; a first transformer 41 having a first port electrically connected to the second port of the first voltage conversion circuit 31, the first transformer 41 converting the voltage of the alternating current; a second voltage conversion circuit 32, a first port of which is electrically connected to the second port of the first transformer 41, a first port of the second voltage conversion circuit 32 is used for inputting or outputting alternating current, a second port of the second voltage conversion circuit 32 is used for inputting or outputting direct current, that is, the second voltage conversion circuit is used for converting alternating current at the first port thereof into direct current at the second port thereof or converting direct current at the second port thereof into alternating current at the first port thereof, and a second port of the second voltage conversion circuit 32 is used for electrically connecting the electric storage unit 5; the excitation driving assembly 6 is electrically connected to a multiplexing node a through a first switching unit 81, the multiplexing node a is located between the first voltage conversion circuit 31 and the second voltage conversion circuit 32, the excitation driving assembly 6 is configured to drive the excitation motor 7, and the motor controller 20 is configured to control the excitation motor 7.

Specifically, on the path between the charging port 2 and the second voltage conversion circuit 32, the electric energy output from the electric storage unit 5 is converted into alternating current when it reaches between the first voltage conversion circuit 31 and the second voltage conversion circuit 32, and therefore, for the excitation drive assembly 6 that needs to use alternating current as input, it is necessary to provide the multiplexing node a on the path between the first voltage conversion circuit 31 and the second voltage conversion circuit 32.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, excitation drive assembly 6 includes: a primary side of the wireless power transmission transformer 61 is electrically connected to the multiplexing node a through a first switch unit 81, and a secondary side thereof is used for receiving electric energy transmitted by the primary side; and an excitation rectifying circuit 62 having an input end electrically connected to the secondary side of the wireless power transmission transformer 61 and an output end electrically connected to the excitation motor 7. The input power required by the configuration of the wireless power transmission transformer 61 is an alternating current, and thus the multiplexing node a is provided on the path between the first voltage conversion circuit 31 and the second voltage conversion circuit 32.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the multiplexing node a is located between the first transformer 41 and the second voltage conversion circuit 32. When the motor drive system operates in the motor system mode, although ac power can be generated in the path between the first voltage conversion circuit 31 and the second voltage conversion circuit 32, the less the devices involved in the connection to the excitation drive assembly 6, the less the loss of power, and therefore, by providing the multiplexing node a in the path between the first transformer 41 and the second voltage conversion circuit 32, the power loss in the motor system mode can be further reduced.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the motor drive system further includes: and a second switching unit 82 provided on a path between the power factor correction circuit 11 and the second voltage conversion circuit 32, the multiplexing node a being electrically connected to the second port of the first transformer 41 through the second switching unit 82.
