after pouring is completed, an operator can forcibly step the pedal 215 downwards until the pedal 215 is stressed and is inclined downwards, the operator can continuously screw the screwing piece 233 into the second moving groove 225, after the screwing piece 233 is stressed, the surface of the screwing piece 233 is matched with a thread structure arranged on the inner wall of the second moving groove 225, the screwing piece 233 can quickly displace towards the inner wall of the second moving groove 225, the screwing piece 233 continuously moves and simultaneously continuously pushes the pull block 232 and the fixing piece 231, so that the fixing piece 231 is stressed to quickly rotate and move out of the second moving groove 225 until the fixing piece 231 rotates and moves into the fixing groove 235, the fixing disc 234 and the shaft lever 213 are quickly fixed, the pedal 215 can be in a fixed state, and then the operator can continuously pull the filling hose 110 back and forth, so that the pedal 215 quickly scratches the concrete surface after pouring, and quickly screeding the concrete surface.
