5. A vapor valve according to claim 3 or 4, further comprising a return mechanism for applying a return force to the block to return the block to a position blocking the vapor outlet.

6. A vapour valve according to claim 5, wherein the return mechanism is a resilient member which, when the vapour valve is open, exerts a resilient force on the operating strip to return the block to a position in which it blocks the vapour outlet.

A vapor valve according to claim 6, wherein the resilient member is a deformable strip secured to the outer wall of the nozzle by a securing member, the deformable strip blocking the operating strip to locate the operating strip at the beginning of the limiting channel, such that the blocking block blocks the vapor outlet in a natural state.

8. A vapor valve according to claim 1, characterized in that a seal is provided at an outward connection of the vapor inlet and/or at an outward connection of the vapor transfer port.

9. A vapor valve in accordance with any one of claims 1 to 4, 6 to 8, wherein the external connection of the vapor inlet and the vapor transfer port is a male-female structure, so that the vapor transfer port of one vapor valve can be butted against the vapor inlet of another identical vapor valve.

Background

The principle of the steamer furnaces for steaming steamed bread, steamed stuffed buns and the like in the current market is that water is basically added into the steamer furnaces, then the steamers provided with food are stacked, and then the water in the steamer furnaces is heated through a heating device, so that the food placed in the steamer is heated by utilizing the steam generated by heating the water. Such devices suffer from the following disadvantages: firstly, when the food does not exist in the steamer or the food is taken away, the steam and the fuel gas are used, so that unnecessary waste is caused; and secondly, the switches are manually controlled, so that the time of manual operation is increased. Therefore, an automatically opening and closing steam valve is used. At present, a steam valve with an automatic opening and closing function only comprises a steam inlet and a steam outlet, so that the steam valve can be only used at the end of a steam transmission path.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention discloses a steam valve, which is used for solving the problem that the existing steam valve can only be used at the end of a steam transmission path and needs to provide steam for a plurality of steaming chambers, and the structure is complex due to the large number of transmission paths.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a steam valve is provided with a steam inlet, a steam outlet, a blocking block for opening and blocking the steam outlet, and a steam delivery port.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: through setting up the steam transfer mouth for steam that gets into in the steam valve from steam inlet can not only flow out from the steam outlet, can also pass steam from the steam transfer mouth, and further, when needing to provide vapour for a plurality of steam rooms, can set up a plurality of these steam valves on same steam transmission route and supply vapour for a plurality of steam rooms respectively, thereby reduced the quantity of steam transmission route, can simplify the structure.

The invention is further illustrated with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the steam valve 10 includes a connection pipe 1 and a rotary pipe 2 sleeved in the connection pipe 1, both upper and lower ends of the connection pipe 1 are open, the lower end of the connection pipe 1 is a steam inlet 17, the upper end of the connection pipe 1 is a steam transfer port 16, the bottom of the sidewall of the connection pipe 1 is provided with a steam outlet 11, steam entering the connection pipe 1 from the steam inlet 17 can flow out from the steam outlet 11, and can also flow into a steam pipeline or another steam valve from the steam transfer port. As shown in fig. 2, the inner wall of the adapter tube 1 is provided with an internal thread 12, the rotary tube 2 is in a circular tube shape, the outer wall of the rotary tube 2 is provided with an external thread 13 matched with the internal thread 12, the rotary tube 2 is connected with the adapter tube 1 through the external thread 13 and the internal thread 12, so that the joint of the rotary tube 2 and the adapter tube 1 has high sealing degree, steam cannot leak from the joint of the rotary tube 2 and the adapter tube 1, and the rotary tube 2 can rotate in the adapter tube 1. The blocking block 21 is used as a part of the rotary pipe 2, the blocking block 21 rotates along with the rotary pipe 2, the area of the blocking block 21 is slightly larger than that of the steam outlet 11, the blocking block 21 rotates to the position of the steam outlet 11 in the process of rotating along with the rotary pipe 2 to block the steam outlet 11, and when the blocking block 21 rotates along with the rotary pipe 2, the blocking block 21 is gradually moved away from the steam outlet 11, so that the steam outlet 11 is opened, and steam flows out of the steam outlet 11.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a position on the adapter tube 1 contacting with the rotating tube 2 is provided with a limiting through groove 14 penetrating through the side wall of the adapter tube 1, the limiting through groove 14 is arranged along the circumferential direction of the adapter tube 1, a screw hole 22 is arranged on the rotating tube 2 opposite to the limiting through groove 14, a screw 3 serving as an operation strip passes through the limiting through groove 14 and then is in threaded connection with the screw hole 22, the tail end of the screw 3 is fixed on the rotating tube 2, the head end of the screw 3 is exposed on the outer wall of the adapter tube 1, so that when external force acts on the head end of the screw 3, the screw 3 moves along the limiting through groove 14, thereby driving the rotating tube 2 and a plugging block 21 connected with the rotating tube 2. When the screw 3 is located at the starting end 141 of the limiting through groove 14, the blocking block 21 just blocks the steam outlet 11 (see fig. 3), the screw 3 moves from the starting end 141 of the limiting through groove 14 to the ending end 142 of the limiting through groove 14, the blocking block 21 gradually opens the steam outlet 11, and when the screw 3 moves to the ending end 142 of the limiting through groove 14, the blocking block 21 just completely moves away from the steam outlet 11, so that the steam outlet 11 is completely opened. As can be seen from the above, the operation screw 3 is used as a moving mechanism for closing or opening the vapor outlet 11 by the closing block 21.

As shown in fig. 3, a fixing member 4 is further fixed on the outer wall of the connecting pipe 1 above the limiting through groove 14, a deformable elastic sheet 5 serving as an elastic member is arranged on a side surface of the fixing member 4 close to the starting end 141 of the limiting through groove 14, and when the screw 3 in the steam valve 10 is not subjected to an external force, the deformable elastic sheet 5 blocks the screw 3 so that the screw 3 is located at the starting end 141 of the limiting through groove 14, so that the blocking block 21 blocks the steam outlet 11 in a natural state. When the screw 3 is acted by an external force towards the terminal end 142 of the limiting through groove 14, the screw 3 moves from the starting point end 141 of the limiting through groove 14 to the terminal end 142 of the limiting through groove 14, the screw 3 pushes the deformable elastic sheet 5 to enable the deformable elastic sheet 5 to deform, the deformable elastic sheet 5 generates a force towards the starting point end 141 of the limiting through groove 14 for the screw 3, once the external force is not applied any more, the screw 3 moves towards the starting point end 141 of the limiting through groove 14 under the action of the elastic force of the deformable elastic sheet 5, and the screw 3 is enabled to return to the position for plugging the steam outlet 11. As described above, the deformable elastic piece 5 is used as a return mechanism of the block 21, and the deformable elastic piece 5 can apply a return force to the block 21 to return the block 21 to the position for blocking the vapor outlet 11.

As shown in fig. 2, the upper end (at the steam transfer port 16, see fig. 3) of the connection pipe 1 is provided with a connection groove 6, the connection groove 6 is a female connection structure, a sealing ring 7 serving as a sealing member is arranged in the connection groove 6, the lower end (at the steam inlet 17, see fig. 3) of the connection pipe 1 is provided with a connection protrusion 8 (see fig. 3) butted with the connection groove 6, the connection protrusion 8 is a male connection structure, and the connection protrusion 8 can be inserted into the connection groove 6 at the top of another identical steam valve 10, so that the steam flowing out from the steam transfer port 16 of another steam valve 10 can enter the steam valve 10 from the steam inlet 17 of the steam valve 10.
