3. The aluminum pig casting machine as recited in claim 1 wherein the aluminum liquid distribution system is formed by interconnecting an adapter launder and an aluminum liquid distributor.

The aluminum pig casting machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the robotic slag extractor is mounted to the rear side of the aluminum liquid distributor and is comprised of a traveling device, a rotating device, a rocker beam adjustment device, a rocker beam, a machine head adjustment device and a slag extractor portion interconnected.

5. An aluminium ingot casting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the horizontal caster is constituted by a slat conveyor and moulds, the moulds being evenly distributed on the slat conveyor.

6. The aluminum pig casting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the disc-shaped ingot receiving conveyor is disc-shaped, is installed below the horizontal casting machine, and is provided with iron troughs uniformly distributed on the surface and is fixed on a rotating frame.

7. The aluminum pig casting machine as defined in claim 1, wherein the electric chain butt-ingot receiving device is formed by interconnecting a driving device, a chain and a butt plate.

8. An aluminum pig casting machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the cooling conveyor comprises a trough and a flight, the flight being disposed within the trough.

9. The aluminum pig casting machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the stacker robot is comprised of an S-axis base and rotary drive, an L-axis lower arm and swing drive, a U-axis upper arm swing and drive, and a T-axis clamp swivel and drive interconnected.

10. An aluminum ingot casting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the product conveyor is comprised of a driven pulley, a tensioning device, a spacing mechanism and link plate members interconnected.

11. The aluminum pig casting machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the automatic baler is comprised of a servo system, a threading device and a steel belt interconnected.

12. An aluminum ingot caster as recited in claim 1 wherein said in-line weighing means is mounted on the product conveyor and is comprised of a lift system, a control system and an electronic scale interconnected.

13. The aluminum ingot casting machine of claim 1, wherein the laser scoring machine for aluminum ingot stacks is mounted on the product conveyor and comprises an operating table, a control system, a scoring machine lifting mechanism, a scoring machine advancing (retreating) mechanism, and a scoring head interconnected.

14. The aluminum pig casting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the entry flight chain is formed by interconnecting drive means and link flights.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a casting machine, in particular to an aluminum ingot casting machine suitable for the metallurgical industry.

Background

In the technical field of electrolytic aluminum production, casting is a common process for forming aluminum ingots, and aluminum liquid is cast in a mold and then cooled for forming. The existing aluminum ingot production line comprises a smelting system, an aluminum liquid distribution system, a cooling system, a demoulding system, a conveying system, a manual packing system and the like, the intelligent degree is low, and the working efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an aluminum ingot casting machine, which is additionally provided with an aluminum water flow automatic adjusting device, a slag beating robot, an automatic bundling machine, an online weighing device, an online marking device and a delivery device aiming at the defects of the prior art, so that the full automation is realized, the time is saved, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the cost is saved.

In one embodiment of the invention, the automatic aluminum water flow regulating device is formed by mutually connecting a servo system, a detection device and a regulating device, and has the functions of controlling the weight of an aluminum ingot by controlling the liquid level, realizing automation, breaking through an inaccurate manual control mode, reducing hidden dangers, saving time and labor and improving efficiency.

In one embodiment of the invention, the stacking robot is composed of an S-axis base, a rotary driving device, an L-axis lower arm, a swing driving device, a U-axis upper arm swing and driving device and a T-axis clamp rotary seat, wherein the T-axis clamp rotary seat and the driving device are mutually connected and used for clamping and transferring an aligned and conveyed aluminum ingot layer to a stacking position of a finished product conveyor, and the aluminum ingot layer is orderly stacked, so that the labor is reduced, the automation is realized, and the efficiency is improved.

In one embodiment of the invention, the finished product conveyor is formed by mutually connecting a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a tensioning device, a limiting mechanism and a chain plate component and is used for conveying the aluminum ingots which are orderly stacked to the next process.

In one embodiment of the invention, the automatic bundling machine is formed by mutually connecting a servo system, a belt penetrating device and a steel belt, and is used for replacing manual bundling, realizing automatic belt releasing, tensioning, locking and cutting, reducing manpower and improving efficiency.

In one embodiment of the invention, the online weighing device is arranged on the finished product conveyor and is formed by mutually connecting the lifting system, the control system and the electronic scale, so that the prior offline weighing mode is replaced, the processes and the labor are reduced, the time is saved, the efficiency is improved, and the cost is saved.

In one embodiment of the invention, the laser marking machine for aluminum ingot stacks is arranged on a finished product conveyor and is formed by mutually connecting an operating platform, a control system, a lifting mechanism of the marking machine, a forward (backward) mechanism of the marking machine and a marking head, and the laser marking machine has the function of laser marking information of the aluminum ingot stacks 16 on the side surfaces of aluminum ingots through the marking head, so that the mode of manually pasting paper labels under a line is replaced, the time is saved, printing paper is saved, and the aluminum ingot stacks are not easy to damage.
