The invention has the beneficial effects that: the rotary conveying device is arranged, and the clamped metal plate can be conveyed in a rotary mode by driving the left rack and the right rack, so that shot blasting and rust removal can be simultaneously carried out on the front side and the back side of the metal plate; the metal plate blasting machine is provided with the speed reduction shot blasting device, so that the moving speed and the rotating speed of the metal plate through the sand blasting device can be reduced by changing the gear rotating speed ratio in the shot blasting process, the sand blasting quality of the metal plate is effectively improved, and the surface of the metal plate is more efficiently derusted;
