Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below. It should be understood that the detailed description is intended only to teach one skilled in the art how to practice the invention, and is not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the scope of the invention.

The invention provides a surface repairing process of an elevator door pocket, which can be used for repairing defects such as scratches generated by collision and the like of a to-be-repaired piece of the elevator door pocket, and the elevator door pocket can comprise a surface formed by materials such as marble, artificial marble or ceramic tiles.

The surface repair process may include the steps of:

(1) and (4) polishing, namely polishing and flattening the repair area of the to-be-repaired part such as the elevator door pocket, and removing burrs.

(2) Cleaning, cleaning the surface of the repair area with foreign matter, for example, wiping away debris or particles remaining from polishing with a paper towel or cloth.

(3) And (4) gluing, namely smearing adhesive on the repair area of the part to be repaired and/or the surface of the transfer printing medium. The transfer medium may be transfer paper or a transfer film. The transfer medium includes a substrate made of paper, plastic film, or the like, to which, for example, ink may be printed or sprayed to form a texture or pattern, which has less adhesion to the substrate than the texture or pattern to the adhesive. The adhesive can adhere the ink on the transfer printing medium to the part to be repaired, so that textures or patterns are formed on the part to be repaired, and defects such as scratches of the part to be repaired are covered.

Preferably, the portion of the transfer medium where the texture or pattern of the surface matches the texture or pattern of the repair area is selected and cut for use. It is possible to ensure that the texture or pattern formed by the transfer and the texture or pattern around the repair area are continuous. It should be understood that the texture or pattern of the repair area herein refers to the texture or pattern that the repair area had prior to damage. In one approach, the texture or pattern of the repair area may be inferred or derived from the texture or pattern surrounding the repair area.

(4) And pressurizing to enable the transfer medium to cover the surface of the repair area, and pressing the transfer medium to enable the transfer medium to be tightly attached to the to-be-repaired piece. The time for pressing the transfer medium and the member to be repaired is preferably more than 60 seconds, for example, the pressing time is 3 minutes, and the pressure for pressing the transfer medium is preferably more than 5kg, for example, the pressing pressure is 10 kg. The texture or pattern on the transfer medium is transferred to the part to be repaired by applying pressure. The pressure pressing the transfer medium is uniformly applied to all positions on the surface of the transfer medium, so that the texture or the pattern on the transfer medium can be completely transferred to the member to be repaired. When pressing the transfer medium, the transfer medium can be directly pressed by hand if the area of the transfer medium is small, and can be pressed by a work such as a flat plate if the area of the transfer medium is large.

It is understood that the pressing can make the transfer medium tightly fit on the surface of the part to be repaired, and the texture or the pattern on the transfer medium can be completely transferred to the part to be repaired, so that the texture or the pattern is formed on the part to be repaired.

In the repairing process, for example, the pressing is performed in a normal temperature environment, for example, 10 to 40 ℃, and the texture or the pattern on the transfer medium can be transferred to the to-be-repaired piece without heating, so that the repairing is convenient.

(5) And separating to separate the transfer medium from the part to be repaired, thereby completing the surface repairing work.

The surface repairing process is used for repairing the part to be repaired, such as an elevator door pocket, so that the defects of scratches and the like on the surface of the part to be repaired can be conveniently and quickly repaired without professional staff.
